a week agoThe manager needs a 10 star rating . He’s always welcoming, and makes us feel more like a friend than just a customer. We won’t go anywhere else for our car washing needs. The staff is always hardworking. We drive from Clinton to ridgeland because you can’t beat the service!!4 months agoCar Wash USA is hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. After spending $20 for the regular wash that includes a wax, my car came out filthy. The car was still covered in bugs and dust, this is after the pre scrubbing by the attendants. When I was vacuuming the inside of the car, one of the attendants came over and asked if my car had been washed. He proceeded to go to the manager and ask if I could go back through the wash. They said I’d have to come back in the morning to speak with the manager to get that approved.After about 20 minutes of vacuuming, the attendant then offered to run my vehicle through the wash again for an upgraded service of $25 if I wanted to Venmo him and the car wash a $1.
I wouldn’t waist your time with this location. You’re better off spraying your car down with a garden hose.r
a month agoTwice now I have visited this car wash and there was a serious equipment malfunction. No communication from the staff as to what is happening. Both times I have wasted over 30 minutes waiting. And refunds are only given when the owner/manager drives from wherever to the car wash on the next day. If they ever get the equipment to work properly and consistently, I still will not return.4 months agoThe vacuums are consistently not working properly and for real dirty vehicles having bugs and mud… you’re not going to get rid of them as the attendees don’t remove them before sending you through the automated washing system. Never Felt The Roughness Of Being In A Carwash Until My First Time Going To That One Which I Truly Regret! Someone Took Down My Info & Stated That I Will Receive A Call From The Manager. Been Still Waiting On A Call. My Bumper Is COMPLETELY GONE After Traveling Back Home To Texas! I Been Calling The Number To Get No Response At All. ALSO While I’m Getting My Info Took Down, The Carwash Tore The WHOLE Gas Tank From Under This Elderly Lady Vehicle. 4 months ago“DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP FOR CAR WASHES”. This is a rip off. A lady was standing outside where you pay for the carwash. She pressured me into getting the membership with little to no explanation. I was told I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the car wash and that it wasn’t going to charge my credit card every month. However, what I was told was a lie to get me to sign up! The car wash was awful. the soap is not dispensing enough to wash my car. The love bugs were still on the car. I was charged automatically on my credit card monthly $30.00. I called and canceled (3) times and they are still charging my credit card and saying there it is a glitch in the system! Making it near impossible to discontinue it. They refuse to credit me for the first time a was billed, even though i was told by the lady standing outside taking the payment that I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the service. I will never go there again. Check your credit card statement each month to see if they signed you up without your knowledge. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4 months agoMy card was charged twice, for April 1, and on today May 1, 2023. I told the guy to cancel at the end of March. I went to the 1 in Jackson off I-55, I requested a refund, the manager gave me the 1 800#. I called them twice, no answer for 2 hours. They hung up in my face at the finance department. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I don’t suggest using your card at places like these. They do want they wanna do, and still slick charge you, when you ask them to cancel the membership!

Our business has been using Mister Carwash for years now and we are finally fed up! Not only are the machines constantly broken, but the vacuums are often clogged and do not suction. This last incident has taken the cake. After a routine carwash in my 6 month old F-250, I noticed that the black plastic area of my front grill looked as though it had been sprayed with bleached. We were informed that it was a new cinnamon scented soap, and they immediately stopped usage because of problems with other vehicles this same day. This happened to both of our new company trucks, back to back, the same day. We got estimates to replace the grills. It ended up being over $1,000 in damages. Mister Carwash took pictures, started a claim, and assured us they would replace the grills. Six months, a million promises and run-arounds later, nothing has been done. So, WE…ARE….DONE and have moved on to another more professional carwash. USERS BEWARE!
I had problems with the installation of the app. Couldn’t put iin my mobile number. After 3 attempts I Uninstalled.
Added another vehicle due to the consistency of great service from staff and vehicles are always clean

My car didn’t even look like it went through a car wash after getting serviced at this location. Immediately after going through the wash (and I upgraded to their premium wash) I stepped out to look at my car-and debris, dirt, bugs, etc was still all over the front of my car.
I bought this to the attention of the manager on duty-and he was anything but apologetic. He insisted that I would have to purchase the “unlimited car wash” package in order to see results. I won’t be back-do not waste your money here.
