2 months agoIt would help if both employees did the same job on both sides of the car. One does great vacuuming while the other one goes through the motions Not as good. The rest of the staff do a great job drying and on the windows3 months agothey are the worst. They are very racist. They treat their customer very very bad. They clean your car halfway and the other half it’s still dirty. They are rude. They talk very rude to the customers they tell you. Hey we don’t want your business you can leave if you don’t like it that’s not how you talk to customers that’s how bad they are. I don’t think anyone should go to the car wash. There’s other places much better than them I don’t know if the owner sees what they do or not but I think he should see he’s losing customers like that. Anyways, there isn’t any customer over there maybe because how how bad and Reeses they are and if they get mad at someone they call the cops on people .2 months agoHorrible,, car basically just rinsed off had to ask more then once for my rims to be wiped off, paid for ultimate wash,, and they told me it’s just brake dust on them so ,, I paid to have my car cleaned and shampooed , and to top it off they were rude… Like they don’t know there is a car wash everywhere..5 months agoWent to get my car washed for the first time at this place and I will not go back. One of the attendants was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I got out of the wash portion of the establishment I assumed I could put it in drive to brake so that I wouldn’t hit the car that was being detailed or the workers in front of me. The attendent said that I was told to keep it in neutral so I didn’t hit any of the attendants that were drying my car and next time i would have to get out of my car. I am sorry that it was my first time through this establishment and maybe I didn’t hear them correctly if they told me to get out of the car; I would have gotten out if I was told too. The tone of the attendant’s voice made me feel stupid. The only reason I picked this car wash was because it was on the side of Middlebelt that I was traveling. The reason that I gave two stars is because the people drying my car off did a good job and seemed pleasant in contrast to their coworker. I was considering getting my interior detailed at a later time but after this experience I will never go back.7 months agoTerrible place- save your money!The wash ripped off my mirror,! Furthermore the owner was pointing out a couple of scratches saying that maybe it was something i did?No- nice try!Took pride in the sign stating they are not responsible, and that GM poorly designed the mirror. Very unapologetic and no compassion what so ever! The owner tapped my mirror to so i could not even open my door at first!Also i payed $20 for full service( not even an offer for a refund on wash after damage). I had dots all over my back window and rear of car i had to rub out. Inside of my car looked like a rushed job with half not wipped out well and a dirty driver side matt!Hell of a wash experience! Costly- had to go fix mirror next day(2/1/23)Terrible- not happy!Worst car wash i ever been to, period!

4 months agoUsed the touch free wash, paid $11 and didn’t clean my car much at all. I would not recommend. I will not be using this location again.6 months agowith the no touch half the soap doesn’t come out and trunk is always dirty. I have to use the coin wash before and spray the car. I am not going back. I beleive ths soap is being watered down and the prices are through the roof now. I have been in there a few times in the past month. The soap just runs right off the care but Final straw for me was last week. I put my money in and turned on soap and clear water came out of the wand. I used the foam brush and soap was watered down so bad that it ran off the car when I went to rinse it their was no soap on the car.7 months agoPretty normal touchless wash. My only complaint is the prices 😂 6 for a basic wash but doesn’t give the turbo air dry. 9 for the turbo air dry with some more options. But then the best wash is 12 dollars so in everyone’s head they just said might as well. It cleaned decent. I don’t think it cleaned the undercarriage. My real complaint is the air drying time. It’s only 45 seconds which meant I still had to hand dry my car. Which defeats the purpose of touch-less wash because it’s of course for lazy people. I also really wished they had a member ship.7 months agoFavorite self-wash car wash in the area. One of the machines doesn’t take coin so you have to use your credit card. If you’re looking for a decent place to self wash your vehicle this is the one!5 months agoThey give you more soap here & the wax is much better than other places and I have been to about 10 different ones. I will be back here every week, thx.

This place has recently changed ownership and I was skeptical if I’d keep going there but to my surprise I still do, which is a good thing. I have the monthly car wash package which I like because I can go there as many times as I like and it’s already paid for in advance. Plus seems like the car washing cleaning products are better than before. The workers are extremely nice and friendly. And I love at the end that I always get a free car air freshener and dash wiping cloth. Great place!
I have been to a lot of car washes thru ought the United States and I have to admit this car wash that’s just outside of Detroit is amazing . not only did they do a great job with washing my Mercedes but the service was outstanding . I’m just passing thru and talking to JD , Shawn and Seth made me feel like I was at home in New York where I leave . Thank you guys for recommending me a great restaurant to eat at in greektown . Thanks again boys and the next time im back in Detroit I will be back to see you guys and get another wash 😃👍
Been using this place pretty much exclusively for 20 years. Always had a fair price and was happy with the wash. Recently they made tons of improvements with clear to understand monthly plans and various levels of service. They have also added free towel drying. The techs are always friendly, too. Give ‘em a try.
This was my first time using this business and I was not disappointed! The prices are very fair and the employees were above and beyond. It’s nice to know that the vacuums are free although I didn’t use them this visit. My car was much overdue for a wash and this place got it squeaky clean! The towel dry employee was friendly and he even gave me a dashboard wipe and an air freshener. I will definitely be back!
New owner and a lot of new equipment. Free vacuum stations, free mat cleaner with a cool thing to put your mats in to be washed and dryed. I got the premium package and its 28 bucks but they have monthlys from 17 bucks. All in all a great wash. Keep up the good work because my truck is always pristine when i leave. Love the towel dry and they give free dash wipes and air fresheners.. pretty cool.
