5 months agoI am elderly and had to leave my car to go inside to get change, Had trouble navigating the car in position, honked for assistance to no avail. Finally got it myself. Used the most expensive wash and found lg areas of dust or unclean areas after wash and wax. Very bad job on a car that had no heavy dirt or mud on it, prewash. I went to get a wash this last Sunday and let me just say, I don’t know who in the world is directing you when you line your tire up in that conveyor but he needs to do a better job! My rim cover on my 2020 dodge charger is now chipped and it’s METAL! I am livid and will be talking to the manager as soon as I can, I’m leaving this review for anyone with a nice car, just wash it at home it’s not worth the trouble! 9/25/22 was the day this happened.
I have replied to a few “rate or car wash”emails and have complained about the Galesburg il location The tire shine only works on drivers side tires and has been this way for months! I guess if you want every to know who is using your car wash just look around town and you’ll see all the cars with tire shine on only a few tires. Looks ridiculous and I’m about done with the unlimited wash Get it fixed already I’m about done with this place
For the price it don’t do an amazing job. It will leave stuff on my car & it’s not that dirty to begin with. Love their vacuums. best ones in town
I bought the monthly service, and there hasn’t been a month yet.. that ALL of their brushes were working. I’ve called n emailed, and they have been nice, everyone there is nice, but it would be Nice to have Both sides of my cor clean. It’s a new place, I don’t understand why they can’t get everything working! He told me to go through again to get it clean, but the lines are long n if the brushes on the right side aren’t working, 2x won’t help.
They have a deal going on right now. Instead of unlimited car washes that include ceramic wax, wash and shine for 35$/month… It’s only 20$ right now. You can go everyday if you want. It’s really unlimited you have 4 options.
