I got it used, so there were already messes from the previous owners, but now it looks like new!!!a month agoRoger was prompt and courteous during the entire process. Getting a ride to and from the shop was great! The inside and outside of my eight year-old car now sparkle, and there’s no better feeling than driving a (like) new car!6 months agoA super easy and friendly experience! You can really tell they put their heart and soul into their work! My car was in major need of detailing on the inside and out, Roger did a great job at making sure that all of the minor details were hit. My car looked like it did when I bought it 3 years ago and smelt like new car! Definitely 10/10 highly recommend!3 months agoI had a full interior detail done on my 2009 minivan. There is a lot of wear and tear on a van that old. The inside of my van now looks as good as new. John did an amazing job! Every crack and crevice, cubby hole, cup holder, and vent is dirt, grime, and dust free. The carpets and floor mats that had stains years old are now stain free. I‘ve always loved my van but after 14 years she looked tired. She’s now much happier and I swear she ran better driving home that day. Well worth every penny!!a month agoRoger was prompt and friendly providing a ride for me. The Jeep looks fantastic inside and out! I’m a repeat customer and will return again in the near future! 6 months agoUsing the self service carwash, I used for $5 worth of soap before rinsing (for another $5 worth), and the photos speak for themselves … This is literally 5 min after leaving the carwash. Not to be confused with the grease monkey car wash on the other side of town.4 months agoWe stopped into this Big O because we got our dually motorhome stuck in the mud and it threw our tires out of balance. We had no wait they came right out We had to park in the road because we were pulling a trailer. These guys came out to the road and got the mud out and cleaned the rims and rebalalanced all 4 tires on the back duallys. They also made sure they torqued them right. They found that the big O in Salt Lake did not balance them or torque them correctly. They were friendly, helpful and professional. Got us back on the road in no time. They didn’t even charge us. They went above and beyond. If I could give these guys 10 stars I could.2 months agoTried this car wash because it was touchless. Did not do a very good job at all. Have used other touchless car washes that work great but this one, not so much.3 months agoThe RV wash has limited access . There’s no safe way to negotiate a 40 ft RV in that parking lot and being the closet thing to an RV car wash in Laramie you might look into that .

We’ve been coming to Grease Monkey for several years. Their waiting room is a clean and pleasant
place to wait with free soda and water :-). . Their service is consistent and affordable. They are honest, efficient and friendly. They kindly let you know what they would recommend as part of routine service but do not push extra services. Recently they fixed a chip in my windshield for free because we are long time loyal customers. A pleasant surprise! Thanks

We were able to get in with hardly any wait and the staff was professional and friendly. Free coffee and biscuits for the dogs and lollipops for your kids or yourself. You know it’s those little things that make a place of five instead of a four!
Nice to be able to make appointments online so that you don’t have to drive there and not know how long you have to wait. It’s the kind of business where they try to sell you things sometimes that you don’t need… But if you can get over that it’s an okay place to get a quick oil change.
After seeing reviews I visited this place. They were helpful and suggested me in the change of things for my car. But they didn’t do the good job with oil change. They didn’t keep the screws on for my oil plate cover which was hanging to the road. I have to drive like that for one day until I went back to show and fix it the next day.
Unless you don’t have a choice to go to other oil change service locations I don’t recommend this place.
Excellent customer service! All interactions with staff were courteous. Veronica, Ray, Carlos and Nate took good care of my car. Ray let me know about an issue with my filter cover and made sure it would be good for the drive to Wisconsin.
