a month agoI only needed the vacuum area last week and 1 employee told me i had to be a paying customer or member..Ok fair, but it’s a one way to get out so when i went to see the other attendant for her to let me out, i told her same thing I just needed the vacuums. She said oh ok, just drive around we have plenty open..Hmmm so if I had kept quiet and didn’t inquire from the first person i could have used just the vacuum area like I needed…a year agoPaid for an interior and exterior wash this morning, VERY POOR job. I specified to the guy that my car was very dirty and he said “we’ll take good care of it.” I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is not the first time I have paid for this kind of wash at Beall Car Wash and had gotten home to a dirty vehicle. The front was partially clean, but the rest of my car still needs swept out.4 years agoI was just in there an hour ago. Normally I would do it myself. I have my mother’s funeral tomorrow. And didn’t have the time..The over all wash was ok. But for $32 I expect more that a drive through wash and just a towel wipe off! I paid to have wheels cleans also. This is the job I got. It doesn’t even look like they even touch the wheels!10 months agoBeall Car Wash changed hands this year and upon doing so some very good changes have been taking place. First of all I have had nothing but a great experience with the people that are employed here. The new owners, specifically Becky, have been taking the time to actually fix things rather than patching them up and praying that they hold up for yet another day. Another recent change was made in the wash that has improved the overall quality of the wash. Previously when the cars would come out of the wash there was always an excessive amount of water on the vehicle because the speed of the car wash was turned up so high that the chemicals as well as the drawing never really had a chance to do their job. This was because the previous owner didn’t care about quality but was all about pushing as many cars through the wash as he possibly could. The top roller brush for a very long time was not getting any type of soap on it and this was recently fixed by Bobby. They have taken the time to start fixing things in this car wash that needed to be taken care of previously and were ignored in favor of profit. I have given some suggestions on things that could vastly improve not only the Car Wash but the business in general. I have experience working in a car wash and I know what a tough job it is and I know how ungrateful many customers are and how they treat people that work at places like this because at one time I had to deal with angry and difficult customers who would leave their vehicles in terrible shape and expect Car Wash workers to somehow work a miracle on their trashed vehicles. The new owners deserve credit for taking the time to invest in fixing things in the car wash properly and by allowing the managers to do their job. They have gotten rid of bad employees that have made customers more frustrated because they are lazy and don’t do their jobs correctly. They are currently seeking more employees because like many businesses they have been short-staffed. Rather than keeping bad stuff they have operated at a deficit on employees which has made all of their jobs a little bit more difficult but has caused less frustration for customers and improve the overall quality of work coming out of this car wash. I am hoping that by continuing to support this local business that they will be able to continue to make improvements because in 3 years that I have been going here this year has been the best so far. They have always done an outstanding job on my vehicle both inside and out. They know that I keep my car Immaculate to make it easy for them to be able to do their job. I always take the time to interact with the employees because I know that they are working very hard and are appreciated very little by many people. I would like to thank every single person that works there for always taking care of our car and I would like to thank Becky for taking the time to do things the right way and I hope that she is able to continue to make improvements that will benefit everyone.3 months agoFriendly people, they do an excellent job of cleaning your car.

3 months agoGetting frustrated. Everytime I go to wash my car the automatic carwash is closed down for some reason or another. I almostl canceled my membership too. Because quality went down quite a bit. Giving it 1 more months then may go somewhere else. Hopefully things will improvea month agoExcellent service, fast and friendly. However it says the prices on the wall and then check your bank account and you get a huge difference on your bank card. Definitely do not plan on using my card there ever again.9 months agoThese guys are so kind and helpful! I used the wrong tokens in their machine to which they had to come open and remove. It was early in the morning, cold and they could have easily been rude and upset but they were so understanding and even gave me a free wash. Not impressed. I paid $25 for a pretty mediocre car wash, at best. I thought it included some sort of tire cleaning but it doesn’t even look like the tires got wet. I not confident the undercarriage was cleaned for what I paid for either because the wheel well don’t look like they where touched by any water whatsoever. Apparently you need to get the unlimited so you can run it through multiple times just to get your car cleaned. Pretty disappointed!!
Went to GooGoo car wash on Cleveland Road on February 12. Halfway through the car wash, heard a big boom. When we drove out with our Ford 150, the antenna had been yanked down about 8 inches into the quarter panel. We were discouraged from filing any type of claim. When we asked to file a claim with their insurance company anyways, no one would return our calls. This is Pretty drastic case of damage, not just a simple antenna being broken or bent.
The employee there told us they had had several problems with their brush system recently
Went there yesterday the 19th, for the first time. The girl that checked me in, was the best part of the whole deal. She was very professional, kind and helpful. Everything went down hill after that. Paid $20. The wash didn’t clean the car very well,and left soap all over my car. Had to use my windshield sprayers to get it off my windshield. They have unlimited vacuuming. You need that considering how much time you spend reconnecting the hoses. I even moved to a different spot, same deal. 1st visit, also my last.
Since I moved to Ohio this is the only car wash that I will use. They have excellent service the people that works there are good to help you with whatever you need. They have the cleaning supplies to do the interior the towels to wipe down once you come out of the car wash Property Management everything is excellent
Every time we come up for a car wash this place is closed, it’s very frustrating when you pay monthly and can never go through because the place is closed when it’s supposed to be open. As shown in this picture 9-17-23. 10:30 in the morning.
