a month agoEdit: “Owner” will reply with a lie and completely deny their fault. Just look at the reply from them. First thing they say “This is laughable”. What business owner says that when they essentially ruined someone’s hood?…extremely telling. They edited their response to be less aggressive, but still idiotic and unprofessional. This happened a few months ago and if the owner asks, they’ll find the person who assisted me. I’m not looking for anything other than warning others.DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my car in on a whim and they were kind enough to assist me on the spot, and free of charge. The problem is these people completely damaged the paint on my hood when “simply” trying to remove bird droppings… sadly I didn’t notice until after I tipped them. IDIOTS. The marred paint was visible from every angle in sunlight. Took the car to Waterway and the teenagers working there didn’t even understand how it happened. They fixed it for me very well, and while the streaks are still there, they’re but nearly invisible now. I hate leaving a negative review, but WashSavvy is incompetent and I’m starting to believe their 5 star reviews are fake. See photos. What a joke. Couldn’t imagine coming here for a full “detail”.
Now tell me why I would have come back to have them “fix” something so simple when they screwed up something even simpler! Just an awkward situation all around.
PS DO NOT ATTEMPT A WALK-IN, even if they offer to assist. You’ll have no record of the damage they cause. Learned my lesson, you can’t trust “well-reviewed” places all the time.
a week agoI got the pick up and drop off wash. I had some minor stains and some odors. They were very easy to work with. They asked me if there was anything special I wanted them to look at or take care of. When I got the car back and looked at it, it was as I had just bought the car! They got all the stains and the odors out. I will definitely be taking my car back soon!4 months agoHad my first car wash with Wash Savvy this weekend. Great experience. Abbas and his team provided fast, friendly service that had my car looking beautiful again. I especially appreciated him letting me know about a pre-existing scratch in my paint. A lot of places won’t bother with that kind of attention to detail, but it makes a big difference in establishing trust. It’s clear they’re focused on providing great service. I’ll be going back for sure.2 months agoI had an exceptional experience with WashSavvy. As an owner of a black SUV and a dark gray truck, I am quite meticulous when it comes to washing my vehicles. However, ever since I discovered WashSavvy, I have entrusted them with the task, and they have consistently delivered outstanding results. If you’re looking for a place to have your vehicle taken care of, I highly recommend bringing it to WashSavvy without any hesitation.3 months agoThe Team at WashSavvy did a great job. Very pleased with the work and price. They have an area you can hang out and charge your phone while they work on the car which was appreciated. All in all, I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for efficient, well-priced auto care.

2 months agoI really wish I could leave a better review. I came in and paid for the cheapest full service car wash so the exterior was cleaned and the interior was vacuumed. When I drove away and looked at the back, I was disappointed. The customer service was great and I found a scent I liked!2 weeks agoI’m not going to lie. This was my first time ever getting an automatic car wash. The people that were doing the automatic washing were very rude and when I tried to get their attention to ask them what I’m supposed to do they just ignored me. I am young and I have never been taught how to go through an automatic car wash, I didn’t know to put it in neutral so the track obviously messed up a bit. My car jumped up and down, and one of the guys was cursing at me in Spanish. I profusely apologized, saying that I have never done it before. I have come here before for a full service and they did it all for me and we’re very nice. I give it one star for the people who dried the outside of my car (but even that wasnt even done very well, at least they were nice..). I recommend that this place is a bit more clear with instructions and treats their customers with more respect otherwise they won’t be getting any.a month agoTook my 6 month old Honda passport to get my scuff wheels repaired, did a Great job on the wheels, but when I went to pick the car up, there was overspray all over the entire vehicle. They did not take the wheels off the car when they sprayed them hence overspray on the entire car , and they said the guy who does them works for Porsche dealer up the street !! Really wow ! And then they did some haphazard Claybar treatment to remove overspary which checked, it still wasn’t done properly, and they supposedly respray the ceramic coating that was originally Dealer applied . I spoke to the general manager that told me the next day when the manager came in, he would contact me and credit me half the cost of the wheel repairs no one ever called me called and left messages , no one got back to me . I wasted 2 days of my car being at this place and service was done horrible Very poor business practice , DO NOT GO HERE !!4 months ago3 1/2 ⭐s. They are just ok. Paid $27 with tip. It was Full Service. Machines do all the washing and waxing so you would think the Hand wipe dope would be great. It’s just ‘meh.’ There were areas that were still dusty. Windows and side mirros had streaks. Water was dripping from everywhere when I pulled off. Wax is not that great. Rained once and the whole car and windows were super spotty. Should have just gotten the cheaper regular wash. It was my second visit. I would only go back in an emergency.4 months agoThey did a very poor job. I only had a 100 mini detail but car looked like it was barely vacuumed. I was recommended here by someone that is a regular here but unfortunately my experience was poor and won’t come here again

