a month agoFirst time here and not impressed. $30 and my Jeep was not very clean. Vacuum was okay but not a lot of suction. The microfiber towels were good though!a month agoI use the car wash in Rogers AR. Seems like most of the time I use this wash there is no drying towels and something is always broken inside the wash area. the employees there seem like they do not like their job. I know that not much can be done about that.a month agoI usually use Zips a couple times a week, in different locations. There is seldom a wait, making it convenient and quick. The equipment could use a tune up, especially the dryers, my car is still usually very wet after I leave and I have to dry the entire car by hand.6 months agoLove this place! I get the unlimited wash and can go whenever I get a spot on my windshield. There are three locations nearby so no matter where I am, I can always have a sparkling clean vehicle. Only thing I don’t like is when one of the two lanes is blocked off and the person in front of my lane is taking 10 or 20 minutes to figure out how to put their money in, This is mostly due to my impatience.11 months agoKnocked off my Antenna, so $10 wash (almost) ended up costing me an additional $200.70 UPDATE (please read): 1 star to 6 stars!!!I didn’t notice what had happened till later that evening. I went back first thing the next morning and spoke with local guys working (very friendly and apologetic). Apparently, this is not uncommon, not just because of the wash. Just happens to many cars regardless.
Note: one should check their vehicle ASAP, which I did not AND if you notice something like this, try and return before closing that day if possible, bc. sometimes they get thrown away at the end of the day, otherwise a dumpster dive might have to occur.
But, not in my case, thankfully. The young man offered to take a dive after he sprayed the car entering the wash, but then returned with my $200 Antenna in his hand. I don’t know if it had been set to the side and not thrown away yet, or if he walked down and found it while I was standing there. #hero
However, I wanted to update my review and add that they go above and beyond which I didn’t want to leave a bad review and have been going there for years with great service, but now am even more of a loyal customer, and hope you will be too.
Also, I just noticed that they quickly responded to my review and were working on getting it resolved which I also appreciate, and why I gave an additional 6th star.

I dropped my car off for detailing service and was very disappointed when I returned approximately an hour later. It looked like they did not even clean areas on parts of the dashboard and front seat area and did nothing to the cargo area of my 4-Runner. It was my first visit, only paid $49….which you drive the car through the wash part yourself…..so they were to only really wipe the inside and vacuum and that was not done very well. I was in a hurry and tried to show the two people at check-in that helped me initially, but all they did was tell me to pull around and talk to someone in the detailing area. One of them did tell me it looked like it was not done and did not know what happened. At this point, I had to go for a conference call and honestly did not want to have to wait again and just decided it would be easier to do it myself. I felt like my money was taken from me.7 months agoWhen this place first opened it was great and a good value for the money. Unfortunately over the last year or so it went downhill. The full detail service (inside and out cleaning) is not what it used to be. The last couple of vehicles I brought in was not cleaned properly. They missed parts of the windshield, door jams, cup holders, dash, and the tires had a thick silicone based coating that was not consistent, leaving parts of the tires untreated, and looking horrible. My front drivers seat was pushed all the way back, even though I asked them not to adjust it. I won’t be back for a while. Hopefully they correct the issues. It used to be a great value.a month agoI don’t usually do negative but today deserves it. I’ve been a member for years and used the wash hundreds of times.But today the wash “guardian” decided I had mud clumps on one(yes one) of my running bars(hence why i was there) and that was too dirty to wash. He said I should go somewhere and wash it off then come back. The contract is this; bring your dirty vehicle and they wash it for $80/mo. Nowhere did it say “we won’t clean stuck on dirt”. They were totally incredulous and non apologetic about having me wait my turn and then kicking me out of line. Their customer service is abysmal especially when “detailing” #kindawipedown. I promptly canceled my membership(no prorate) and will use another much less expensive car wash. Here’s an idea: if you car wash is so frail that it can’t handle dirt on a running bar, put a hose at the entrance and wash it off first. That would be customer service. Really dumb.

Love this place, doesn’t get any easier than this. Literally zip right on in and zip right on out lol. Staff is always incredibly friendly, can’t beat it.
I bought a membership with Zips because of their locations, and the only reason I have stayed with them. I am seriously considering cancelling and moving to another company. They are consistently out of the spray bottles of cleaner and towels.I mentioned this to an employee once and he told me my expectations were too high. They vacuums are either stopped up or not working at all. The equipment also shuts down in the middle of a wash, and I’m stuck until they get it going again.
Zachery did a great job lining up my car to be washed today! My vehicle looked super clean after going through the washing cycle.
Decent car wash. But for $24, I wish it would actually clean the entire car… it inevitably never cleans the trunk/gate area, just leaves it marked up with brush marks.
I always enjoy coming to this car wash because the people I always enjoy coming to this car wash because the people are prompt and friendly. They may is a very enjoyable experience and will help me out anytime I have any issues.
