5 months agoThey damaged both of my BMW’s and refused to take responsibility. They told me the scratches from the wheel brushes don’t really touch the car so the thousands of scratches I had were from the road. Stay far away from this place.2 years agoNO LONGER a Mobil. It has changed to a SHELL (July 2021). Car NEVER comes out clean..always go through a second time. . And it is STILL DIRTY! The blonde at car wash is always gregarious. Morning Cashiers are usually chipper with their head costumes and rainbow eyeshadow. Evening cashier Maryanne is extremely pleasant and personally think their best asset. The kid Chris does NOT fit in with the rest of the staff. He is never friendly or ever cracks a smile. It’s “customer service” dude! Who hired you?? Joe the Manager is very friendly. Anyone that knows me knows that I am a fanatic about the care of my vehicle both mechanically as well as its showroom-new appearance. I drive many miles out of my way and bypass multiple other car washes just to take my car here. Thanks to this entire establishment for such a great service. I will always remain loyal if you will. 👍🚘a year agoSelf serve car wash is best in area. 10 dollars gets you 20 minutes with easy to use controls and the soaps and wax/rinses are always filled. Good pressure with a pressure boast for tough caked on mud and salt. Brushes are well maintained and not gross. Vacuums are powerful and have a blow gun which comes in handy to help push out debris from under seats.Bays are large enough for most big pick up trucks and their is one oversized bay for Box/larger trucks.
9 months agoCar was filthy so I splurged and got the $20 hot wax. Car looked great but when I got home I realized the cowl for my passenger side exterior mirror was gone. Rushed back and as I told the first attendant the problem, his coworker came out with the aforementioned cowl and a 3rd lad came out gave me an apology! This was all very much appreciated (and truthfully, unexpected).

Very clean the gentleman there in charge was very friendly and helpful. Down to earth and fun to talk to. My dogs are chicken lol and didn’t want to go in. Screamed like babies a big husky lab and another Shepard mix.
Too funny. I will go back over and over. He made sure everything was sanitized before we went in.
The truck came out nice, and it was as expected. I come here for the undercarriage wash. My only gripe is multiple drive-through machines, wouldn’t take my cash. I tried multiple types of bills and multiples of the bill type. Don’t put cash machines in if they won’t function, be maintained, or are ready to go. It’s disingenuous.
Extremely dirty water. I had to wash my car at a different location, twice, to get the smears off. The vacuums are an additional charge and not very strong.
Car is clean and the facility was well maintained minus some out of order machines. The company Staff has always gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I’ve ever encountered there. Highly recommend the N.Grand street location!
Apparently you can’t wash your pick up truck bed here. Although the bed is part of the truck. I was washing my bed and a worker came over and said “no bed washing”. 1) that makes absolutely no sense. 2) there’s no signs anywhere stating that there is “no bed washing” It’s not like I’m washing a hazardous chemical or pounds of debris down your drainage.
Anyways I will make sure to never return to a foam and wash period. And post some signs if you don’t want people washing their bed although it’s part of the TRUCK. Make it make sense.
