2 months agoI am a member at the finish line car wash in Hopkinsville. I took a brand new vehicle through the wash on May 3. I always hand shammy the vehicle after the wash. Noticed scratches on the passenger side rear and also on the tail light. Immediately reported it they gave me a pamphlet with a phone number and said they would be in touch. I have reached out several times over the last couple of months with no success. Finally today on July 11 I went back to ask what they planned to do to repair the vehicle and they said someone would contact me. I did receive an email today stating the scratches were already there upon entering the car wash. That isn’t the case. Beware if you have an incident at the car wash, they will not get in touch with you or abate the situation. Really unfortunate3 months agoLove that if I need just a quick vacuum I can get that done without having to pay for a car wash every time. Super convient! I always go thru twice to help get any dirt off!8 months agoI drove in from south Georgia with a very salty and dirty car, and the Finish Line staff were great! They gave me guidance on what package to choose, and I rolled out with a very clean car from top to bottom. If only it’d stay that way! Will be back!

4 months agoPaid $14 for the full wash and all it did was spray foam on the car. Didn’t wipe it or rinse it off. Dryer didn’t come on. Love this wash. The do it yourself is awesome and the vacuum’s being free is super convenient. One of my trucks didn’t fit in the automatic so they got me out, refunded me and gave me tokens for a free self serve wash. Definitely recommend.
Best wash in town. The monthly memberships make a lot of sense and save you money if you want a clean car. They typically have friendly and helpful employees. The facility is clean and maintained well.
While this review is biased, it is very difficult to find manual wash bays large enough for larger vehicles. 11’H box and over 16′ long and the company vans fit. If anyone else drives something similar, highly recommend this area. They also accept cards at 5$ minimum purchase (current to writing this review). Will be back whenever I’m in the area again.
The 2nd worse car wash in Hopkinsville ky, the workers are lazy and have no respect
I paid the $5 fee for the 8 minute manual wash with my debit card, only for it to take the money out of my account and still not load any wash time. So I put in the $2 the screen was telling me to deposit, and it gave me THREE MINUTES to wash my car! Ridiculous and I want my money back!
