a year agoIt’s Okay but after the car wash bugs were still left on the front of the car. I paid for the blue special which includes vacuuming the vehicle, however there was debris left behind and the dash wasn’t whipped down. Overall it was better than it was, but it still wasn’t to the level as cleanliness as I expected. I recommend but do not have high expectations.11 months agoDid not shut my door completely, so there was water ALL IN MY CAR. No body seemed to care about the issue, claimed my car would be fine. My car is also BRAND NEW, there is water STILL under my seat drenched. Even after the fact of my car being cleaned in the interior, the STILL LEFT WATER. I will never use them again, obviously careless when it comes to other people’s property. I have never written a bad review for ANY company, but I truly feel like this should’ve been a matter better taken care of.a week agoVery fast and friendly. 4 years agoNot sure that it even washed my car? I still have bugs and grime all over the front of my car and the mirror. Also paid extra for the tire shine option and didn’t get any. Vacuums had decent suction and very narrow heads, but the floormat cleaner doesn’t work very well.Would not recommend.
2 weeks agoPOOR BUSINESS PROMOTIONS. Paid for a platinum package for $20. I was supposed to be grandfathered in at the old rate of $28.95 but I’ve been charged their new rate of $38.95 and cannot tell me why 🤬 Car washes are horrible. The workers there are always talking and not working on each side like they’re supposed to be and their car washes SUCKS!a month agoWent there for the first time since they remodeled. Only 2 were working and those two were being used.. I could have kept my 6 dollars and done the car washing at home. dollars wasted on the car rinsing. It was definitely not a wash.

Not great.
1. Pre soak couldn’t care less: did half the windshield, no front bumper, no mirrors.
2. Plenty of stalls out of order, only 1 of 2 floor matt cleaners worked
3. Massive scratch on my passenger mirror – thanks a lot!
4. No free microfiber towels either. So make sure to bring your own – despite the statement on their website.
One star for free vacuums.
What a joke.
The car wash does a great job. The attendants are courteous and helpful. If you are unhappy you may go through a second time. I love the free vacumd.
EXCELLENT customer service. I love this car wash. The staff is always super helpful. Today, a young man name Colby or Coty Moat assisted me. He gave me a coupon for an oil change. Very kind, young man. Good for business… He had a Positive attitude as well! Keep him around!
Due to recent changes, I can no longer late this location a 5 Star. They have taken a step back in time and removed the license plate reader technology and replaced it with cheaper RFID technology. This requires you to place a LARGE advertising decal on your windshield to use the monthly service. Even if you are going to use RFID, the chip is tiny. The REQUIRED advertisement logo on my vehicle was too much. It’s 2023 do better!
Customer service sucks! I started a membership June 19 and was charged again on my very next visit. I called customer service and tje lady that answered sounded like she was deep under the covers sleep! And then she hung up on me before I could ask her to repeat her name. I emailed to cancel my membership included my customer number and name. After 5 days I disputed the charge with my bank and wrote a BBB review. THEN I received a response to my email asking for 9 of my credit card numbers! Like what! Then another email asking for my license plate number, which was not needed for my sign up. I then canceled the membership at the location and a month later I. AM. STILL. BEING. CHARGED!!!!!
