a week agoWhat is there to say? I ran my car through the car wash and it came out clean. I have been through others that were actually starting to wear my paint, but no such problems here. I like the free vacuums and air to clean out the inside of your car.a month agoI signed up for the 3 month at 20 dollars a month deal and enjoyed my experience for the most part up until I called to cancel because I had no desire to pay over 40 dollars a month after those 3 months ended. A very nice lady told me well we can keep it at 20 from here on out for you and I was surprised she said I could do this and I happily said okay yeah I’ll keep it then. A few weeks after, I noticed that there was a charge for 40 dollars and so I called and got a rude older gentlemen that answered the phone (I’ve had a bad experience with this gentlemen before) where without looking at my account told me “no we don’t do that, it’s supposed to be 40 a month” and that’s when I decided I was absolutely done with this place and asked him okay I’d like to cancel then, can I get a refund for the unauthorized charge? Whereas he says “we don’t do refunds here.”Not a problem, I’m disputing the charge on my card and never setting foot here again.
4 months agoLots of suds for a thoroughly washed car. A clean and well maintained establishment, and you’ll always have plenty of towels to dry off any remaining water and for cleaning up the interior of your car with plenty of vacuum cleaners for everyone. 🚗 😀 Love it! 👍11 months agoGreat car wash in Longwood. I had a bday coupon card and figured I would try this place out. Fast, clean, and shiny car wash that brightened my paint job right up. 6 months ago5 star service every time!!This place never disappoints! We take our 2020 Honda Pilot here all the time. For the price they charge and the quality work they do, it’s far worth it for me to bring it here than to do it myself.
And yes, they wax the roof, unlike some other places or mobile detailers!

I had some overspray paint in my car that I could remove with my nail but I said why Not have somebody to Clay and polish my whole car. After 3 hours and 149.99 dollars later!!!!!!! They didn’t do nothing but a car wash and not a good one! They didn’t even wipe the interior of the car that’s crazy I ended up, buffing the overspray out myself in-front of them they didn’t care the manager that was there didn’t try to fix the problem or anything this place is a sham scam artists that’s a lot of money for just wash the car STAY AWAY DROM HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LOOK AT THE SCORE THEY HAVE IS BAD!!!!!!! I wonder if I can get my money back or have it redone or something!

a week agoThey definitely go the extra mile to ensure your car is to perfection before handing it over, plus the indoor lounge is a nice touch if you need to catch up on some work or just relax while your car is being cleaned or detailed!6 months agoThis is the worst car wash in the USA, they forgot to close the window when they washed my new truck left smudges everywhere tange I had to drive in a wet seat, they didn’t even refund me for the wash and didn’t offer compensation this is the worst terrible service and attitude towards the client.8 months agoI’ve been taking my cars/trucks here for years. Always friendly and willing to quickly touch up an area if you see something that got missed. This trip I noticed a long wide scrape where someone must have traded paint with me earlier in the week. I was sure I’d have to take it to a body shop because it was pretty nasty looking…but I pointed it out to the ‘Super Clean’ tech and he got to work and sent me back inside to wait in the AC. Another 10 min and after some solvents, rubbing compound, wax and orbital buffer he called me back out. The entire area is now like new! No abrasion marks, scratches or even hazing from all the chemicals. Like it never happened! I was amazed and went back in and added another $10.00 to his tip! Great work!!

Hands down one of the best car washes. I’ve been doing all of Florida since I bought this car brand new 6 months ago. I’ve taken it everywhere because I want to know where or what car wash is going to keep my car looking brand new. I drive for Uber and I drive for Lyft and I have a dog so I need to keep my car completely clean all the time. Otherwise I risk losing my job now. I’ve tried every single other service monthly, clean, whatever all across. Orlando on the north end altamont all the way down to Orlando international airport and the Mister car Wash that’s out in lake Mary has got to be hands down the best place. I drive out of my way every morning to get here right around the time they open and get my car full service cleaned. And everyday I go out and drive and everyone’s like oh my God. Did you just pick this car up and it feels like I did because Mister car Wash keeps it that clean. I know what a lot of other reviews have said and I feel like those people are just people looking for a handout or giving bad reviews because they had a bad day themselves. But this car wash takes the extra time to look over every detail of every car and make sure that it leaves clean. Like the guys out at the towel area, open my trunk and clean all the way around the edges. So the trunk hinge area is dry all the time. It’s amazing and then as you can see in the photos it’s an SUV and they’re doing the trunk, every time without asking… So don’t just believe every review that you see. Go out there and make your own experiences. I did and through a lot of trial and error. I found a car wash that keeps my car brand new everyday. Check the photos out and I have a miniature Australian Shepherd so that dog has two coats which means twice as much fur drops off of him all of the time lol. Look at those rugs!!!
I took my car there for an interior cleaning. I’m trying to fix up my car that’s been sitting and it needed a good cleaning. I was very disappointed in the job that was done. My child could’ve done a better job. I look at the car and question that they even did anything. I will definitely not ever go back or recommend the fern park location to anyone. Major let down. The photos are just a few examples of the work done, or should I say NOT done.
This place is a JOKE. I paid for a platinum interior cleaning and this is what was left. This is disgusting and completely unprofessional. I will absolutely be contacting corporate for a refund and will NEVER be setting foot in this establishment again.
I went in and paid for a Platinum clean which includes a cleaning of the interior. They vacuumed and did not clean anything. I went back around and they said that do do a very light wipe down but that’s about it but that wasn’t even done. She just said that’s pretty much the service they provide and nothing more they could do. I use go to this place all the time and they did a decent job but this is horrible. After paying $40 now I have to go spend more money to clean it myself. I want a refund, honestly. This is so disappointing.
Are you kidding me?! A detail?! Truck looked better before we took it there and when my husband said something their response was “that’s the best we can do” just a scam, waste of money, do not ever spend money here
