a month agoLiked the quality and experience of the wash. Quick, friendly and helpful staff. Free vacuuming. One side was very strong the other was weak. Lots of covered bays for interior cleaning. It is not a touch less car wash but did not leave any streaks or anything that I could see on there car Took off one star for the vacuum and the price was a smidge higher than I would’ve liked.a month agoThis chain seems to be really good a good value, good service, and the option to subscribe for unlimited washes is an excellent value. The Manteca location seems to have a better drying system than the other nearby ones, but all 4 I’ve used in the area provide a good wash job.a year agoI have been their costumer since 2019, today I went to this specific location and took my rental car because my car is in shop. I asked the girl to use my account since I am using the rental car. She said there is no way she can do that. She said she has to cancel my account and open a new account with the rental car! I don’t want the sticker on the rental car that I am returning. And then she said when you get your car back we have to cancel this account and open a new one for your car!😳😠 at the end I had to pay for the car to be washed! Also the car rear did not get cleaned at all! When I got the membership the person who helped me told me “If you happen to have rental car just let us know we will take care of it.” But that was not what happened. My husband and I are considering canceling our membership with this car wash. I had such bad experience today.4 months agoThe drying fans have not worked well for months. The back of my small SUV and the sides near the back have a lot of water on them. I have mentioned this and was told they were aware of this and suggested that I use the Louise Ave site since it didn’t have this problem. Recently my.moved to Manteca , Ive been charged 3 times this month ( June ) spike to a couple different workers that told me they sound have management call me . I finally went in today as vd gut thesmagers number it’s been 3 weeks still no refund of the 40$ extra they charged me. Not a good taste in mouth about this Manteca location In Tracy it would have been refunded to me the first day I complained about it . It’s it like I’ve made amistake . They admitted to the mistake but still hold onto my money . Mekes zero sense for customer service to be this poor

a month agoSo far, with my membership, I have only visited my local location. Wanted to see if they offer consistent service all around. No one was at the vacuum, so I got in a spot quickly. A friendly wave as my membership tag opened the gate. In and out as usual with a nice shiny car. Perfect for just getting off the highway from work travel. I would say thumbs up!!!2 years agoI’ve been a member of Mister Car wash for a good month and have been to 3 locations Layouts will very but I tell you what; vacuum then wash your car recommended. Big thing about this location, PAY ATTENTION to the signs so you won’t accidentally enter the exit side. Fairly new area doesn’t have the drive through unlimited lane yet.4 months agoI’m saying this in the most respectful way that I possibly can. I haven’t really had any problems with mister car wash but I i recently moved out The mister car wash area and I called about six months to nine Months ago to cancel my membership And that membership never got canceled even though I called and canceled it. At least I thought and I’ve been continuously getting charged while I have not been using the service. I don’t even live in an area where I could use Mr. Car wash anymore and it’s been taking a couple $100 out of my. Account. And I just found this out while I was looking through my bank informatiand I called back again to make sure that it’s canceled and I find out. It’s not it was still active and I was not able to get a refund for everything that I’ve been paying and I haven’t had a single. Car wash in about 6 to 9 months I understand that there was something inside of the terms and conditions. I get that but for me to call About 6 months ago and Ask for a cancelation and not be provided that and then I’m still continuously getting charged. Because 1of your employees Didn’t do their job and I have to pay the consequences is simply unfair And that’s why i’m giving this mister car wash a one star review because their customer service is not good at all Great car wash service. I cannot deny that but this is simply unacceptable.2 months agoVery good vacuums with high-pressure air machines. Sometimes it’s very busy or there are missing vacuums. Everything ran smooth like the previous company before it. Vacuums worked great. Was disappointed that I still have to go home and was the front bumper and hood because it didn’t clean off much of the deceased bug matter off at all and still had smears all over the front. If you only have dirt on your vehicle it should be fine here. Any dead bugs on the vehicle will apparently make it through the wash.
It’s a nice car wash for the price nothing really to complain about. Ive visited this car wash twice purchased the Ultimate package both visits. The duel person prewash helped get bug splatter off both sides of my windshield. They hand dry certain portions of your vehicle for you. The vacuum had enough suction to get all the small crumbs out of my interior so I’ll more than likely return here in the future for another quick wash.
Good Experience, I would recommend. One of the few drive-through car washes that towel-dry your car. They offer vacuums and monthly memberships.
For about the same price as other automated car washes, you get real employees going a little extra by wiping down the vehicle.
But the reason I keep coming back, free vacuums! They aren’t just free they’re mounted in a way that’s not awkward to use and they can reach throughout the vehicle.
The moment I drove up the attendant was there to greet me. My car looks great. Thank you Monty’s for your exceptional customer service!
