Worth the price they charge, if you have the time.

I went here yesterday and in the end I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve done full detailing on my cars before at other places so I was curious what their “Grand Slam” package would produce. The way I would summarize it would be that I was impressed for the $40 compared to what a full detail elsewhere costs. Wife’s car was disgusting going in and came out really clean.

The few negative things I would add are as follows: first, know that it will take a long time. I went there at 11am on a Monday and it took a little over an hour. Talking with the person inside, this seemed about the normal timeframe. Second, they aren’t perfect. There was still a spot of something on my driver door interior that I wiped off when I got home and the gap between the seat and console looked untouched.

Most of the bad reviews seemed like they were expecting a full detail (think $150+ at paradise) but only wanted to pay $32. This place did a great job for the price, if you have time time.

We’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is hardworking & is quick with the quality of work they produce. We’ve always gotten the “Grand Slam” package, it’s a little more expensive than a typical clean- but well worth the price! The vanilla smell added at the end is a nice touch. Thank you!

My daughter gave me a gift card from here because my car was always so dirty. I went today and I don’t think my car looked this good when I bought it. So shiny and clean, the interior was wonderful – and all the windows were sparkling. Thanks so much to all the hard working men and women at Touch ‘Em All Car Wash!! I’ll be back!

This place is horrendous. I have never paid to have some1 clean my own car, and after lighting $32 on fire giving these lazy imbeciles a chance, well they only solidified why I will never pay anyone to clean my own car. They call it the grand slam package, but it really should be called the grand scam pkg.

I only called this place because mom n brother recommended it when I couldn’t get the dog hair out with my own vacuum. Theres even 1 reviewer on here who said they got it all in his ride. Apparently that guy didn’t realize he went somewhere else n gave these clowns the credit.

The lady who came out even told reassured me they detail for car dealerships “our guys” will get it out. They will wipe this wash this vacuum this and give u back freshly cleaned car. Apparently she was going for biggest liar of the year award.

They may have washed the outside, but I had already brought it thru a car wash 20 minutes prior to bringing it to them so who knows.

BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING ON THE INSIDE BESIDES WASH THE MATS AND HALF ASS WIPE THINGS DOWN.

If I wanted it done halfass I would have found my teenage nephew to do the job, not a subposively professional car wash company.

They left a piece of dog food in my shifter boot. Left standing loose hair n sand in my cupholders. Left loose hair sitting on my speedometer gauge. Left loose dust on my radio n dash controls. Left loose dust n hair in my window controls. I dont what they did besides windex my windows but they sure as hell didnt give me the $32 grand slam package.

They baited n switched me and delivered services unrendered which I am seriously contemplating call my card service to have these charges reversed. They didnt do the job they charged me for or said they could do. I dont trust them to give me a refund on their own after this behavior so I’ll just do it for them.

I cant even comprehend in today’s world of social media, customer reviews & instant ability to photograph that they thought this was quality work and there would be no consequences. This is black n white negligence, or bait n switch fraud. UNBELIEVABLE

    how r u still I business?

U care more about quantity than quality. Your skills only let you take on easy cars for lazy ppl. If it takes more than 3 seconds to wipe n wash your not interested. Your only concern is getting paid and if that means neglect is the best approach for that particular customer than neglect quickly becomes option A! Its hard to believe that you’ve been in business as long as you have, but i doubt with this approach in todays world you’ll be around for too much longer. Why do you think your lines are shorter? Why is revenue smaller? This isnt any great mystery! Word is getting out that your hack, and wont even wipe down a simple cup holder. Why are you in business to clean car interiors when you wont clean car interiors.

If you want easy n automation a coin operated car wash seems more up your alley.

Detailing sucks ! They scratched my dashboard and left streaks and spots of residue on the windows. I watched and complained when they were done. But they said all they did was spray it, wipe with a polyester rag and vacuum.

My new dirty car made new again. I haven’t compared other car wash prices, besides what I see at gas stations, but for what I got, it was a great deal. Two weeks later, even with all the road crud flyin around, it still looks great. Three young gentlemen runnin the place that day answered my questions in a professional manner, & even let me empty my full bladder in their employee bathroom. That might have been the best part.😉

Best car wash around. Best monthly deal. I go in there twice a week. Nice setup with free vaccuum lanes and a free air freshener.

