3 months agoThe vacuum was of good power. Just wish it had a longer nozzle. It’s hard to vacuum around your seats with the shorter nozzles. The machine took a card, so there wasn’t any worries about having to catch it before the beeping stopped. It was under 2 dollars for 6 minutes of vacuum time.11 months agoFirst time using this place and we loved it. There are many self service units and two automatic car wash. It is very spacious and there’s a huge vacuum area for many cars. The condition of water-hoses are great, no water leaks, no getting soaking-wet. I loved the fact that every unit allows you to pay with credit/debit card and they are in very good condition, they all work!!. Prices are very fair. Great service. 3 months agoWe were involved in a single vehicle mishap on our way home at 2am-ish after vending at the Boone Co. Fairgrounds, flea show 3pm to midnight. We parked at this Shell station after realizing we couldn’t drive back home to Hanover Park because of flat tires. The station opened at 5am. My husband and I slept in the car, on the lot for 3 hours. At 5am my Mister, Dennis, approached the attendant, Brian. He was SOnhelpful! I wnt to let everyone know. But I was kinda grossed out.
a year agoOMG…the manager at this location is awful! Her and the cashier were swearing and talking about the customers in such a derogatory manner that I left my stuff on a display and walked out. There were 5 people in line and these 2 employees were just ranting and raving about a woman at the pump. Who treats their customers that way? It’s such a shame that my company has an account with them. I will go out of my way to never stop at this location again.2 years agoThe guy helping the customers around 620 pm have to be remove or retrained i ask him if have to put my number in the machine to get the discount he tell me to shut up very rude he have to know how to respect ill never go again inside if he is going to be that rude to me to avoid problems…2 years agoWish I could give 0 stars as a rewards member and part of a company thats uses Shell Fleet Fuel I have NEVER been more disappointed and treated ao disrespectfully. Try to enter my rewards number and the pump continued to bring me back to the start when I selected no wash not even coming to a scanning card option. When trying to explain to the cashier he was extremely rude cutting me off and stated its not that hard. This location has lost my company’s business which in being someone who averages $300 in a month on my own in gas it was a big mistake to hire someone like him.

I’ll definitely take my limo here every time she needs it
The staff is always so pleasant, and they work their tails off, so YOU have a great looking vehicle. I spoke with the owner about damage from another local car wash (speedway) and he was able to buff some of the scratches out. I appreciate all the work that was put into my car!!!
I got a full interior and exterior detail on my car today. They shampoo’d the ceiling, and even got all the dog hair out of the carpet fibers. Everything is spotless! I’ve never had my car detailed before and I have been scared to do it for some reason. They made it very easy for me and it was pretty reasonably priced for all the work they did. I believe David was the one who worked on my car today and probably others. They also got me in right away which was awesome. Very nice staff. I will recommend to others and I will be back. 🙂 Also, my rims are so sparkly and beautiful!! They look brand new. My whole car looks better than the day I brought it home.

Spent $30 on wash and inside wasn’t done good all the way.

It was one of the most important places on the inside I wanted done.
I had my Explorer detailed here today and the gentleman did an AMAZING job!!! It honestly looks brand new! Worth every cent. Thank you!!!
