5 months agoI went and told them today that I needed my car detailed, I brought another car here and they told me that it was $140 before hand when I got it detailed, and they charged me 35.99 for the wash and detail today. I spoke to the person who initially was checking me in, I said is that it? For the detail and wash, he said yes, but someone threw up in my brand new car and it was still chunks of throw up in my car after the wash. I spoke to the manager Mike and he told me that I should have asked for it to be detailed WHICH I HAVE, and I had to keep asking the guy who presented the car to wash out spots because it was still throw up, not only that but my brand new 2023 Lexus now has scratches, after they took it back. Mike said he was going to take care of the car for me, and that I would not have to worry about the detail, and this fool told me when I came back, that I have to pay additional money after they messed up multiple times, and he told me that they would have to take care of it. They also handled my car very aggressively because now the shift of my car was slightly turned and now it’s raised out of the console, when it is usually flushed. Super rude, very unprofessional, I would not recommend coming here. Also the Korean lady in the front was extremely dismissive, I told her I want to get the owners information, she refused and kept telling me I had to go through Mike, and proceeded not to give me no insurance information. Which I believe is illegal. I’m telling you, it ain’t worth coming here.2 months agoI’ve been coming here for a million yrs and I can’t lie they always do A1 job washing and detailing cars. The prices use to be $12 and then was $19 came today it for a wash and vacuum armoural on tire $29.99 smh sheshhhj!!!!!Fun fact they have video game Moon patrol
a month agoGreat local car wash near Ktown. If your getting your car done the Boba Grande coffee next store will give you a discount on anything purchased. Very good hot and cold coffee based bev. Car wash is generally busy and plenty of detailers to take care of the crowds so expect around 1/2 hour after the hand wash. Give them a try.2 months agoSo, I am a car guy, and I drive a Civic EX (PRL CAI, dw) with an *after-market spoiler and lip*. This is one of the only car washes in LA that doesn’t have that spiral thing that smushes against the top of the car and could rip a spoiler off. Primarily hand wash with overhead soap sprayers. Hand sponge hand dry. Their track is also low enough to my lip to not be scraped or scratched, which 4 washes denied me for before I found these guys. Go here. Staff are also very nice, and there are massage chairs for 3mins=$1. I love these guys. Cheapest wash is 25.99 and they vacuum the inside.7 months agoI’m obsessed with my car and spent a lot from my current lease so I never take my car anywhere that I am dubious size. Today was my first time at this car wash and can honestly say they did a great job. I have a 2021 BMW X4 M and chose the combo #2. They did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior and I definitely feel it was a good deal. It was $32 for combo #2, but combo #1 is $27.It’s not the fastest car wash that I have been to, particularly because it’s so busy, but I think it’s the best one that is close to DTLA. It seems most of the carwashes are in West LA but being that I near the DTLA area today, this was the best option. I would definitely recommend.

2 months agoVermont Express Auto Spa is an amazing place to take care of your car. I went there last week, and I was really impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Vermont Express Auto Spa to anyone looking for a great car wash experience.in the last weekIt’s self carwash, I’ve been coming here since carwash service prices have gone up so much. The equipments are very new. $20 for top of the line wash and you get 1 microfiber towel for free.a month agoTheir machine broke off my rear wiper wiper…. The management claimed this never happened before at their car wash….. Another customer standing near by also claimed that their wiper was also damaged. I’m going to the new car wash at Catalina and Beverly….2 months agoOverall good self car wash. Well maintained and smooth operation. Vacuums are powerful and alot of spaces. Usually very busy. Price steadily rose and now the cheapest basic wash is $10.a year agoI went through the Carwash and my car still came out dirty. I talked to the guy working there named Ken who was standing at the vacuums and asked politely if I can go through the car wash again since my car came out dirty. He said no I need to wipe it clean myself. I asked to speak to his manager and he claimed he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. Poor customer service since I paid for a car wash and my car came out dirty.

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
The clearance of most car washes is designed to accommodate standard-sized vehicles without any modifications. The typical clearance height for a car wash is around 7 feet, which is enough for the majority of cars, SUVs, and minivans. However, there are some car washes that offer a higher clearance to accommodate taller vehicles such as trucks and vans.
Here are a few important points to know about the clearance of car washes:
- The standard clearance height of car washes is approximately 7 feet.
- This clearance is sufficient for most cars, SUVs, and minivans.
- Some car washes offer a higher clearance to accommodate taller vehicles such as trucks and vans.
- It’s important to know the clearance of a car wash before entering, especially if you have a vehicle with custom modifications such as a roof rack or antenna.
- Exceeding the clearance height of a car wash can damage your vehicle or the car wash equipment.
- If your vehicle is taller than the clearance height of a car wash, it’s recommended to find a car wash facility that offers a higher clearance or choose a self-serve car wash where you can control the height of the wash equipment.
Knowing the clearance of a car wash is crucial to avoid any potential damage to your vehicle or the car wash equipment. It’s always a good idea to check the height of your vehicle and compare it to the clearance of the car wash before entering.

Not a good car wash! The machine doesn’t rinse well so my car was left with a lot of soap after driving through the car wash! They don’t give a good air freshener and I overheard the people next to me and something broke off from their truck while going through the car wash, and the employees couldn’t do anything about it. Definitely not returning.
The quality of a car wash like this rests almost 100% on the quality of its vacuums, and the vacuums here are the worst. I spent way too much time and still wasn’t able to get my carpets clean. I won’t be back.
Sucks at washing does not wash good. I had a LED light bar on my truck and the machine broke it off lol. I basically paid $11 to get the LED bar broken off.
I like going to a car wash in this place. Different prices I usually get the 17 dollars you get a Towel dash cleaner and a scent pad. Pretty cool. Free vacuum as well. I recommend this place.
I have my children help vacuum the car and we out in 15. Fast and easy.
