People was polite that run the place2 weeks agoThey are conveniently in more than 1 area in the city. The monthly rate is worth it just so powerful it whips my black beauty so i have look to get waxes too. You can go through as much as u like at business hours & unlimited vacuuming for 24 a month I Guess i been with them almost 3/4 years. They need towels to clean windows. Some have a bathroom, some don’t!! Some always broke down and leave soap on car!! Some of the place brush front and back where isn’t reached by equipment and some do but if you ask them they will brush most of time. My car dealership also told me to leave them alone because their puller is scratching/warping up my rims, which i already replaced 2 times at 400 something fee each, which also wear your tires out speedy!!! They only in small towns in Alabama!!in the last weekI love how clean it get’s my car. The shine is on amazing. I wish the price’s were lower. Everything is so high these day’s.2 years agoIf you want damage to your car and them not care at all then this is the place for you. They were rude and said they will do an incident report and I would hear from them in a few days…it’s been over a week now and nothing. The manager was extremely rude and did not care at all. I had to buy the replacement part and fixing it myself. I will not be supporting this business ever again. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to customer care you get nothing.2 months agoThis particular Mister does not have a very good wash. My car is always still dirty in some places after it comes out.

6 months agoWhy is there not a phone number posted somewhere to get ahold of the owners of this establishment!? Was nit paying attention and out a ten dollar Bill in change machine. It took my ten. Didn’t give new quarters and then I noticed I couldn’t put a ten in. If I can’t put a 10 in, why can the machine take the 10? I need someone to get ahold of me now. We’re still here at the car washa year agoBe aware…there are NO suds in the high pressure wash. I don’t mean “low” suds (which seems to be the norm at most car washes) I mean NO suds at all. I visited this place the other day for the third and final time. On ALL THREE visits there were no suds in the HP wash, so it’s not just a one-time thing. I know supplies are expensive but you should charge more rather than offering subpar service. But I guess as long as you’re making $$$ who gives a rip about a few unhappy customers, right?8 months agoDoesn’t seem very well maintained. Broken wand in one stall. A couple stalls didn’t seem to have high pressure soap. Lost 6.00 in one stall because it quit working and had to move to another5 months agoTime runs out really quick. $20 a month for as many car washes you want to do and free vacuum so I highly recommend it. Now if I go past one either location I stop by and get my suburban washed
Clean and fast. Employees are very nice. However I do not like being asked if I want to tip before I get my service. And I don’t understand why a tip for a drive thru car wash – she inserted my card but i could have and he sprayed my windshield before I went through. That’s it. That’s part of the job, not good service.
Went through this morning to get some bugs off the front of the car after driving all day yesterday. Kaley was not only cordial but very helpful. She actually cared and sprayed us down herself. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
I purchased the Unlimited Club Premium Exterior package. The attendants do the bare minimum with only perfunctory spraying of exterior. The dryer brush doesn’t descend enough to dry the hood or windshield of my full size sedan and the blow dryer barely removes any water but it is convenient to my home and prevents me from having to hand wash my vehicle so I keep the membership.
Many of the workers are sweet and kind…others are rude and unfriendly. One in particular refuses to smile or acknowledge the fact her customers exist. Also, they stack the cars so close, an unprepared driver almost hit my car.
