a month agoHate to leave a bad review, but for what it costs and there’s competition all over equal or lower pricing which includes, floor matt cleaners, towels and spray for cleaning. And to top it off, truck came out dirty still, wheels and body Probably won’t be backa month agoI wanted to love Tommy’s, I’m a frequent car washer and it’s SO close! But for the cost I’m disappointed. I tried “The Works” wash and wasn’t worth the value. Either I’m spoiled by Wash N Roll or Tommy’s is extremely overpriced. The one thing I did like about Tommy’s was the actual wash but:*The turn into the wash is WAY too tight *The turn into the vacuums is awkward *You have to push a button to start the someone that folds vacuum * The vacuums BARELY suck * There’s inadequate shade over the vacuums
And that’s it.
For $2 more per month (and for me worth the extra 10 minute drive) at Wash N Roll you also get:

I wouldn’t be comparing if the cost wasn’t comparable, but it is. If Tommy’s was a better price point (maybe $7/month) then it would be worth the cost. Even then however, I still prefer to fully detail myself and can’t do that at Tommy’s, nor can I barely turn into the wash itself.
a month agoThis review is for the new HUTTO Tommy’s location: I give this place two stars because the wash was good overall and I come to Tommy’s due to the conveyor belt type system that can accommodate. My warning is to those with big trucks. I have a crew cab long bed dually. That turn is darn near impossible! Especially in one try. You can’t do it if someone is behind you for sure. It was just awful planning for that entryway! Plus the guys there to “help” are far from helpful. I will not be bringing my truck back. God speed to those brave enough to try.a month agoUsed this place often before the name change, but it does not seem to have any improvements. My car was pretty dirty but the attendant did not do the pre-scrub they used to do on front and back windshields. Wash did not clean as well as I’d hoped. Vacuum quality is ok, not great. They no longer had the table near the vacuums with towels and glass cleaner. And the Works wash used to come with a 7-day guarantee, but no longer, so the value just isn’t there for me.2 years agoGood but need adjustmentsUpdate 10/10/2020 I decided to give this place a 3rd chance and i have to say is still a no go. They have made a lot of improvement but for me not enough. Today i stopped by on my way back from grocery shopping at HEB and after going through the wash I had damage to my vehicle again. The vehicle badge / logo / emblem was ripped off the trunk which was there when i out the grocery in the trunk and my license plate was pull out away from the trunk. This to me is unacceptable and therefore no more chances for this car wash. Adding pictures from today as well if google allows me to add additional ones.
Update 9/27/2019 Received feed back that the car wash had been adjusted and to come by again. Today we stopped by and while I did noticed the wash does provided a lot more cleaning soap and solutions and the tire dressing was actually covering most of the tire instead of just one spot the was still need works and adjustments.
My vehicle front end is still just a dirty, side view mirrors still have dirt on them, and the bottom of the doors still dirty as well as when I when in the previous 2 times and today the front right bumper was scratch yet the dirt still there not sure what that is all about the brush can scratch the vehicle when it should not be able to but it will not remove bugs or dirt.
I have call the place to canceled my subscription and left a message. I then received a call back from the Austin location manager apparently the hutto number forwards to them until the phone service is properly install at the hutto location.
Previously I said that I would continue to use them but after the scratch nope not again I will wait 1 year for them to work out all of their adjustments and get the place working properly then I might give them another shot.

I have 3 vehicle in my home and brought 2 of them multiple times to the new car wash. I believe overall it is a good place to get your vehicle washed comparing the others available in the Hutto area. I like that the was is quick and most times you do not need to wait long and I also like the free vacuum they have available.
I do have some issues though starting with the fact that the wash does not completely cleans the front of the vehicle and you will see that on the picture I have uploaded. Vehicle 1 the SUV took it through the wash 2 times in the same day just minutes apart because the 1st time looked like the front end was never cleaned. The second time it was just as bad with that said it did remove some of the dirt and bugs but not enough to event look clean. The windshield still had bug marks on a few spots as well.
The wheel cleaner is good better than most out there but still does not clean the rim good enough in my opinion. The wheel dressing device tries to put a coat on the tires but it only seems to coat spots on the tires so when you are done you have very nice clean shiny spots but the rest of the tire has non.
Vehicle 2 same deal and it was not as dirty as the SUV was but yet still does not clear the front end enough to remove the bugs and yes some are still on the windshield as well. The rims same deal they look half cleaned and the tire dressing non existent on the tires.
Overall I would say it is the best place to get your car wash as it does not rip or bend your license plate like the HEB car wash does and it does not leave a bunch of blue soap spots every where like the car wash at the shell station.
I may still use them but hope they get the issues worked out so it will clean the front of the vehicle better including the windshield and for the rim well no car wash gets them clean but for the tire dressing hope that gets adjusted.

I have monthly memberships on both my vehicles. I roll up every few days, get a good thorough wash and dry, pull up and vacuum and dry the small spots (towels provided) and they have the little air hose to blow out the nooks and crannies. Good location. With plenty of bays to self clean the interiors after the exterior wash. The self cleaning bays have machine operated mat cleaner and rubber mat cleaner. Clean towels and cleaners for interior cleaning with pressure air hose. They have monthly unlimited wash plans. Well maintained location. I go here often right next to dairy queen, chick-fil-a, Lowes, Home Depot.
I really like this car wash. I have an F150 and this place does really good washes. The only problems I’ve had is the wash doesn’t wash the tailgate very well. So you must get out and wipe everything. Or it’ll look dirty. It’s like you’re with cars too. Also, the tags they give you smell super sour sometimes. Freaking gross. Other than that, I love this place. The people that work there are also always really friendly and nice.
My wife and I both have memberships to your location. it’s very close to home and work so it’s easy to get to. Every time we come through there’s a young girl that works there and each time we go through she is always smiling. Seems like a good place to go to and see happy workers. My wife asked her manager for her name and it’s Lauren. So thanks Lauren for your hard work and daily smile. Keep it up!!!

We have used this location for several years and service has always been spot on each time.
Team is always working hard to ensure garbage cans are empty, clean towels are available, mat cleaners are working.
It takes A LOT to impress me these days. But today, I visited WhiteWater Express Car Wash for the first time and could not have had a better experience. The GM, Cherokee, greeted me immediately. Big friendly smile, eye contact, professional uniform and demeanor…I was hooked if everyone on their staff was like Cherokee. Without a high pressure sales pitch, she explained the savings and advantages of the monthly pass program. Due to the Georgetown water restrictions, I’m not allowed to wash my car in the driveway, so using a car wash is my only option and the pass saves me the most money. Wise choice.
However…without a doubt, my favorite free amenity included with every car wash is the use of these two self serve floor mat machines that deep clean and dry your rubber or carpet mats. They even removed some old coffee stains that had been bothering me for years. That sold me!
It’s no wonder WhiteWater Express is so clean, efficient and with all vacuums, air guns and equipment in perfect working order….Cherokee is an Army veteran!
Give this place a try…you will not be disappointed.
