2 years agoWas in the area for a wedding from Rochester. Wanted to get the road grime off my Jeep Gladiator from the drive down and picked this place based on good reviews. I got the Hand Wash package at $40 for large SUV/truck. They did a great job. Spent a good 45-50 minutes on my vehicle and it came out looking almost new again. Lots of attention to detail and everyone there was friendly with a good attitude. Wouldn‘t hesitate to return if I’m in the area again.a year agoBeen here couple of times. They are nice to you when they take your car to wash it (maybe to work on the tips) but when you are waiting outside even if you have an appointment they will not talk to you. They dont care if there are customers waiting outside. They wont give you an update so you are just guessing and going to wait until they call you.One sunday I made an appointment, and I got a message that it was confirmed. I was waiting outside for about 1 hour. The guy saw me waiting so I gave him time then I found out that they were closed that morning and the guy didnt even let me know.
Today I made an appointment at 4:30. I got there at 4:20 and I was at the waiting area they saw me and they didnt say anything or even to say Hi. I waited for another hour and to find out that they are still finishing the car. I could have just comeback and they were laughing at you as soon as you leave. They just dont care about the customers time. They might be professional detailers but poor management and dont know how to treat their customers right
8 months agoGood service. They pay attention to details leaving your car really clean. I recommend.2 years agoWe bought a used BMW with tan interior that literally looked black and they did MAGIC! They are friendly, reasonably priced and so amazing working! Will be returning more often!4 years agoBramex is the best! I brought my car to get interior cleaning after a very careless mechanic crew (from another company) left the sun roof of my car open in the rain. Needless to say my car smelled terrible and musty. Brian and the team at Bramex did an excellent job cleaning my car. They were attentive, considerate and very communicative. They worked hard to get all the spots and stains out. The upholstery was dry when I picked up my car and best of all they got rid of that nasty smell. I highly recommend them.

a month agoI recently had my car detailed by The Westchester Auto Detailer and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Mike was polite and attentive from the time I stepped in. He listened to my issues and explained the various detailed packages offered. I chose his premium plan, and it was well worth the money. My automobile looks better now than it did when I first acquired it!The exterior was thoroughly hand-washed and polished. The inside detailing was excellent; he removed all of the persistent stains and restored the appearance of my seats and carpets.
Mike’s attention to detail truly stood out. He scrubbed every nook and cranny, leaving no corner untouched. A little scratch on my bumper was repaired, which was a pleasant surprise.
I suggest The Westchester Auto Detailer to anybody in the market for expert auto detailing services. Mike’s knowledge and commitment to client satisfaction is unrivaled. I will absolutely return for any of my future detailing requirements.
in the last weekThis is the one. We’ve tried several other detailers that will come to your driveway, and can confidently say this is the best in Westchester. The quality of work here was remarkable, showing incredible attention to detail. Your car will look brand new / Uber Black -level clean inside and out, and for a very good price. The communication to arrange a time before and during the job to manage expectations was very professional, and the car looks great, well done!a month agoI’ve had the pleasure of having Michael detail several of our vehicles throughout the past several years. This guy is a rock star when it comes to detailing! He literally is the guy who gives meaning to “detail” when it comes to auto detailing. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. He seems to spot every spec of dirt and blemish that I never notice until he points them out. He goes above and beyond any other auto detailer in the Port Chester area and can’t wait to hire him again.3 years agoAmazing exterior detail at a great deal. Only top of the line products used here. The job done here beats the first detail I got when I first bought my car. Paint has not had this shine or felt as slick ever.a month agoMike’s work is outstanding! As a car guy who’s raced and driven sports cars, you won’t be disappointed.

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
The clearance of most car washes is typically around 7 feet (2.1 meters). This is the approximate height at which vehicles can comfortably pass through the car wash without causing any damage to the vehicle or the car wash equipment.
Having a sufficient clearance is crucial for car washes to accommodate a wide range of vehicles, including SUVs, trucks, and vans, which tend to be taller than regular sedans and coupes. Here are some key points about car wash clearance:
- The clearance may vary slightly between different car washes, but the average is around 7 feet.
- Car washes with a lower clearance may have signs indicating the maximum height allowed.
- It’s important for drivers to be aware of their vehicle’s height and ensure it is within the car wash clearance limit.
- Installing a car wash with a higher clearance may require additional construction and equipment costs.
- Some modern car washes have adjustable clearance systems that can accommodate taller vehicles.
Overall, car washes strive to provide a clearance that accommodates most vehicles while ensuring the safety of both the vehicle and the car wash equipment. It’s always advisable for drivers to check the clearance limit of a car wash before entering to avoid any potential damage or inconvenience.

They broke a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses because they “had to” clean the center console. As one can see from the photo they didn’t even clean it. Overall poor job cleaning and careless staff cost me $250. And wouldn’t refund the wash. Ripoff.
This place used to be good, but I recently brought my pick up truck for a wash, and they didn’t even wash the roof of the car or the side mirrors. Then the guy tells me I should pay $150 for a full detail. I’ll goto the place across the street from now on. They obviously don’t care anymore.
This car wash is under new ownership. They left my car shiny and spotless, I definitely recommend it 💯. They’re willing to go an extra mile if you are not happy with the service they’ll re do it at not extra cost. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.
The first time I took my truck for a wash here it came out good the second and third and the last was today they don’t even wash the wheels they just put tire shine over the chrome and paint so when you leave in the sun you can see. The tire shine they’re using slings over the car so by the time you reach your destination it’s spots all over I had to drive home and use spray detailer and clean the truck and wheels I paid 28 dollars for garbage that’s why stopped going to splash but looks like I will return it’s cheaper for the same results
Read the reviews first folks. They speak for themselves. I called in to get a car wash because spring has brought tons of pollen and bird droppings all over my car. This happened at the very last minute after I got my car washed at home a week ago. I called in at 9am (1 hour after opening) to understand the process. The phone rang for a bit and then Carlos answered. I basically had to ask what the process was: appointment only, cash/card, price and wait time. I was told it’s basically first come first served. It’s by appointment only if you need a detail service and they accept cash and card. Now the place was a bit busy for a Saturday morning. When I pulled into the driveway you’re essentially locked in so be confident you’re sure about waiting here because cars pile in. There’s no place to sit if it’s busy and if it’s a sunny day, you can work on your tan with all the outdoor seating. You’re not greeted by anyone and the waiting room is filled with people waiting for their car. The gentleman working on the wash/vacuum portion came to me as he moved cars in the queue. He spoke Spanish so I was able to get what I needed clarified but there was no confirmation on pricing till after your visit. No menu board on site or in the waiting area to see what services they do perform. The approach here is, go in and ask what you want done and see if they can do it. Overall, I asked for a hand wash, vacuuming, wipe down of interior and spray wax to get rid of all the pollen and bird droppings. The car came out fine $60 later (Note I was told on the phone, the price for an SUV is $35). Though I will say, I asked for my floor mats to be washed. Only one was washed and the car didn’t look vacuumed when it was returned to me. The car did not smell clean at all after it was done. I could argue it smelled worse cause of the area where it was vacuumed was by some garbage dumpsters. I also observed the drying process, it appeared they use the same drying chamois on all cars which was a bit worrisome if you want to preserve your paint. Just a call out here, I don’t think they used a two bucket method either as they claim a hand wash but it was mainly done with pressure washers. The tire shine also isn’t very good. Wore off as soon as I got home (10 minute drive). I’d say go elsewhere if you’re picky or want a mobile service to come to you if you want to be convenient on time. All else aside, this place gets the job done.
