a week agoIf I could take the one star that I HAD to give away I would! On 8-15-23 I went through the carwash.Their machines folded my mirrors back that I had folded in and almost broke them.When I got home I realized that it did break my rear windshield wiper off.They were closed by this time so I went on the 16th and filed a claim with the manager. I was told I would hear something within 2 business days.Its now the 14th of September almost a month and I still haven’t heard anything from ANYONE! And I’ve emailed the manager to get no response. I’m going to sparkle from now on.And I’m about to sue them!in the last weekGreat value for the subscription. Highly recommend signing up if you are near a Lulu’s. Best part is the vacuum system with towels and spray cleaner.a month agoVery poor service from the attendant, stood there propped on the bug brush and gave one squirt of bug remover on the driver side of my windshield.He was too preoccupied cutting up and talking with his coworkers. After we came out I had to clean the bugs off myself. That was a waisted $25, I get way better service and wash from Sparkle Expess for $20.3 months agoI always thought a car wash was to drive up dirty and come out of it with a clean car. Not at LuLu’s car wash. When you get finished with the wash you have to pull over and use the paper towels (made of wood) to wipe off the dirt and water still on car. I mean you literally have to still clean the dirt off your car. They spray something on your car other than wax in some places that does nothing but smear on your paint and won’t wipe off. The brush at the end of the wash that’s to wipe the top and hood off so water doesn’t run down the sides and re-wet the sides that was blown dry, they now charge you $4.00 for a service that has always came with the higher price levels of a car wash depending on how much you wanted done in extras added to a wash. If you have any bugs on your front grill going in, don’t worry, the splatter of bug guts still will be all over the grill, hood, etc when you finish the car wash on the other side (after paying 25.00 for them to clean your car).They take no effort to assure you that if you go in dirty, that you will come out of the car wash clean. Waste of money…..a month agoI didn’t realize that it was card only and I only had cash, thankfully the lady working was super sweet and still let me through to wash my car!

Chipped my paint on new car I just got, dint even clean the car, fold both my mirrors in😡😡 dirty parking lot pulled out and ran over dog food in parking lot ..Aiken needs to question these ppl and how they are running a business..add 11 photos….these ppl are giving me my money back plus! I don’t know who I got to call but these ppl need to shut this down .having customers ruin their cars..7 months agoPaid for the $16.00 wash and was disappointed with my wheels. Would probably rather spend the $4.00 extra and go elsewhere. Maybe it wasn’t working, I will try it once more next time to see. Other than that I liked the free vac and the rest looked good.a year agoTheir brushes took the paint off my car. No I didn’t complain about because what was I going get? A free car wash? Money back? Neither of those things will fix my paint. All of that and my car was still dirty afterward. I got the $14 wash.5 months agoIf you’re willing to hand wash, this joint has everything you need. They also provide an optional machine wash at this location.

The monthly deals are great! I love it when my car is clean(; The vacuums really suck! The person with scrub brush could put a bit more effort into the back of the vehicle though.
Great customer service! I live on a clay dirt road, and after all the rain we’ve had the mud was caked on my SUV. The attendant took my car through twice knowing that the dry mud wouldn’t come off on the first wash. I didn’t get her name, but she needs a raise.
Idk who decided to put the cones up for the swift pass lane but that was a terrible idea, your employees aren’t reliable enough to make sure they’re evenly spaced out. I’m sure lulu’s isn’t trying to pay for the rim I scratched on the curb trying to avoid the cone. Also the employee there today was sending the cars through to close, my truck jumped out of the guide and the car behind me was about 8 inches away before I put my truck in drive and drove out myself.
A little expensive, but the carwash did a good job on most of the car. There was still dead bugs and such glued to the windshield afterwards, but fortunately they provide free glass cleaner and paper towels. There’s only so much that can be done without a bit of elbow grease. The free vacuums and carpet cleaner also make using this particular carwash over the others nearby worthwhile.
I was a bit wary of coming here after reading some of the reviews but since it’s been 3 months without a wash for my car, all the way from dusty Arizona, this place took the grime right off. Staff was cool and friendly. Yes, they scrubbed the front of my car! (Unlike some places that just give a piddly spray and that’s it.) I’ll definitely come again. 😁
