5 months agoI needed my headlight lenses buffed out . I received excellent results at this location on a different vehicle for the same service previously. I called to make an appointment , the manager (?)was very professional and friendly. They were right on schedule. The results are amazing!a month agoAnthony took such great care of my Fetch mobile! My headlights were so cloudy that they were not much help when driving at night and reflected a dull look on my business. He polished them up and they look brand new!! His attention to detail on my interior detailing makes me feel so proud to show off my to my clients! I will continue to refer my family and clients to him for their vehicle detailing. A while ago I was getting my car washed and when I went to turn my car back on after using the vacuum my car wouldn’t start and the owner came out and pulled up his truck and help me out! As a monthly customer can’t say I’m ever disappointed. Staff is always very nice and hard working. Always willing to help at the pay machine and always wave when I come in. Definitely worth the monthly payment plan! Never had any problems! Try them out!!
I’ve heard great things about Mr. Clean Car Wash so yesterday I decided to try it because I’ve been so disappointed with most do it yourself car washes. The lady told me if I signed up for the unlimited monthly plan I could get the first month for the price of the ultimate wash, $25.00, and then it will be $39.99/month after the first month. I figured it sounded like a good deal so I tried it. I thought it did a pretty good job but they didn’t put any effort into getting bugs off the grill and windshield. I was mostly impressed with the wash and the fact that it has a brush type thing after the dryers with towels on it that dries the hood, windshield, roof and top of the trunk. Until this morning when I realized I could hardly see out of the windshield with the sun hitting it because the towels were apparently dirty and streaked the whole windshield. I’m going to continue using the unlimited plan for the first month to see if it gets better but if not I’ll have to cancel.
Pretty pricey, especially seeing as you have to do half the job yourself in their self-service area. It’s priced like a full-service wash though. 3 stars.
Update: I got charged or three extra months after I cancelled my monthly membership. Took over a month of calls to get someone to call back. Apparently, they didn’t process my refund like they promised. Dropping my review to one star for shady business practices.
Never had any issues here but every now and then you come across someone that definitely deserves the recognition. Yes there are those that work hard and I’ve always seen the manager bust her butt to keep things moving and clean but there is one individual that stuck out to me someone that truly does show that there’s still work ethic not only in this country, but in society. Savannah was not only multitasking, but doing what seem like three jobs as one other stood by and watched she truly was giving her all, and no matter how hot it was even with that feels like 110 , she kept on busting our cars and doing whatever had to be done. This young lady truly is the highest example of a hard worker that I have seen in a long time.
Mr. Clean car wash in leesburg is absolutely my favorite one to go to. They are very fast and in order. If there are any problems the manager Trista Kennedy resolves them quickly and she is very professional and of course sweet and kind to all customers as I’ve seen.
