6 months agoWent for car wash – full service today. No vacuuming done. I didn’t pay attention as I was on a call and just noticed that the divers seat is clean. Please make sure you check your car after they are done with the full service. This is the first time I have experienced it here at rocket car wash. The girl who was doing the vacuuming did not do her job properly.2 weeks agoI’ve been using Rocket now for a while and they always do a great job. The employees are very nice and pay close attention to detail. If you need your car cleaned up inside and out then I definitely recommend.a year agoI’m not one to complain online or much at all but this was just outrageous and appalling. Went to get my car washed on my way to pick a relative up from the airport, paid for the most expensive wash that claims to include door jams, windows, doors and interior jams as well as vacuuming. I asked the girl when purchasing if this includes them wiping down/cleaning the seats and she said no that would be an additional $20 to which I agreed to pay because I wanted my car extra clean and had some fort on the passenger seat. I went through the car wash and got out for them to clean the interior and hand dry the exterior. They did not do my tires or rims, they almost forgot to vacuum all together and they did NOT do the center console/cup holders, the doors- from the dust still on the dash they didn’t seem to do that either. And when I opened the door and looked at the seats I could clearly see they had not been cleaned either, despite my paying the additional $20 for said service. I asked him to please wipe down the seats like I paid and requested they do, which he did with and attitude. They still did not clean the doors or console/cup holders and it wasn’t until I got to the airport and opened to trunk to load the luggage that I see they also did not vacuum or clean the trunk as promised. For $60 I recommend you go ANYWHERE else, even the $10 car washes from kids for schools would have done better then this.$60 Down the drain I’ll never get back, and will now have to get it cleaned else where all over again.a week agoI do not recommend this facility. I have given them multiple chances and there’s an excuse everytime as to why my car comes out still dirty, then they smear the dirt around with dirty towels. I bring it to their attention and nothing is done.a month agoJust got home from having a full service done to my car, and touching up all the areas that were missed! Take off your sunglasses before leaving as the front mats and cargo space were not completely vacuumed, the interior windshield was simply wiped quickly (I took off my Ezpass so that they give the windshield a good clean and the marks were still there), the center console was missed entirely. I don’t mind paying for the service when the service is good. I will not be making the trek to this business again 🙁

3 weeks agoI visited the car wash and was highly impressed. The service was lightning fast, and my car came out squeaky clean. They offered a variety of car wash options to choose from. The staff was readily available and eager to assist. What amazed me was the complimentary vacuum cleaning with no time limit – a huge plus! They also provided free cleaning towels and extra products for added convenience. No complaints and the car always looks good.5 months agoEDIT: I wish you could respond to comments on here. I would LOVE to review that 4k footage of my vehicle before and after your wash. Also, you can say the same thing as many times as you please. My vehicle was not damaged before going through the wash. I exiting and began drying my car and the damage was as clear as day. I’ll say it as many times as I need to. – It completely makes sense why the company won’t take responsibility, they have a sign posting that they aren’t on their building.Oh All Washed Up! Where should I begin.. the awful customer service? being blocked from facebook? not having my damage claim taken seriously? disrespected? being hung up on? Seems like I could go on and on!! but at the end of the day “you get what you get” and let me tell you! I got $1000+ worth of paint damage and my carwash wasn’t even refunded😂 Put that car in REVERSE & go elsewhere
3 months agoI’ve had the unlimited monthly basic wash for over 2 years. The people who work there have always been great. They clean the rear of the car with a soapy wet soft brush as you drive into the building, a part of most vehicles that is poorly washed at most other places. The wash is thorough, drying is good, and if you don’t have time to use their after-wash provisions, like vacuums, air fresheners, window cleaner, and cleaning/drying cloths, what water drops are left dry without spotting. Entire place very clean and in order. Excellent!in the last weekHad my car and a friends car scratched badly by the car wash. Filed a claim and they said their cameras show the damage was there beforehand which I also have camera footage from just 30 minutes before and it wasn’t there. Then they said it I wanted to see this footage I first needed to sign something saying they weren’t at fault. So even if I watch the footage and find them to be at fault it’s too bad because I would’ve signed something saying otherwise. I wish I would’ve read the reviews of other peoples cars getting scratched before going there.

I absolutely love the Monroeville location! All of the team here are really kind and helpful. The amenities of the car wash are great, too! They are good at keeping all of the machines in tip top shape, and the car wash itself does a wonderful job! And… Drew is the bees knees 😉😎
I always come to this wash. The membership is low and the vacuums are high powdered. I pulled in early today, went through the wash, and pulled into the lot to finish the cleaning. I took a call during this time so after I pulled in I planned to complete my conversation before getting out. Alvin approached my vehicle with 2 rags and started drying the car for me. I was so appreciative because it was an exceptional gesture and cut my time down. When I completed my call I thanked him. He was so kind but honestly he always is. He’s who sold me my membership. He wasn’t too pushy about it but just smooth and informative on my options. Great experience per usual. Thank you again Alvin.

I had the best experience. The employees that I spoke to directly me were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuine.
You know when you feel like you’re in the presence of good souls? This was it. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of.
I think they could tell it was my first time, the 3 of them went above and beyond to tell me where everything was, accommodations, and even offered to help me clean my mats.
It really was a wonderful experience. I didn’t think i would ever love a car wash location. Excellent amenities and customer service. Anytime I pass this place, I plan on getting a wash.

I absolutely love coming to this ModWash. It’s quick and simple and gets my car clean. Alvin there was very kind and helped me out with the vacuum and helped me dry my mats quicker! I never got that much hospitality at a car wash and it’s nice that I got a warm welcome from the first time I got there!
