4 months agoI paid $170 for the bumper to bumper service – they told me it would take 1hr to 1.5hrs but it took 2 1/2 hours – they forgot to clean the trunk even though I requested up front and did a bad job shampooing carpets, left stains, did not polish the wheels adequately, left dust and pollen in various spots, left a film across the edge of all car windows. I’ve been a repeat customer in the past but this time I requested a small discount for the poor job and extreme wait time and was told NO by the manager… And that if I wanted a “full detail” I should go elsewhere because they do “express” detail and that I should not expect a complete job to be done. They do not treat customers (even repeat customers) well and do not handle disputes fairly – and do a sloppy incomplete job cleaning and detailing.6 months agoI visited this location few days ago and I paid for interior, and exterior detailing. I am very unhappy with the service I received. My car was not washed properly.a year agoWe came here several years ago and then we moved away. We just got back and had driven cross country. Our car really needed a car wash for the last 2 months but we were so busy. I dropped by here real quick and remember that we had a good experience last time. They are very basic but very effective. They have it easy to understand pricing options. You can have a very very basic wash or a decent wash and cleaning inside or really amazing shine and buffing and everything for a lot more. They have a very comfortable place to sit inside and you can see everything being done outside. So I could bring my child here and I have to worry about being in a dirt or cold place. Staff are hardworking and very polite.3 weeks agoMy experience was horrible. Not to mention the manager there had no clue what the status was on my car. I requested a hand wash job. When I arrived there were only 6 cars ahead of me. I waited a whole hour before I started complaining about why it was taking so so long. When I approached the front desk the female manager started giving me excuses they were so busy which was a lie because there were hardly any wash jobs that were there initially. I have 7 cars that I bring there. When I walked around the back of the building my car was still sitting there in the same place. I have been here the last two times and my car has not been washed throughly… This last time I went I wanted my car washed inside and out my car was pulled to the back at 2:18 at 3:15 my car still hadn’t been touched. We watched people walk in 30 to 45 minutes after us leave before us. The manager stated they work on a first come first serve. When My boyfriend went out to see what was going on with our car. The guy jumps in the car and starts moving it to wash. We have been coming here for over 7 years consistently and will not be back.

a month agoI decided to try out the top level of the unlimited service. The pictures attached are after running my car through 3x. There are places where the brushes never even touch on the sides and back of the car, it doesn’t do a good job of getting even loosely stuck dirt, and leaves quite a few water spots. I would say this car wash does a mediocre job at best. I have been going everyday for about a week now, hoping that going multiple times would help clean the car better, but no luck. There seems to be at least one of the brushes that are not working at anytime so they just kind of rub on the side of the car and don’t do a great job. They are also supposed to give an air freshener, which I have never been given one. If you want a very quick wash/rinse before you wash your car yourself, give it a shot, but for $30 for the top level, it isn’t even close to worth it.3 weeks agoWe’ve been here a few times and had great experiences with the wash and vacuum. But today was by far the worst experience we’ve had – probably the worst compared to any other car washes we had at other places as well. We had selected the $18 Custom Wash option which is what we usually select. The front, back and side of our car is completely still covered with dirt and residue. Even the Custom Wash claims to have the underbody scrub. Nope! It looks like my car was just rinsed with water. Also the vacuum was so weak today! Like something may be blocking the air flow, it could barely pick up the baby crackers from our baby’s car seat.This will be our last time coming here. It used to be great when they first opened. Now the quality has gone downhill.
a month agoI had been very happy with this car wash, but today I went through and apparently one of the brushes or sprayers was not working. I went through a second time in an effort to get the bottom right side of my car clean but it’s still dirty. If I wipe it with my hand, the road grime literally brushes off. I also think going through without if functioning properly made some scratches on my car. Wish I had known it was broken before driving through!!! Attendant was very nice and listened, but there was little he could do at that point to remedy the situation.a month agoMy 2022 Porsche was damaged and they denied my claim blaming me when their employee confirmed that everything was good and proceeded the wash. I’ve been in a similar situation, with another wash in a different vehicle, and my claim was accepted and fixed within a couple of days. It’s been a week and I have not received any further details other than the store manager telling me my claim was denied and I had to continuously call just to get that answer. No claim number or anything. I would hate to drag this out, but my car is expensive And I refuse to come out of pocket for damage caused by the car wash. I haven’t been able to drive my vehicle since then.3 weeks agoWent here on my birthday to wash my car absolute terrible. Water smelled bad, none soap where coming out, So I went to find a manager to complain about this just to find out there wasn’t any manager there working at the time so I waited for an hour just waiting till one comes but none of them showed up only 2-3 employees working hard without a manager.

This car wash is a SCAM. I purchased the monthly plan. It took TWO WEEKS for them to enter my information into the system. Every time I arrive, I have to wait 10+ minutes for an agent to help me get through the wash gate. The vacuums are TRASH. At least TEN of them don’t supply enough force to pick up dirt off the carpet… Please take your money elsewhere

The absolute best for a quick, quality, affordable carwash. I’ve been going here for years and now a monthly member and still a satisfied customer.
This place is good enough for the price. You may not be able to vacuum because they are always so busy. Be careful if you purchase the membership and cancel. I have been charged the full price two months in a row after cancelling my membership. Management is proactive and will attempt to fix it and refund the charges though.
this used to be a good place now is not even close. The new management sucks, this morning I stopped by to get my car cleaned, and it was closed. the hard-working people are gone. they been replaced with hardly working people that always late.
time to find a new place that do cares about customers. won’t be back to luv carwash.
