You can drive right in and wait in the car while they provide service.2 months agoThis is was a pleasant place to wash my car. The workers arw friendly and professional. The car is pulled in neutral based on a tiered pricing. The platinum and gold tier gives you access to the outside self- vacuuming, and a handcloths, one latex glove, and two packs of shining sponges to shine your wheels.5 months agoGreat car wash. They don’t skimp on the soap. Prices are fair.5 years agoThe only thing that I like about this car wash is the colored neon lights that shine while you are riding through the washing area – it feels like you are in a little disco party.For $13, all that we got out of the price was to go through the machine powered car wash and get a few guys to rub the car dry for a total of about 1 minute.
After we come from the quick car rub, we pull over to where we are expected to get the “full service” treatment for vacuuming and we are told that we have to vacuum out the car ourselves -_-
So for about 15 minutes, we use the vacuums to clean out the car ourselves, what a waste of time.
To top it off, the car was not fully clean, there was still some residue left. Never again.
2 months agoThe guys are very nice and do good work. But the receptionist i dont what to be rude but please find somone that is more professional and knows what they doing. I paid for somone else car service and i repeat it more then once the car that was mine. Honda Civic. If you can’t read what the computer tells you shouldn’t be a receptionist.. i am not a rude person and i line my peace but God help me with people like that. Because if the mistake was made fine you should apologize and you move on but no she keep arguing about it. and that got me mad and good to know that there wasn’t any manager around. funny because the guys that work there , said there always a problem with the receptionist there. I feel bad for the guys they do a great job and just for one person i won’t be going back there. funny is that it wasn’t my car i was doing a favor to a friend.. i guess he would be going back there but not me. God bless all I can say. I hope, i won’t i don’t cross paths with that person.

2 weeks agoI never write reviews, but I was livid after this experience. First of all, when they told me my car was ready I had to point out that the side of my car clearly wasn’t cleaned and had them wipe off mud. They also didn’t clean the fenders so I had to do it myself. Then I noticed that there was sticky residue on my windshield. They made no attempt to clean it and when I pointed that out they told me they don’t clean it. They suggested I take rubbing alcohol when I get home and clean it myself. The manager was extremely rude and disinterested in helping, in fact, he just walked away. Never going to this place again.5 months agoThe worst service that you will get from a bad team and management. You paid good money to NOT get your car clean, my car rims were dirty when they gave me my car back, their excuse: if the machine don’t clean it, is not my problem. Thanks2 months agoI called to ask about the oil change and also if they have an engine filter to change it and they said they don’t have it on stock so I told them I’ll bring my own engine filter and if they could change it for me I went there to change the oil after I asked them nicely to change that engine filter as well that I bought it they said that they use their own engine filter when I was told on phone which they don’t have it. Short story they are a scam service. Never never never going there anymore they are going to be with 3 star review soon.4 weeks agoOn Monday August 21 I went to do oil change, according to the receipt they checked mi tires air pressure, lights coolant, breaks etc, is a total lie he never check any of my breaks fluid or anything 😒 the only thing he check was the water for my wipers.One of my lights was not working, if I didn’t realize today i probably get a ticket, my air pressure on tires need it to be fill up on the 4 tires, coolant he never checked basically they don’t care about your car, I’m afraid I have to check if they really change my oil. Is first time I go back since they reopen, seems like is new administration. And is not good.

Pros:
Convenient car wash place that offers free vacuum. No need to go down if you only need wash. Different packages to choose from. Staff and facilty are pretty good as well.
Cons:
Feel like doesn’t get enough rinse since you still see bubbles of soap at the end. Can’t really tell from the look of the tire if “tire black” is applied (when purchased). There’s obvious “bugs/tars” on hood and bumper and “dirt”
On wheels that’s left.
I completely understand this is express car wash but with experience in similar car wash places for similar price I’m pretty sure this could be improved.
Overally it’s a good place for a “quick” car wash.
Stopped by here for the first time in 3 years. Was in the area and saw they provide undercarriage rise with their Gold exterior wash. I went for that and it cost $15 for a one time wash. They also offer unlimited washes for monthly subscription, which is around the cost of 2 washes only. The under body rinse was nonexistent or very light. I check under my car when the guys were hand drying and it was barely wet. I was suppose to get tire shine but they didn’t do that either. There was still brake dust on all my wheels after the wash as well has dirt on my side skirts. They offer free self vacuuming before you go in for your wash which was nice. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place for a one off wash, your car will not be fully clean. If you go for the monthly pass, I suppose you can run your car through the wash a few times to get it throughly clean but that seems like a waste of time.
They do a very good job. Can be a line on weekends and certain hours. Vacuuming is DIY and free but you will have to pay for a wash since once you’re at the vacuums there is no way out but through the carwash itself.
Amazing service , the young man help me with my monthly by giving me a discount for the first month for the lava shield and guide me through the entire process 3 days ago. The guys outside also did an amazing job drying my vehicle.
Free vacuum, unlimited washes.
