4 months agoThe customer service at this car wash, they are very good people but the car wash system or the drive-thru you may call it. does not work properly it does not wash the car good and it definitely does not dry the car off when you are leaving the wash, it look like the drying machine never worked, because your car come out wet, soapy and still dirty in some spots3 months agoI absolutely love this car wash the employees are super nice and the car wash plans they offer are affordable and worth it! They provide all the materials you need to clean your vehicle while offering traditional car wash experience however with up to date equipment like vacuum etc! Not only that if you have the member ship you have access to other locations for a “just in case matter”.

They have a ton of cleaners available to you to clean your whole car from top to bottom as well as mat cleaners that were easy to use, although Chase went out of his way to help me clean them for me!3 months agoKind of out of my way. I went there because I won gift cards in a raffle. But nice place, free vacuums, etc, too.8 months agoSo my fiancé brought our new used car here to have the inside detailed before the arrival of our new baby due to the fact that the previous owner clearly had animals in the car. We wanted to make sure to have the fur and funky smell out of the car before installing the car seat since babies tend to be more sensitive to allergens and things like that. As recommended by Marquis, we chose to go with “Soapy’s Special Interior” wash which is basically just the full interior detailing. After waiting 2 hours, my fiancé was told that the carpet and mats were still a little wet but that it would take about 1-2 hours to dry. At first I didn’t think anything of it because it was a rainy day and I figured it just takes a little longer than normal to dry when it’s chillier out but after several hours of having the heat on full blast the mats were still soaked and the paper mats they had placed to keep the mats clean were all shredded up. We decided to pull the mats out of the car so we could bring them inside and dry them with our little Bissel spot cleaner because we didn’t want to leave the car damp overnight. When we pulled the mats out of the car they were completely drenched to the point where water was pouring out of them. Even worse when we used the spot cleaner to suck out the water, it was completely full and had to be dumped several times meaning they hadn’t even tried to dry our mats. Upon further inspection of the interior we also noticed that the seats hadn’t been moved to properly clean the fur from between or even on top of the seats and that there were several areas that looked like they weren’t wiped down either. I am incredibly disappointed as I really wanted the vehicle ready for our newborn and I ended up spending a few hours outside in the cold trying to clean it up myself (while 8 months pregnant). I would think for spending $150+ (including a tip) that more care would have gone into cleaning our car. I am attaching a picture of the water dripping from the mats AFTER my fiancé had already walked across our buildings parking lot with them.in the last weekI’m pretty sure she’s new but you couldn’t tell other than another guy working there saying it but her name was jolay and she was super sweet and helpful!! I’ll for sure be returning I love the hospitality.8 months agoSoapy’s is one of the better car washes around. Definitely my car wash of choice. They spray off the vehicles before they go through and the monthly membership is reasonable.

I like car wash, friendly employees. I wish they would update the carwash like the other new ones nearby ,the prices are very high compared to others .
How can it possibly cost $39.00 for exterior wash only? I was told he would throw in vacuuming as a favor, but next time it would cost me more for everything unless I signed up for the monthly service. I will be looking for another car wash . It’s a shame, the people that do the actual work are great, work hard and are pleasant.
Quick and easy wash, friendly staff and plenty of vacuums for everyone, basic wash is only $10 so very wallet friendly too.
Would never go anywhere else for a car wash. They take their time cleaning the inside and always looks so good after, great prices for the quality too !
