11 months agoI would give a -5 stars if I could, I came in with my new 2022 black Honda civic si and for $40 I thought this would be the best car wash I have gotten but instead I got my car back with several scratches. When I talked to the manager she was very rude and acted like it wasn’t their fault.6 months agoI will NEVER take any vehicles back here again ever. They locked the keys in my truck, I look up from the waiting area and see them using an air bag to pop the door, and unlock with a stick. Didn’t say anything to me about the issue just started jacking the door, here’s the catch, truck has keypad/ code to open the doors. Spoke with the manager who assured me it was “no big deal” & “it happens all the time!” Offered no discount, didn’t offer to fix the scratches that were left. Nothing. DON’T TRUST THEM WITH A BARBIE CAR!!! Negative 10 ⭐️’s2 months agoWe got our vehicle washed here Saturday morning and it looks like we paid for nothing. The interior is still dusty and dirty. The exterior of the car still has spider webs all over it. I don’t understand how that is possible if they run it through the wash, hand dry the vehicle, and wipe down the interior. Someone was slacking on their job that day. I’m disappointed I tipped someone who didn’t take their work seriously and neglected to clean my vehicle as advertised. I want to support this local business, but the lack of work ethic makes it hard for me to want to go back.5 months agoQuick service but sucks! I wasted $140 and my time. Still tons of dirt and bugs on my car afterwards and new scratches. Not worth the money!7 months agoNot long ago I felt this was the best car wash in the county. A “regular” wash would also include wiping down the dash, consoles and seats. Just had a car “cleaned” by them the other day and didn’t get any of that. Yes the exterior was done nicely overall, though I had to ask them to wipe down the back as water was dripping out from the trunk area. I asked them to also wipe down a few areas inside the car that I just couldn’t ignore. My car was not filthy, and there wasn’t anything like papers, clothes or trash or anything that would keep them from cleaning/wiping down the interior. If anything, there was an accumulation of dust and I thought they would notice and wipe it down. I ended up doing a complete interior wipe down once home. Am not sure if this is the new normal (I will ask in the future) but it is very disappointing.

3 months agoPoor customer service. I had the $22 monthly automatic wash plan. I am not driving for a period of months due to medical reasons & have my car stored. I emailed to discontinue my service & never received a reply. I have tried phoning at various times and the phone is always busy. How hard is it to get confirmation that you’re not going to be charged for something you’re not using?5 months agoAs far as automatic car washes go this is about as good as it gets. Great customer service, a human is actually there to answer questions, guide you through, etc if need be. Another human power washes all the bugs off, which a fully automated one would miss. Free vaccum comes with. And unless its insanely busy it’s really fast.3 weeks agoLove this place so worth the $. Staff is helpful and they prewash your car. Free vacuum and low cost. Monthly membership so worth it !3 months agoWarning: if your vehicle sits lower coming out of this carwash you will encounter a ridiculous bump that can be catastrophic to your undercarriage. All I wanted was a carwash left with front bumper damage as well as muffler cracking racking up 350 bucks.. if your vehicle don’t sit low to the ground disregard this as it’s a nice carwash however I won’t be back till that thing gets fixed4 months agoThey scratched up my car after only going a couple times and then when I wanted to cancel they charged me extra since I was a new member. The lady I delt with denied it, but then I showed her and she said that I should upgrade my membership to get the wax. Horrible.

Quick in and out stop next to a&w drive through
This is my favorite A-town gas station. Prices are competitive, window washers are well maintained, and the car wash does a good but gentle job. I’ve been going here regularly for 20 years. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the store though.
Amazing service! Forgot my code for car wash attendant was very kind and gave me my code. It’s always clean and great prices!!
I come here all the time for e85 and I’m always in and out in 10 minutes. Even when there is a huge line, it moves quick. The staff will even come out side to help direct traffic if it gets really bad which I’ve never seen. Overall good gas station.
They would look alot less trashy if they didn’t harass homeless people
