5 months agoThis is one of the better car washes in the “Mister Car Wash” franchise, especially generous on the soap, and the drying system is particularly effective.It is in a somewhat difficult location to enter if you are coming in from the west, depending on traffic. Otherwise, it is large enough to accommodate a good number of vehicles during peak times.
2 months agoI have a monthly membership and the last 3 times I went to this location my driver side mirror was almost ripped off (it was pushed forward) I called to talk to the manager in charge and he told me they are working on the hydraulics and I should just go to a different location since I haven’t had the problem at other locations. I also noticed scratches on my car that day. He did nothing to solve the problem other than to go somewhere else.4 months agoThey have a monthly plan that’s awesome and you can wash your car and clean it as many times as you like. Great deal. The bad. When your vehicle is damaged, I was told to get a quote and then I had the repair to find out, he meant he would give me free month membership. My membership is paid and has been paid all these years. I’m ending up having to submit an insurance claim to cover the damages to my rear wiper blade.4 months agoGirls don’t want to push my expensive side mirrors back. And sadly the staff never comes to ask for it to be turned down. And if they say they can’t hear it I don’t know how that’s possible. Today the music was so loud I was still hearing it a block away when I left.

6 months agoFilthy Jeep after 3 washes back to back. They have gone way downhill and feel there isn’t a reason to refund me after 3 washes were unsuccessful. I reached out to give them an opportunity to make it right and was offered another “wash.” I was told they will bot refund me and that there inst anything past that they can do.I have been going here for 2 plus years!
I have had several issues in the past and just let it go, but after scratches and missed spots and even not including the tire gloss when I typically get the Ultimate $20 wash. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE. poor business practices and management is no help.
After the 2nd wash, the kid in the window looked back and said, “Turn down the belt speed and up the water pressure. …what a joke! Buyer beware they will waste your time and charge a premium. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’m not going to pay on average $1000 a year to be treated this way and have my vehicle continuously damaged! We are customers, not sheep!!!
4 months agoIf you care about your vehicle I would NEVER GO TO THIS TOMMYS LOCATION. In the past week I have gone to the 28th st location and have had an amazing wash with no issues and great customer service. Today I decided to go to this location and my rear bumper was completely ripped off… I know for certain my bumper was fully intact because I inspect my vehicle almost daily. The manager was extremely rude and would not give video evidence probably because they know they’re liable! I will be coming after them for damages incurred, wether it is with my insurance company or without.(The photos are from after I pushed my bumper back on, but still scrapes and damages)
6 months agoDO NOT COME HERE, i thought i’d take my chances with going to a car wash one time. I saw that other big vehicles got a few dents but i thought those vehicles were far bigger than mine and nothing would happen to my car. There are scratches along my driver side fender, door, and rear passenger side fender 😡6 months agoTommy’s car wash does a poor job managing their car wash. They do not pay attention when customers load there vehicles which caused damage to my Vehicle. Easton the manager took picture said his staff should have been managing the loading of vehicles and would take care of the damage. He sent me to their preferred body shop when the bill came back offered to split the bill and was dishonest about his previous statements. After they damage your car do not trust them they will not keep their word. Avoid this place if you want to keep your vehicle in good condition.4 months agoDecent wash.. but I still had places I had to clean myself. However, that’s more of a reach issue than a them issue. You can stay for a good amount of time to vacuum and clean your car. I was the for 3 hours and was left to my lonesome. Only one thing was a bit of an issue, and that was that one of the vacuum heads was broken, but luckily we pushed it in and it worked.

Went to Alpine location and got $14.00 wash. Went thru first time and front still full of bugs. They allowed us to go thru again and the girl with the soap literally sprayed the headlight section on the driver’s side only and it of course, didn’t look any better. Went back again and they offered another car wash, however if I am going to get a sub-par job on my vehicle, I’ll go to a sub-par car wash and pay half the price. They did refund my money tho. U really need to get someone that scrubs the car clean like u used to have. I could literally rub the dirt off with my fingers. Don’t understand why ur car wash couldn’t get it clean. Will DEFINITELY NOT be back or recommend. Very dissatisfied. All photos taken after 2 car washes done!
Terrible setup for vacuums. If you know you generate a lot of business than maybe not put the vacuums where the giant line out to alpine builds up right in front of them. Can’t even get to the vacuums to use them. And then I get stuck in the vacuum area because of a 40 car line behind me. Been stuck for 20 minutes. What am I supposed to do back into a car thats in line? Hmmm
We use this business for a monthly car wash package. Andrew signed us up again after we tried a different car wash and were not as satisfied. Andrew explained how my husband and I can save money on our membership. We like the quality job we experience with our cars.
Would not recommend! First time I ever used the place and windshield broke! They say it is not their fault. They sat there was a rock chip so it is not their fault and offered nothing to help. What does that say about a company. Not much in my opinion! The truck also came out with dirt still on it.
Staff always waves and gives a great smile! Can get a little busy but car always comes out very clean! (Maybe a little water left some times but if you drive anywhere it comes right off lol) get the monthly package, if you get more than three a month it’s so worth it!
