a month agoExcellent customer service and equipment. The staff always has a great attitude and greets you when you pull up. I lost a cover to the nut on my rear windshield wiper and a few weeks later I was able to recover it there with the help from Kyle. They also know how to pay it forward!!2 months agoAwesome staff, we love the manager, Steven. They are always very friendly and definitely fast. We’ll run the vehicle through the wash on the way to a clients and it looks great. A couple of times the soap didn’t wash off properly and they let us run through again, no problems. We are in the Platinum Monthly Club, worth every penny.9 months agoI have been using Lightning Fast Car Wash since they opened several years ago. Besides being extremely friendly and courteous, they offer a spotless, clean and organized facility, one that is a pleasure to use. My thoughts on this business? 10 months agoStaff was friendly and personable/ professional. Kyle was excellent to deal with and offered a free microfiber towel for joining the membership. This car wash has a lot more features than others including compressed air for filling tires and a blow gun for removing dust on the interior.a year agoHorrible experience I took my 2003 Mustang convertible which I’ve been taking through car washes since I bought it in 2003 this is the only wash that ever caused any damage to my vehicles and the ownership and management was treating me as if It was my fault – keep in mind this mustang has been through hundreds of car washes this is the only car wash that ripped apart the steel plates in the metal bracket that held in the antenna it dented the fender along with the paint job all from those brushes at the end of the car wash pulled it out and spun it around and banged back into the car … If you have a collectors car it says all over the place there you should not go through the wash if your car is 10 years or older I wouldn’t bring any car through the car wash to think I’ve taken this mustang through 30 different car wash places all the different places… and this is the only car wash that has ever done damage on a 2003 car and management treat you like terrible didn’t even ask me if I wanted my money back they just kept telling me it was my fault … my fault for trusting this car wash??? They take no responsibility at all in fact they were actually rude because they said if I put this online the owner would be upset ? I highly recommend touchless car wash is the ones that have the blowers at the end and blow off the water…

4 months agoThe cashiers are always nice, as are the other staff. The store is clean and they have greeting cards, drinks and auto accessories you can buy while waiting for your car.During the last few years the quality of service that Eager Beaver provides has declined. I understand prices have to increase and that many businesses are low on workers. However, customers take their cars to be cleaned and when the car is still dirty when they have finished, that is not acceptable. The price to have a basic exterior/interior cleaning is $19.99. I know it’s impossible to get every little piece when vacuuming or wiping but these area’s do not even look like they were wiped down.
a month agoService was good. Inside not as clean as it should have been. Review mirror was skipped. Took time to explain they couldn’t get all the bugs off. Would have been nice if they tan it through again. Prior management did.2 months agoNever again. I should have been clued in when dropping it off. The primary concern was making sure I knew how and who to give the tip to. She actually brought him over, explained not to use the tip jar. Not so much about the service or my car.I purchased the Ultimate Detail for 329.99 w/tax after phoning in several questions to set expectations. Old Jeep with faded trim so I wasn’t expecting miracles, but doing my own trim restorer I know what that looks like. I expected clean inside and out. They had the car a min of 5 hours which I was told upfront was normal for that service.
Right away I see grease and dirt in the wheels. The kind the wipes right off with no effort. The trim was chalky white and not “dressed” as listed. That was the specific question I asked before booking that appointment. I opened the center console and see they didn’t bother wiping down the lid where there was clearly a previous spill. Worse, I now have tiny bubbles in my clear on the front edge of my hood that definitely were not there before.
They get one star for the service gal grabbing a rag to clean the wheels all the while apologizing (AFTER having me point out the obvious) That was not before she noted the effort to remove dog hair, the one thing I had no issue with. I know the last of that clings. Haven’t had a dog in over a year and rolled it. She also mentioned how that trim black doesn’t last. Newsflash, I know … neither does the “clean” part. Once I saw more problems – done – and coming back was not an option. It was for a guest coming in town the next day. I ended up going home, dressing the trim and wiping down what they missed.
If you’ve had great results, good for you. I can see where they did clean but in no way was this The Ultimate. My expectations were to have every service done. I should have had a little “wow” after 5 hours, not do more cleaning. I think for that much money if you can’t get extra attention paid cleaning the first go, you shouldn’t expect a second chance.
3 weeks agoWhat an incredible cleaning and customer service forward experience! We love our Eager Beaver location and all the folks helping us each week with our monthly membership cleanings. We’ve been blessed to have even the manager Guillermo come and wipe down our car on multiple occasions. Fantastic cleaning, phenomenal customer service and very much a value!a month agoThis car wash is the best value for 28.00. Guillermo always aims to please. After the car is done, I’ll walk around the outside the car and if I see some bugs or road tar, or tree sap, he will rub it right out. They are hard working people here. If you ask to get something that was missed, they are polite and get right to it. They keep me coming back.

Aw geez , I wish I could give them a 5 . It was awkward trying to find where to go in at driving from 41. Maybe easier from the side road .
Rome was very friendly and personable , then the staff member that directs you in was nice too. It would take me a few times to get use to driving onto a conveyor belt . That’s just me though.
I’m just really disappointed how my car turned out for a single car wash that normally costs $30. The air dryers did not dry my car off enough so when I drove off the water splashed all over leaving spots . And it just doesn’t wipe off with a cloth , you need a little elbow grease .
Nokomis definitely needed a better car wash than what we have . I know it’ll take time to get the kinks out . but I personally can’t see spending 50$ a month for the car wash if I gotta get out there and detail my car more .
I do wish Woodies much success though .
Definitely my favorite car wash in the area, the employees are kind and welcoming. The car wash is super fun to drive through with all the bright lights and fun colors. You certainly get your moneys worth with Woodie’s Wash Shack. They have a vaccine system, towels, all purpose cleaner and glass clean at the end to get the details on your own. And I got the cutest car freshener!

I wash my car weekly and knew this would be the place to go, when I arrived everyone was so nice!! Joseph was so helpful in assisting me to take my roof rack off so I could go into the car wash, once I finished the wash, I knew I made a great decision! The car looked amazing, and all the extra benefits, from floor mat wash, to clearing supplies, vacuum and air hose to blow out crumbs. My car looks show room new!

2nd trip and it was just amazing as the first! This week I met Russ , such a dear man, he wiped the back of my van while I did the front, he even gave me a cute little air freshener! They never disappoint!
Even the sweet young man that welcomed me when I pulled into the “ member “ isle, remembered me from last week… there more then a car wash they are a group of individuals that want you to truly enjoy your time experience.
Every time I come home after my car wash I tell my husband what a great experience I had , he laughs and says “ WOW, It must be because you never stop talking about it” lol
7/12 Today I met Colton, such a pleasant young man, was very helpful and wiped my car down with not a speck of water remained.

Angel and Mark both came and helped dry my car and we’re both were super friendly and helped me get all set up with a membership.
