8 months agoCalled because there was an issue the night before that covered my car in a grease that was very difficult to remove. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and cut me off with an attitude as if i was inconveniencing then. Make sure your car isn’t covered in an oily substance after you go through.2 years agoNot a bad place but for 200 dollars and a generous tip I expected a little better. Manager acted as if I was rushing them because I was walking around the waiting room. I told them I have all day to wait. Cleaning crew seemed indifferent even after I thanked them. Still some smudges on side of vehicle and drip marks but it looks like they got rid of the swirls which was the whole reason I brought the vehicle here.5 months agoI’ve been going there once a week since it opened. Excellent wash for $5. Vacuum your own car for free. Easy to get in and out of. It’s the best and cheapest wash around.4 months agoCame here with my harley after it got dirty from being caught riding in the rain a few days in a row and all the guys working in the detail shop were super excited to see the bike, talked a bit and said to check in at the office.The lady working the front counter didn’t even look up from her computer screen, just told me they didn’t do bikes. I asked a couple follow up questions and she just repeated herself over and over “we do not wash bikes.”
I guess you don’t like money then.
4 months agoWent there for a full service car wash. Paid extra for wax and they did not do . The dash was still dirty and was not cleaned properly. Not worth the $40.

Use the car wash as well and they do a great job.7 months agoThanks to the new management this place was a good experience. Excellent service. Good speed when moving cars through the lanes. No 10min wait like other busy places. Best vacuums I’ve ever used at any car wash. Employees were ready to clean the vacuum area with any debris left by customers. The $20+ wash was worth the price. Car looks professionally waxed. Good air dryer, I didn’t even need to wipe truck to dry it off.4 months agoMe and my gals were at the gas n wash in new Lenox and I was a dollar short of the total, people offered to help and he said no. He made a rude comment about wasting his time and embarrassed me. I’ve never run into someone like that in this gas station. Absolutely mortified.4 months agoCar wash attendant sucked, looked at me as I drove through the gate and continued to tale out trash ignoring me, waited 6 minutes for her to return no sorry or anything and then the car wash stopped midway. She’s very rude9 months agoI work at a gas station myself so I understand some of the pain of bad customers, but this one lady on night shift is the sweetest lady. She’s got red hair and every time I go, I always feel welcomed, appreciated and she’s got a wonderful heart. I have a great amount of respect for this gas the employees there 💜

I have used Olson’s Detailing several times. I’ve had 3 cars tinted and a few vehicles detailed by them. Jake and his staff are absolutely amazing! Their quality of work it top notch, they are friendly, and take pride in their work! I would not trust my vehicle to anyone other than them! I highly recommend Olson’s for your vehicle detailing or window tinting needs!
Took my car in for detailing and tinting. The outcome was amazing! From the service I received with all my questions, to dropping off & picking up my vehicle was incredible; I would recommend them to anyone. My car looked brand new when picked up! They did an awesome job!!!
