a month agoI accidentally vacuumed my car keys up one Saturday morning while cleaning the inside of my car! I was frantic! The young man on duty disassembled the v vacuum hose of two of the vacuums to search for my keys, but to no avail. He said he would be glad to look in the area in the basement where all the vacuum waste ended up! About 5-10 minutes later he returned with my freshly washed 🔑 keys! I was ecstatic! He apologized for the key and fob being wet and explained that in the basement the waste is rinse and wet down. He took his time to make sure the key fob worked and I was able to start my car!!!! This young man is the reason I’ll keep coming back to Mr. Clean Car Wash on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth! Customer Care & Service is priceless and rare these days! Faye W. STAY AWAY from them. by the way, their detailing service is nothing more than machine wash. Don’t waste your money there. ——-= ——I just did car wash at this pleasant hill location. The lady who cleaned my car did hard work for best service but unfortunately she damaged my rear trunk door. This door open/close automatically, but she doesn’t seem to know it and she manually and forcibly push up and down. Now automatic back trunk door is not working anymore. I just called and reported to the receptionist who said manager will call me back. I need management to take action swiftly to fix it .
3 months agoI just started going here about a month ago, after the hand wash, car wash I used to go to for multiple years had recently closed down. I absolutely enjoy going here, & it seems much easier to wipe down my own car, after it runs through the machine, it almost seems like I’m still getting a handwash! This definitely is my mew go to spot for washing my car, I’ve been 3xs already, so basically I’m sold..I wasn’t paid either to write this review, go check it out, & respond if I lied in this review! I will post photos, next time I go4 years agoI have been going to this location for many years and have always had what I would consider ‘acceptable’ results from the regular washes. Not always great, but ok. This time, however, I decided to try some of their custom detailing for one of our fleet trucks that was in particularly bad shape. The truck was very dirty when I took it over, I will admit that. However, you can see for yourself that the results were not good. I mentioned to the fellow there that I was disappointed and he said he would not charge me the extra $20 for the wash. I told him I already paid when I dropped the truck off the day before and his response was something like “oh”. I paid $137 for the Carpet Shampoo, Cloth Seat Clean & Condition and Interior Hard Surfaces Clean & Condition plus a regular wash for the exterior. According to the website, the Interior Hard Surfaces Clean & Condition includes “all interior hard surfaces are scrubbed with a cleaning solution and a soft brush to remove dirt and stains. Once clean, a vinyl dressing is applied. This helps keep interior hard surfaces protected and looking great.” You can check out the pictures below and decide for yourself. Most hard surfaces inside this truck were not touched. My shampooed carpet doesn’t even look vacuumed. Once again, this truck was in awful shape when I dropped it off and it looks much better now, but this job was half done, at best. I will find a new place to take our fleet trucks from now on.5 months agoI like that there wasn’t a long line – super rare for a car wash on a Saturday afternoon. Nice workers and reasonable price. However, I’ve been to other car washes where the vacuum and cleaner options afterwards are more varied/better.

I was recommended to speak with Caleb(GM) and I’d recommend everyone do the same. a week agoThis is the third time my car has been serviced at the Hamilton Mill location. Each time I have been very satisfied and have felt the outcome was well worth the cost. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is stocked with free coffee, and snacks to enjoy as you wait.a month agoLove this place. They do a great job at cleaning my car. I enjoy my membership and use it regularly. They also have decent snacks while you wait. It’s pricey. They recently implemented a price increase but it is worth it.

Pretty cool car wash. Three different price ranges from basic to medium that includes wheel shinning the third includes wax and bug removal.
Vacuums are everywhere as is a neat machine that you insert your floor mats into that will clean them and drop at your feet. Insert and repeat (no rubber mats).
Air blower works great for cleaning out those small crevices.
Towels are available for wiping your car down after the wash and even window cleaner just ask for it if you don’t see it.
Supposedly you can get a VIP Membership for $20.00 a month and can wash your car up to two times a day every day for a month. Do the math even once a week this is cheaper than two car washes. (Will investigate further).

They already closed their shop. I was waited around 15minute in line. Suddenly they toward to me and said “ we are closed, move back plz. “ they did not explain why did they close so early….. I lost my time. Any way $7.00 car wash and free vacuuming is quite cheap. It is convenience shopping Korean market next by bamboo express car wash. Maybe i will come back again.

On 03/07/21 I visited this place to wash my car.
When i pulled up the to payment lane the first time, my rfid tag was not being recognized by machine.
After trying it both on right lane and middle lane, and unable to find any personnel that willing to help me i decided to pay full price for the wash.
After completing the wash i went to office by wash bay and i was instructed by one of attendant to try it again before they can reimbursed me for the money. Also, since i have tried on middle and right payment lane, i was told to try far left lane to make sure it works.
When incident happened, instead of checking everything is okay, an individual show up, he proclaimed himself as manager and proceed to do the following
1. Offering to cancel my membership immediately on the spot.
2. Blaming it on the size of my truck and why i went to left lane when every other lanes are available…. really??
3. Threatened to write incident report for damaging company property.
After not budging to all 3 points, he claimed that he said that he see everything when it happened, and it’s all my fault.
When I mentioned that i went to left lane per your employee instructions, he claimed that he didn’t instructed me to do that and did not instruct me to hit yellow guarding either.
When i gave him a dirty look about that comments, he proceeds to walk away, and left me by myself to inspect damage.
After all this i still havent received my $25 refund… so anyone with oversize vehicle may want to think twice before going in to this place.
Car wash is amazing! Especially with the new ceramic wash set up they’re implementing.
For the price the car wash membership really pays for itself and you have so many amenities such as floor mat cleaner machine, compressed air, towels, and some solution in a hand bottle sprayer for your windows and to wipe up small imperfections in the interior of the car.
Sounds remarkable to me especially with the tire shine already applied and the car is spotless!
Took the photo later on that evening (without the license plate showing just for my own solidarity) car was still like a pearl even after my long trip back home 🥰
They change the name to Mister Car wash. The service is worse. Car still dirty wheels not clean. No towels. I not be going back there!!!
