3 months agoFirst time at this car wash and I was not satisfied. I paid for the deluxe and expected a clean car. My wheels were not clean, I had water spots on the rear lower and front car. My back seats were not vacuumed correctly and my interior had dust spots where they did not clean. I have a black car, now when you see a guy cleaning your wheels, you do not use the same rag to clean your car! That scratches your car! Wheels carry hard particles of dust! I was really disappointed! Just from observing the guys drying the cars, they are sloppy and talk too much instead of paying attention to detail! There was a guy out there wearing a dress shirt with a clipboard and he should be the one observing them all! I will not be back! Please get with your team and train them correctly or you will be losing business. Have a good day!a month agoStaple of Alhambra. Cashier dude is always polite & friendly. Just had my CRV washed here and now it’s spotless!4 months agoCar wash took approximately 15 minutes. It was by far the worse car wash I’ve ever gotten. The rims are dirty. Seats are dirty. The dashboard has dust. Save your $30 dollars and go somewhere else. So disappointed with the service.4 years agoI went in for their Wednesday special, and I am sad to report it was not worth it.By the time I had paid, my car had been washed! Within minutes my car was ready after being wiped down. The service is quickly and sloppy. The workers cleaning outside are pleasant and nice, but they need to pay attention to detail.
I called the manager and he said he would “check if it was clean” and to bring it back. From his rude and condescending tone, I was definitely not going to return and me car reassessed by them. Take your money elsewhere!

a month agoI loved it. I paid $7 for the basic wash. It was great, the car was wash perfectly and dried. What ever little wiping down was taken care by one of the staff that is at the end of the wash waiting to wipe the side mirrors and the little bit of water left on the car. The vacuums are in good working order. I highly recommend this place.2 months agoA great, affordable, and quick wash every time.My car was unfortunately especially dirty today and the attendants were worried a single pass through the wash wouldn’t be enough to clean it off. Without me even having to ask, though, they went ahead and told me I could take my car through a second time with no additional cost if it still needed a little help after the first time through. It did. I went through the tunnel of clean again. And now my car’s looking clean and mean.

a year agoLove this place. Best car wash in town or even may I say LA. Price is great for the extensive machine wash. Self vacuum available after car wash for FREE. they hand dry little parts of the side mirrors and rear of the car. A+ from me.a year agoProbably the last time that I’m gonna go to this business. I always pick the platinum wash. I came here four times out of two months. The last two trips has been horrible. I noticed some dents from third trip and earlier. But that’s not all. The employees here are lazy. Especially the guy who’s job is supposed to wipe ur car after the wash. I did that job for him. Even the bird drops are still there that I have to clean my own. If you love your vehicle, please avoid this place.a month agoFriendly and well run car wash. It has free vacuums for use after you wash. Probably hell to get in and out of during its peak hours, so coming early on a weekday is recommended.

I love how affordable this car wash is!
It started out as $5 and now with inflation, it’s $8 for the basic wash where you go through the wash cave and can use their vacuums and get two moist towelettes. It’s a good deal!
Just make sure to peel off the blue tape on your back windshield wiper so you aren’t showing the public where you have been recently. 😂
The vacuums are super convenient cause they have them on both the right and left sides so you can reach your car with ease. I can even clean out my trunk with it. Very convenient!
Love this place and today they gave 3 free car fresheners (although it smelled like cologne but yay for free)!
They even decorated for Halloween hahah
It was extremely busy this Saturday, people were leaving without vacuuming their cars because new cars were coming in and the line was building up ridiculously fast with no place to go. One of the vacuum tubes in our spot was broken. Cash payment option was not available today. We had the $16 wash, the most expensive option, and it didn’t clean up *super* well, just ok. Most water wasn’t even blown away during the drying step, you can see that the windshield is completely wet in my video, and I don’t think some of the extra products for tires etc were used. I wish they also had floor mat washers and wet rag cleaners.
The staff were incredibly nice and courteous though, a big factor in my rating.
This is a decent express car wash it does a good job removing surface impurities but does struggle with bug spots, bird poop and other caked-on grime so it’s recommended to hose your vehicle before coming. On the plus side their vacuums have very strong suction and clean vehicle interiors with ease. The attendants are polite and the line moves fairly quickly.
Inexpensive. So that’s good haha but definitely a low quality wash. I went for the first time today and paid for the Silver wash. The car was cleaner than before but not very clean. And as many prior reviews point out, the back wasn’t washed at all. See the picture. It’s laughably bad. Seriously – fix your car wash! How can you not address such an obvious deficiency?! 😆 I was hoping I would get lucky but no, I’m not special haha, driving a Fast5xpress-washed car with their signature “we’ll wash your car but make sure to leave it with that dirty *ss!”
Great carwash, fast and easy. I’m very happy to be a member. It’s so convenient to drive through and keep my car looking clean!