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
Most car washes have a clearance height between 7-8 feet. This clearance is designed to accommodate the height of the average passenger vehicle. However, it is important to note that not all car washes have the same clearance height, and some may have lower or higher clearances depending on their location and design.
Here are some key points about car wash clearance heights:
- The average clearance height of most car washes is 7-8 feet.
- This height is sufficient for most standard passenger vehicles, including sedans, hatchbacks, and SUVs.
- Some car washes may have a higher clearance to accommodate taller vehicles, such as vans and trucks.
- It is important to check the clearance height of a car wash before entering, especially if you have a taller vehicle.
- If your vehicle exceeds the clearance height of a car wash, it is recommended to find an alternative car wash facility or opt for hand washing.
- Low clearance cars, such as sports cars, may also need to consider the angle of the wash ramp to prevent damage to the vehicle.
So, if you are uncertain about whether your vehicle will fit through a car wash, it is always best to check with the specific car wash facility beforehand to avoid any potential damage or inconvenience.

I paid $36 did interior and Matt’s. I had them open my hatch and wipe the jamb part. Looked good when I left but after noticed around mirror casing still dirty, under door handles, my windshield had streaks all over had to wipe it at gas station. My car was very very dirty covered in salt. I am still happy. Just thought to mention so they know. It’s cold to be working outside with water. And it’s looks alot better. Thanks guys for working in the winter.
I came here during my lunch break and paid $24 for a wash and vacuum. It included them wiping all windows and my whole dashboard. It looked as if they used dirty clothes to wipe my interior as I don’t own a tan colored pet & somehow I had pet fur wiped on my touchscreen. Also, they failed to vacuum my third row therefore it was left the same way. They even failed to wipe the interior of my windshield and passenger side windows. I’d be glad to come again if they are willing to make things right.. Such a shame as it was also my first time trying them out.. I even tipped them $10 on top of the $24 I had paid for this effortless service. Not a satisfied customer..
$47 before tip. 2015 chevy tahoe
Dirty rims
Interior wasn’t wiped down.
Front grill was covered in bugs.
I was told the door needed to be buffed out..I used my finger and it came off.
My windshield isn’t clean on the inside.
I live in the city and I get unbelievable car washes for HALF the price and great customer service. They rushed me out bc they had a line.
This place was a joke.
I had recently visited for a full service clean when I received my Car back, and I noticed a large scratch on the center console, which was only after my service at Waterway Car Wash. I was asked to fill out an Incident report, and the manager would contact me Monday or Tuesday.
The manager ( Ryan Barns) called me and blamed the scratch on my dog. I have a 120-pound dog. He is too large for the front seat, mind you. He barely fits in the trunk of my SUV. He ignored the fact they have metal snap/buttons on the sleeves of their coats, which I believe caused the scratch.
So now I am left with a large deep scratch in my console, which will cost over 780.00 with Labor and Parts out of my pocket.
Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this company to someone, especially considering how they handle this situation.
This place has gone down the tubes. They no longer hand dry your car after an Xpress wash. They claim to have a new “spot free“ drying system but it’s not new at all. It’s the same system. And it doesn’t dry your car and leaves it spotty. They’re just using some marketing jargon as a way to soften the blow for the customers who aren’t getting the towel dry service anymore. They just don’t want to allocate people to express wash towel dry because they need them to do the hand drying for the inside and outside customers. And by not having to hire as many people, they save money. The people who work here are very nice but ownership sucks. Ownership has directed the on the ground team members to try to fleece the express wash customers into believing that this new hands-free drying system is better. “Oh but if you upgrade your membership you can get the towel dry!” give me a break.
