a month agoIt seems there is always something not working each time I go. At least one brush does not work. One of the main brushes left marks on my new car and made the hood pop loose. I could tell it was rubbing too hard but nothing you can do when you are in the middle of the tunnel. I have a membership but I am finally getting around to cancelling after this last incident and with all vacuums also being down. The facility is not being kept up.a month agoWe’ve been to this establishment several time and have always been pleased with the outcome. However, today was not a good experience. The young man at the precast station was more worried about being on his phone than taking care of customers. He was also putting vehicles through a little to close for comforta week agoLove this car wash! But I do think the vacuums need a big upgrade. They do not suck well at all.a year agoThe carwash was good. They have a basic $10 wash and dry. Also, $15, $20 options. The self-use vacuums are terrible though. Barely any suction at all.3 months agoTore the rear spoiler off my car, factory equipment did notice until I got home. I went back the next day and they acted like I was making it up until one employee found it in a trash can, manager had already told me they did not see it. Then I was told I had to report it that day, when I told him I had not noticed it until I went to get in the car the next day. I was told I should have noticed it before I left. Who does a 360 check of their vehicle before they leave? Very rude and unprofessional people. Thank goodness we can post this sort of thing on social media. Hope I cost them some business after I post. Could not even get a phone number to call!

6 months agoFabulous people an they do a wonderful job. My car was shining, Inside an out. I love this place. Want take my car no wher but this place.a week agoThis place is great when getting your car washed they do a wonderful job.2 years agoDid they clean it? Yes, some of it. I heard you were the best in town so I went there. Spent $40 to get my wheels washed cars washed and a light vacuum still had a French fry under my seat. Not money well spent when they didn’t even wipe down the center console. Passenger seat still has dirt on it. Didn’t reinstall the floor mats to anchor points and the rear mat was just tossed in not placed as they found it. I’m not nagging but it’s the little things that set a company apart from the rest.6 months agoGreat place for oil change. Every oil change gets you a free car wash. They also clean the inside. Totally worth it.3 months agoRobert & his team was a great source of help & assistance. They are a one stop car shop & gave superb customer service.. I will return indefinitely..Update as of May 30, 2023

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing can be an enjoyable activity if done safely and correctly. Whether you are washing your own car or operating a car wash business, it is important to follow some general safety guidelines to protect yourself and prevent any accidents or damage to the vehicle. Here is a list of important safety tips to keep in mind while washing a car:
- Choose a safe location: Before starting the car washing process, make sure you are in a safe and well-ventilated area. Avoid washing the car on a slope or in direct sunlight to prevent accidents and water spots.
- Use proper protective equipment: Always wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and appropriate clothing to avoid contact with harmful chemicals and irritation from cleaning products.
- Read product labels: Before using any cleaning solutions or chemicals, carefully read and follow the instructions on the product labels. Some chemicals may be hazardous if not used properly.
- Test cleaning products: Before applying any cleaner or wax to the entire car surface, test it on a small and inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and prevent any damage to the paintwork.
- Use a gentle touch: When washing the car, use soft and non-abrasive materials such as microfiber cloths, soft sponges, or lambswool wash mitts. Avoid using rough materials that can scratch or damage the vehicle’s paint or finish.
- Prevent water damage: Take precautions to prevent any damage to the car’s interior or electronics. Make sure all doors and windows are securely closed, and avoid spraying a large amount of water directly onto sensitive areas. Use caution when cleaning around electrical components.
- Avoid excessive water pressure: While using a pressure washer can be effective for removing dirt, be cautious not to use too much pressure, as it can damage the car’s paint or strip away protective coatings.
- Mindful of moving parts: Be wary of any moving parts or mechanisms such as windshield wipers, retractable antennas, or convertible tops. Avoid applying excessive force or getting cleaning products inside these components to prevent damage.
- Properly dry the car: After rinsing the car, use a clean microfiber towel or chamois to gently dry the surface. This helps prevent water spots and ensures a streak-free finish.
- Maintain good posture: When washing a car, remember to maintain good posture and avoid positions that can strain your back or other muscles. Take breaks if needed to prevent fatigue and avoid overexertion.
- Dispose of chemicals responsibly: Properly dispose of any used cleaning products or chemicals according to local regulations. Do not pour them down the drain or onto the ground, as they can be harmful to the environment.
By following these safety guidelines, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable car washing experience. It is important to prioritize safety to protect yourself, the vehicle, and the environment.

I went to this car wash yesterday , and they met my expectations completely. They were super cooperative with helping me, as well their customer service is very kind. I will definitely be returning for another wash, love my new wash and the experience I had.
Pam was excellent she was very precise and sweet. I would recommend zips to any and everyone.
Kel is an amazing Salesperson and has incredible customer service skills. You don’t want to miss this beautiful woman with an exotic accent. However the Wrap needs to be fixed.
Ms. Pam and staff were great. She has excellent product knowledge and gave us great selling point on the unlimited membership. Had towels and other products to maximize our experience. We’ll only wash our vehicles at her location from now on.
UPDATE: cancelled my membership in March 2023 but they continued to charge me. I just discovered it by looking at my bank charges. They stopped sending me charge receipts to email so I thought it was cancelled. Apparently someone “forgot” to cancel it. I couldn’t even use the car wash because they scraped my tag off. Just a bunch of crooks
I had the monthly pass and took my vehicle through at least once a week. Never got it completely clean. Always had mud left in fender wells. Most of the time the vacuums don’t work and there are no cleaning towels. I always felt lucky if they actually had cleaning towels out. The employees always sprayed the front and back of my truck off before sending through car was but they could have also sprayed the fender wells down
