  I’d give zero stars if I could. Terrible detailing quality. I’ve been to C&C twice now and have been seriously disappointed. The first time, they broke our visor mirror cover off and failed to clean all the seat belts despite being told that was one of the main areas we needed cleaned. We only went to them a second time because no one else answered their phone or voicemail. This second time we went to them was for a full interior cleaning due to some mold build up after sitting outside all winter without being used. They kept our car an entire extra day but again failed to clean the seat belts (yet our seat belt covers are missing), they failed to remove all the mold, and failed to wipe everything down. They removed all of our door paneling but failed to put them back in properly, resulting in panel cracks and breaking our driver door wiring so the buttons no longer roll down any windows or lock any doors. Along with all of that, our center console was unscrewed for some odd reason and the screws were just thrown inside the console instead of being screwed back in. They charged us $367 for a full interior detailing, tacking on an extra charge for mold removal and extended time, and they threw in the broken doors for free 🤬 when we went back for our missing car parts, they no longer had any of them and said they couldn’t do anything about the parts they broke.

  I received very kind and professional customer service. They also had a kid friendly area to keep my kids entertained while I waited. They did an excellent job removing all the dirt and dog hair from my husbands truck, I’d definitely come back.

  Today will be the third time going in. We were very happy with our prior visits. We have dogs, we have kids, and We don’t regularly vacuum our own vehicle… And it looked great when they were finished. For the couple folks who complained about the mold issue… Mold doesn’t grow overnight… if you see it, don’t neglect it for 6 months and blame someone else.

  Unsatisfactory level of work for the price. They mostly just put Armorall on the car and make every surface sticky, then charge you 200+ bucks for it. Afterwards you can still see streak marks from lazy wiping and the car smells like chemicals. I used to detail for a dealership and can tell you that C&C’s fastidiousness of cleaning does not match new or used car dealership standards. No brush cleaning on vents, no air compressor use on small cracks, no leather conditioning, and obvious poor quality workmanship on the final product. Don’t let them convince you a wipe down is “professional detailing”.

  Wow! We had both our truck and car detailed and they came back absolutely shining. They got to Sacred Shine in some really rough shape, I was pretty embarrassed but came back looking brand new (and they are not new vehicles). The work was absolutely beyond amazing. Our cars are spotless, the service was done so timely, the men are so thoughtful and called with additional service options when they were dealing with mold in our truck. I can’t say enough good things. If you need a detail, go here! They’re fantastic with super reasonable prices. Like too good of prices for how messy our cars were! Thank you so much, Sacred Shine!   I highly recommend Sacred Shine! I will absolutely be returning in the future. After a really muddy winter of transporting my dogs for walks, I decided to get the full detail package. I got my car back looking dealership clean and super shiny. They did an amazing job removing the short dog hairs that managed to weave themselves into my fabric seats and carpeting. The guy that helped me was super professional and friendly and even gave me some pointers on dealing with short dog hair, which I really appreciated.
