a week agoHorrible experience paid 22 dollars for a car wash that tore the emblem off my car and damaged my bumper the manager told me it happened because my car was old! I told her it happened because I came through your Carwash. She says o well I’m the manager and it happened because your car is old.Response: I know you were educated in this country, but at least learn to do simple math. 13 is a different number than 20.

Although always trying to up-sell services, I just stick to the regular car wash inside/out and they have always done a great job! Yesterday, I went to get my 2021 Infiniti washed and a few hours later I noticed my dashboard speedometer plastic was cracked. That crack was not there before the car was washed. I went there this morning to let them know and they immediately got defensive with me saying that there is no way it was done by them, which is a blatant lie. No accountability taken at all. Why would I waste my time going there had they not done it. I’m sure it wasn’t done intentionally but the person who washed my car did it. Because of their defensive reaction and lack of accountability, they lost a customer, and will lose more when I let friends and family that frequent the car wash know of this incident. I give them a zero for customer service. I checked the reviews then decided to come here, they charge $40 for BMW X5 inside and out side, but very disappointed, my photos will prove why I’m not happy , this is after they cleaned my car
I’ve been coming here since 2010 and ever since the tiny guy has been there he’s been the worse to say the least. He made me stand in line (patiently might I add) for 30 minutes just for him to tell me no more car washes. HE WATCHED ME FOR 30 MINUTES. He price gouges, he’s disrespectful, he’s rude and crude, Argues with you. I can go on and on. I get mechanic work here done also and that’s fine. But the car wash part that tiny guy has real issues. He’s bad for business. I just decided to drive further to get things done to my car. He’s bad for business.
