2 months agoBryan has always done great work on my vehicles. Whether it’s a higher end hot rod, a Honda, a car going up for sale or my daily driver he gives them all the love and attention to detail one can expect from a top notch auto detail expert.a month agoLet me start off with the positive. Bryan and his crew did a wonderful job detailing our 2016 Honda CRV. It was amazing to see the transformation.Ok, so now to explain the deduction of two stars. Made an appointment for 9am was told to expect it around 5-6pm. By 4:45pm I was called and told that it wouldn’t be finished and would need to leave it overnight in order for them to finish an interior detail only. Not only that, I was told it was going to be $100 more than the quoted $175 making it $275. I understand that the job took longer than they had expected, but if you charge a flat rate it should be that flat rate, not up charge because the job time completion was longer than expected. I mean, it was already bad enough that leaving a car for 8-9 hours wasn’t enough time to complete the job and I had to take time off work because we were down a vehicle, but then told it was going to be $100 more to account for the time, c’mon just not a good practice.
Thankfully, as stated in the beginning, the job they did do was great and they got the inside of our vehicle looking as brand new as they could. I will likely give them another try, but will definitely not go back if my experience is the same the second time around.
6 years agoI bought a used ’13 VW Jetta that looked like it had never had an interior cleaning or a coat of wax on its paint. This car came complete with 1/4 inch of grime all over; there was dirt and build-up in every crack and crevice. I brought it to Notorious WAX for a facelift and detailing. In one afternoon, they had this car looking brand new. The paint and wax looks fantastic now, and I’m beyond impressed with the attention to detail and care that was put into the interior of the car. Communication for pricing, scheduling, drop off, and pick-up was excellent. These guys take pride in their work, and I’ll definitely be going back in the future. I highly recommend their services. My only regret is that I didn’t take ‘before’ pictures to show the true transformation of this vehicle.3 months agoUpdate: After many detailing sessions, this is still the best one I’ve experienced! Original review: Excellent work! I am very impressed with the first interior detail at Notorious W.A.X. The team did a great job! I agree with the other reviews on here. This is a 5 star detailer! The attention to detail is the best I’ve seen in Indy.3 years agoI met Bryan in September 2017, since then I have not let anyone else touch my cars! That is 10 different cars in that time including my real 1969 boss 302 that he paint corrected and ceramic coated for me. It take a lot for me to trust someone with that car and Bryan is the only person I trust to do the job for me!
The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
The clearance of most car washes is typically between 7 and 8 feet. This refers to the maximum height of a vehicle that can safely enter and pass through the car wash without causing any damage. It is important to consider the clearance height before entering a car wash to avoid any potential accidents or costly damages to the vehicle.
Here are some important things to know about car wash clearance:
- Standard clearance: The standard clearance of most car washes is around 7 feet. This is suitable for most small to mid-sized cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks.
- Tall vehicle clearance: Some car washes offer taller clearances, typically around 8 feet, to accommodate larger vehicles such as vans, RVs, and some commercial trucks.
- Low clearance warning signs: Car wash facilities usually have warning signs indicating the maximum clearance height at the entrance to help drivers determine if their vehicle will safely fit through.
- Measure your vehicle’s height: It is a good idea to measure your vehicle’s height before going to a car wash. This can be done by measuring from the ground to the highest point on the vehicle, including roof racks or antennas.
- Options for taller vehicles: If your vehicle exceeds the clearance height of a car wash, there are alternatives such as hand washing or finding a specialized car wash that can accommodate taller vehicles.
Overall, being aware of the clearance height is essential to ensure a safe and smooth car wash experience. It helps prevent any potential damages to the vehicle and allows for a hassle-free cleaning process.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. I utilized this car wash to get a quick rinse after traveling through a snowstorm. I’m a military service member and just came home to visit family, but instead was occupied with a broken windshield. After completion of services with crew i received a broken windshield, unclean windows, and an inappropriate level of avoidance from corporate. I had to contact them days later to receive a verbal notification that they would not accept liability. Crew decided they would mail this notification to a state i was not even located in. This poor business decision is a reflection of their leadership. Even when they have video evidence of my vehicle entering their wash with no crack and departing with a cracked windshield they still decided to not support.
I advise obtaining service from a different provider that can service a community and handle issues promptly from an objective standpoint. Rather than make subjective opinions about whether they are liable.
The best experience in a very long time. Everyone was very friendly, smile in their faces, positive attitudes, dressed professionally- need to be more companies like this one in todays society.
Car wash does a great job!
We’re regular customers of this location. We’ve never had an issue in the past. We bring our truck here at least twice a month. Today we weren’t allowed in because “our truck doesn’t look like it will fit”. They have measured us about 75% of the time and we’ve never been turned away. Today we’re suddenly not gonna fit. Ridiculous.
$22 for a wash that bent my license plate, still soaking wet after the dry, paid $2 for a broken vacuum and the staff just didn’t care. Wow, you guys went waaaay downhill. I will not be returning and have absolutely nothing good to say about this carwash. Shame you and your lack of business common sense.
Update – Owner responded but I cannot respond for some reason. YES I notified a girl that the vacuum was broken, she just waved at me and smiled. I hand dried my car, pulled out my tool kit to repair the license plate and nobody came in response to my telling the girl that the vacuum was broken. Why would I want a free re-wash when the first one actually damaged my vehicle? Come on man, your staff dropped the ball and LITERALLY laughed at me. Word of advice, talk to your staff about accountability and what customer service is.
The prices are prohibitive but when deals are available it becomes much more realistic. We purchased the unlimited pass for $19.98/month for 3 months and it can be cancelled any time very easily.
