3 weeks agoStaff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the “free” vacuums work really great! The black microfiber towels are perfect for cleaning everything in my vehicle without leaving behind a lint trail! Absolutely LOVE the “air nozzle feature” that let’s you blow out your vents, etc! It works perfect & such a wonderful & unique idea! Definitely will be goin back!in the last weekI’ve been a Car Club member for several months now and enjoy the unlimited washes! Also, free vacuums (no digging for change anymore), cleaner, and rags are a plus. Tidal Wave makes it very easy to keep a car clean (something I’ve slacked on in the past).a week agoA shady company who unknowingly signs you up for a monthly membership and automatically bills the credit card you used for a single wash. I highly recommend you take your business to a local car wash and not this greedy business.7 months agoThis was my 1st time using this place. I was greater by a very friendly gentleman that explained the packages to me an offered me to become a membership. I declined. But more likely will become one. My car came out super clean an shiny. The people are very friendly an go out their way. Sadly I didn’t know you get a free vacuum an missed out on it. But I do highly recommend this super amazing place. I will be going back

a year agoI have gone to Petersons for years…they have always done a wonderful job. Not sure I will be back for a bit. I was treated with a quick showing of prices and when I asked for the interior to be done it was VERY obvious that that was not what they wanted to do. The young man that vacuumed half my car was very polite the other not so much however $40 later my car does not hardly look vacuumed (mats still had sand in them they were not even removed and dust and dirt that was not wiped down)and it was the quickest interior I have had done. There was no one waiting so it was not like they had to rush….I am just very disappointed bc they always do a great job.a month agoI have used Petersons in the past and been extremely pleased but today was a different story. I paid $39.99 for a Gold wash and Interior detail. The outside of my car doesn’t look like it was even washed. There is still bird poop on the side and bug guts on the front. The inside of my car did not even look like it was touched. On Petersons website, it states you get windows, vacuum, dust dash and door jams cleaned. None of that was done. I had to come home and detail the inside of my car myself. I will not be returning to another Peterson’s car wash.2 months agoBy far the best car wash available in Staunton with FREE vacuums available as you leave the car wash machine. If you get an ice cream (or anything else) at Kline’s across the receipt will get you a $3 discount on any car wash.5 years agoI took my friend’s car in yesterday to have it detailed. I explained to them that other than shampooing the seats, I wanted them to get it as clean as they possibly could. The finished product was NOT worth the $119 I paid for the service. The outside looked alright, as far as the inside…none of the cup holders had been wiped out, there were spots of something left on the inside of the driver’s side door, and they hadn’t attempted to wipe any of the dirt from the inside of the car, like where you get in and out of the car. Luckily I was able to finish cleaning the interior with a baby wipe (a baby wipe guys. I paid $119 to end up having to finish cleaning the inside of the car with a *baby wipe*). There were water spots on the outside mirrors as well. I’m not from the area and this place came highly recommend, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I didn’t expect it to be show room new necessarily, but for $119 I did expect for the inside to at least be wiped down. The first few pictures are of the car when they were finished, and the last few (the clean ones) are after I finished cleaning it.a year agoVery nice guys working here and I am very impressed with the job they did at a VERY reasonable price. Will be using them from now on.

Great car wash. They even have hot tire shine for you to use. Car blow dryer as well. Best car wash I have ever used. My Benz goes nowhere else.
Car wash has several stalls for self service car washing and two stalls for a no touch auto car wash. There are also several vacuum stations that are 4 min for $1. Great place to give your car some love!
Put in $6 this morning for self service wash. Machine high pressure didn’t work at all. Leaving one star because this place has no contact information to report issues or get a refund.
Couldn’t wash my truck because it wouldn’t accept the money.
I deposited a $20 bill for a $12 car wash and got $3.75 in quarters for change. You do the math.
