3 months agoThis has got to be the most unprofessional establishment in Middletown. They open whenever they want. They are supposed to be open at 9 am but as you can see it’s almost 10 and they still aren’t open. When you come the women never smiles or greets you:. The man is a lot more friendly. When using the vacuums use the ones on the right side when just getting out..2 weeks agoIt’s quick and has good availability, but this is because they do not quite clean off the car. My car has been far dirtier, but it was successfully cleaned elsewhere. This is only good for light cleaning.
2 months agoFYI: I have a brand new car. My car door chrome trim was ripped off during wash, showed it to attendant right away. Took over $150 to get part ordered and installed. After several weeks, the new owner refused to reimburse me! My molding was NOT loose before! I see they don’t care about customer retention!4 months agoThe wash was marginal at best.. My vehicle was not fully cleaned, I have a dark colored car, so you could see the plen spots still on the car after I went through. Considering the cost was much more than I usually pay for that level of wash, I would not recommend this car wash.5 years agoIt’s not the best car wash around, but for $7, what do you expect. They close earlier than what is posted, and the wash doesn’t clean the car fully. Once again, for $7 what do you expect in a automated car wash. No one wipes off the car for you, and you have to vacuum the inside of the car yourself. The best feature this car wash has is an unlimited wash for $21 a month. Go everyday if you like. Get your money worth. Its not like you are getting full service like in the city, but the key word is $7.

a week agoI liked the features of the car wash and everything was nice and fairly priced, but I didn’t like the drainage system in the wash bays. They way they’re set up caused my tire to pop when I drive over one to when I pulled in at an angle. I feel like they should have a grated cover over them or something to protect your tires. $5 car wash cost me a new tire.3 months agoIt’s a very nice clean car Wash all the equipment works. Your car comes out beautifully. I was surprised that to start it you had to put in $4.50 each time you ran out of time total cost came to $20.00.I think I will go back to doing it at home.a month agoI cant say much about a carwash but this one had everything I could ask for. Takes credit/ debit card at the bay washs and has plenty of features. Spot free rinse and blow dryer were nice.4 months agoGreat place!! I needed a quick wash very early a.m. and found this gem. Ended up cleaning out the entire truck. Very nice grounds, affordable, with a VERY good touchless wash cycle. Will definitely visit again when I return to town.a month agoThe dryer for the touchless wash bay should be timed a little longer. My car was half dry. Other than that great experience.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an important aspect of car maintenance to keep your vehicle looking clean and shiny. However, it is essential to follow safety guidelines to ensure that the process does not cause any harm to you or your car. Here are some general safety guidelines to keep in mind when washing your car:
1. Choose a well-ventilated area: It is crucial to wash your car in a well-ventilated space to avoid breathing in harmful chemicals or fumes from cleaning products. An outdoor area with good airflow is ideal for car washing.
2. Use gentle cleaning products: Opt for cleaning products that are specifically formulated for car washing. Harsh chemicals can damage your car’s paint and surfaces. Read the product labels carefully and follow the instructions for safe usage.
3. Protect your skin and eyes: Wear protective gloves, such as rubber or latex gloves, to shield your hands from potential skin irritation caused by cleaning agents. Additionally, consider wearing safety goggles to protect your eyes from any splashing cleaning solution.
4. Avoid washing in direct sunlight: Direct sunlight can cause the car soap or cleaning solution to dry quickly, leaving behind spots and streaks on your car’s surface. Wash your car in the shade or during cooler parts of the day to achieve a clean and spot-free result.
5. Use proper washing techniques: When washing your car, use a soft sponge or microfiber cloth to avoid scratching or damaging the paintwork. Avoid scrubbing too vigorously, especially on delicate areas like chrome or plastic trim. Instead, use gentle, circular motions with mild pressure.
6. Be cautious around electrical components: While washing your car, be cautious around electrical components such as the battery, ignition system, and electrical connections. Avoid spraying water directly onto these areas to prevent potential electrical damage and malfunction.
Remember, safety should always be a top priority, even when performing seemingly simple tasks like washing your car. By following these general safety guidelines, you can ensure a safe and effective car washing experience.
- Choose a well-ventilated area.
- Use gentle cleaning products.
- Protect your skin and eyes.
- Avoid washing in direct sunlight.
- Use proper washing techniques.
- Be cautious around electrical components.

It’s not the staff or the location itself that’s the problem. It’s the customers. I’ve gone to this location to wash bulk items & the customers act like they own the place. Other people have told me that customers horde carts. One family should not have 6 carts & 3 folding tables. Children are unruly as they run around & throw objects at each other or play inside the carts. I’d advise anyone looking to do laundry here not to come after 1pm because that’s when the people with super loads show up. This is what I’ve heard about Wash Co. at Middletown location.
Paid for a membership but can hardly use it because cars are backed into the road. Also on more than one occasion I’ll be going through and the screen says a different person’s name and then I don’t even get the same wash as my plan. I said something about it today to the employee as I was about to go in the wash and he just stared at me. Cancelled my membership. Not worth 40 a month.
I love wash co, both my Jeeps are always spotlessly clean. If you live in the area you might as well get the monthly pass, great investment
Car wash machines are fast. Not great on the wash but acceptable when you do the monthly membership. Free vacuums. Location doesn’t have the air hose near the vacuums like some other car washes have. They are upgrading entry gates to better handle the busy times.
Brand New monthly customer for the $37.99 plan, a lot of vacuums are broken and my brand new car got scratched a few places. Now there clothes with out any notice.
