4 months agoI’m bringing our cars here every once in a while. One day, one car comes back really clean, the very next day, different crew, same car model, and the car comes back so dirty, I have to go and wash it by hand again. Wheels need more attention! Side skirts as well as the flies stuck to the front need a lot more attention! For the “Ultimate” option, I’m expecting a lot more, especially with so many people doing the actual work instead of just an automated carwash.in the last weekExtremely kind, attentive, and helpful staff. You stay inside your vehicle during the wash process. Hand Wax, Supreme Hand Wax, Gasoline fill up and vacuum services also available. Large and helpful staff. They offer a monthly payment plan. For only about $25 a month, you can wash your vehicle once a day. Not bad if you like to keep your car clean.3 months agoI paid $40 for deluxe wash and inside cleaning. Not a long line. People who wiped and vacuumed my car were very thorough, more so than other handwash places I have been to. Very much worth the money.5 months agoWe go here quite often. They do a very good job and the kids love sitting in the car while going through the wash. Just try to go when it’s not too busy since that’s when we’ve had the best results.

3 months agoI come to Ducky’s regularly for interior detailing of my car. I have over 200,000 miles on one of my vehicles, and honestly, the car looks practically new thanks in large part to maintaining it with Ducky’s. They don’t over fragrance the car, and they are always able to get any stains or odors out effectively. The San Carlos location in particular is full of incredibly polite, professional, and HARD WORKING individuals. They do an amazing job and are the epitome of class and good service. I’m always amazed at how fast they are able to do everything…they get me in and out even though I usually request extensive servicing. An added plus is their adorable gift shop…whoever is the buyer is super creative…the shop has all sorts of things for families, individuals, car maintenance, recreation, decor, fashion, and kitchenware…a lot of the inventory is seemingly from individual sellers or craftsmen. I always end up with things I didn’t know I needed until I found them on display. If you want your car looking practically new, come here. The pricing is reasonable and fair and lower than some other folks out there.3 weeks ago2nd time to this carwash and looks like the last. Big mistake referring this place to a friend… had to rescind and say there are better. The gift shop inside is great but the attendants to detail the car are horrible. On both occassions they were done within minutes and the car was still dirty inside. The attendants play ignorant very well…..language barrier and they “don’t understand”. The task to detail is to wipe, clean,and vacuum….pretty simple.$50.00 later for a VIP wash didn’t happen.
a month agoI would not recommend going to this carwash. Tried purchasing a carwash online and it turned into a nightmare experience. Thought I’d get a good full carwash for $27.99. Took my car there for the 1st time. Got in the car after the wash and it was still dirty inside. Outside still had spots that weren’t cleaned. Receipt was for a $16 wash. Something was wrong and tried to get resolved. But no credit issued. Back and forth with Ducky management to get this resolved. Basically said to dispute it with my credit card company. They were charging me monthly until I put an end to that. So I ended up paying $56 for a one-time poor $16 carwash. Stay away! this company does not treat customers well.2 months agoFast service but definitely not a thorough cleaning job. Dust and dirt everywhere still internally. It’s almost as if they didn’t do any cleaning inside at all. The first time I thought this was a fluke, but this has been the case the 2nd and 3rd times I’ve gone and with different cars. I’d prefer to wait a few minutes longer and actually have the inside of my car cleaned as I’ve paid for. Disappointed that I purchased the 5 pack before realizing that the clean job isn’t good at all.2 weeks agoIt’s a blessing to go and have your car detailed from the inside out. Purchased the $79.99 Spa Treatment Wash package and cannot believe how clean my car is! It’s spotless. They put leather conditioner on my dash & door panels and vacuumed up all the dog hair! I was out of there in 25mins! Highly recommend!
I spent 85$ on a complete wash, including trunk and mats. In 40 mibutes I recieved a car dirty, with spots and fingers all over the interior . I asked them to fix it. Got an attitude, but they swiped it. Asked them again. I recieved spots in the cars that I did not have before washing it. It was not clean as I was promised. More than that, they used up my windex I kept in the car just in case. If you want to overpay, face rudeness and be asjed to come back for them to redo it and spend another 40 min, you are welcome.
Came here based on the reviews I saw online. They did a great job on the interior but not so much the exterior. I paid for their Spa package about 80+. Not impressed, my car still had visible dirt streaks on it. If I had more time I would have had them run it through again but I was in a rush. I fixed it at home later on with some cleaner. They are better than others around but that isn’t saying much as the other local cat washes are horrible. This place used to be the best around under previous management/ownership. Their unlimited car wash option may be worth it as well it’s unlimited and better than other ones around.
First time I tried this place out. For $40 they clean the inside and out. Well, at least the inside was mostly cleaned. The outside, not so much. The indentations behind the door handles were left with road dust (something a towel can easily wipe off). None of the rims of the doors were wiped down (again, road dust easily removed with a towel). The windshield also wasn’t completely cleaned on the driver’s side, which I didn’t see until it was in direct sunlight.
Honestly, give me a place where you can run your car through the automated wash, and an area with towels and a vacuum provided, and I will gladly pay $20 to wipe down my own car properly. Won’t be coming back here.
I loved how they left my car! I got the interior/exterior wash for $34. They cleaned it hella good! Got in between the land of no return around the seats! The spills and crumbs in the cup holder the dog hair on the seats the dust in the AC vents, steering wheel leather cover was wiped..I was very satisfied and it didn’t take them long at all..like 15mins or less.