They do a good job… When they are open. Often down for maintenance, including the last couple weeks, with no indication as to when they will actually reopen. Frustrating when paying for a monthly membership.

I’ve been getting both of my vehicles washed here for a few years now and they come out clean for the most part. But most recently I’ve been noticing on my passenger side quarter panel a discoloring. Idk if it’s one of the chemicals they use or if their system isn’t rinsing thoroughly enough. It seems to get worse with every wash.

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US

The clearance of most car washes is typically around 7 feet or 2.13 meters. This allows for the majority of standard-sized vehicles to pass through comfortably without any issues. However, it’s important to note that the clearance may vary slightly between different car wash locations and types.

Here are a few key points to consider about car wash clearance:

  • Standard clearance: Most car washes are designed to accommodate vehicles with a standard height clearance, typically up to 7 feet. This includes cars, SUVs, and trucks of average size.
  • Low clearance: Some car washes may have a lower clearance, which could be a concern for vehicles with lowered suspensions or certain sports cars. It’s recommended to check the specific clearance measurements of a car wash before entering if you have a vehicle with a lower ride height.
  • Oversized vehicles: For taller or larger vehicles such as vans, RVs, or trucks with roof racks, finding a car wash with sufficient clearance can be more challenging. Many car washes offer specific wash bays or additional services tailored for oversized vehicles.
  • Warning signs: Car washes usually display warning signs indicating the maximum clearance height at the entrance or access points. It’s crucial to pay attention to these signs to avoid damaging your vehicle or getting stuck in the wash.
  • Hand washing: If you have a vehicle that exceeds the standard car wash clearance, or if you simply prefer a more personalized touch, hand washing or using alternative cleaning methods may be a suitable option.

Overall, understanding the clearance measurements of a car wash is essential to ensure a safe and hassle-free experience for your vehicle. If you have any concerns about your vehicle’s height or any specialized cleaning requirements, it’s recommended to reach out to the car wash facility directly for guidance.

  1. We started to use Quick Lane regularly the past few years because of their consistent customer service. Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me “what’s wrong, you just left”. I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

  2. The lines are long. No one tells you how long until you’re in the shop. Had my drain bolt left too loose, a day after my oil changed, my garage floor had more oil than in my truck. Definitely up and down.

  3. My car is fairly new with hardly any miles on it I called before hand and explained I needed my tire replaced because I hit a pot hole and my front right tire had a tear on the sidewall and I already had the new tire they could put on. The scheduling lady told me that was fine and that it would cost me $24.95 and to come on in. When I got there I was told I would need to purchase 4 new tires and I could not just replace one. UNBELIEVABLE. I decided to go over to AT repairs across the street they replaced my tire for me no problem. For only $15.00. Not true about the low tread on my other tires. He just didn’t want to do his job. I can’t force him to do it that’s why I went somewhere else.

  4. $132 for an oil change and tire rotation. I complained, so he knocked it down to $118 saying something about how they were getting charged extra by their supplier. It took a little over an hour. Expensive for the level of service.

  5. Took my 2022 F-450 dually to the Cornerstone Ford Quick Lane for a lube, oil change, oil filter change, and alignment. I called ahead and was told they could do the work on my vehicle and that no appointment was required. I specifically asked about doing the work on my F-450 as another Ford dealer in the area that I had contacted had told me they couldn’t service my truck due to the size. I got there when they opened. When notified that my truck was ready, I asked if there were any issues with the alignment. I was told they didn’t do the alignment because their equipment doesn’t support my size vehicle. When I asked about the Lube, the service writer asked me what that was. After explaining what it meant to lube a vehicle, she said that she didn’t think they could do that. Ford put zerk fittings on the truck for a reason, and the owner’s manual indicates the truck needs to be periodically lubed. So why would a Ford Dealership not be able to lube a vehicle? I also believe a service writer should know what services they can/can’t provide for any given vehicle. In short, they don’t have the knowledge, tools, or skills to properly service a vehicle.
