2 months agoBest Employees Ever! I had an extremely flat tire suddenly yesterday as I was driving by the car wash. Two young men, Michael and Tucker were the best employees ever and went WAY BEYOND the scope of the job and changed my tire to my spare in less than 15 minutes! Then when I asked for their cashapp to send my thanks! they refused and said they didn’t need me to send anything! Such a nice thing to do and didn’t expect anything in return! thank you thank you thank you!!!8 months agoI am sitting here looking at my car trying to figure out what I paid $34 for?! I guess I had amnesia because I stopped going to places like this and decided to give them a try today because I was too tired to do interior and exterior but they just reminded me! If I can’t do it myself just wait! Water spraying from my car because the trunk or doors were not dried, windows dirty with smear marks and the inside does not look vacuumed! Just paid way too much to have kids play in my car! Won’t be back and if you have time, just do it yourself! This place has DEFINITELY went down over the years! Happy 2023 though! 😒11 months agoMy wife has a brand new bronco and has only taken it to this car wash to have detailed. This past weekend she took it in and the next day realized that her rubber floor under the mats everywhere had white film like an oxidation we tried to call in order to have this fixed all to be told that they had nothing to do with it and otherwise that we were going to be responsible for it. Beware of taking your vehicle to this place they’re not fair, they have lied to us, and they have not fixed the problem. Needless to say I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to the interior of a brand new Ford Bronco. All of the flooring material looks like this and it wasn’t that way before she took it to this place. If you truly care about a nice vehicle and want to keep your vehicle the way it was prior to any detailing do not take it to this place because at the end of the day they will not take care of you and they will not take responsibility if they mess up.3 weeks agoI have recommended this car wash, but never again. I paid $43 plus tax to end up with streaks on the windows. Side window had soap suds. Also, didn’t receive an air freshener.3 months agoMany people recommend this car wash. Today was my first experience there and it was very disappointing. I had The Works which is a $47 car wash inside and out. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because the outside looks good. The inside hatch area was not vacuumed at all, the floors between the seats were not vacuumed, the interior back and side windows were not cleaned. The dash, door etc advertised were not even wiped down. I was about to drive off but then asked someone to come look. They said “well we can’t always get everything”.

4 months agoHad the unforgettable experience while washin my 17 f350 today the attendant not only once but twice ran my truc thru the wash with no soap or foam first time i went around again had a not very pleasant little girl not say sorry o r anything to apologize just lift gate now this guy sprays my back of truc off n proceeds to put me thru again dry no soap or foam now i blow horn n have fit they tell calm down this is twice the manager Devian i think her name was does nothing she says i can go to ponte verda or other beach location no i am not drivin with dried soap over so i finally go thru for 3rd time now everybody in the house is there watchin it gets washed n i dry it. Now nowhere did anybody say so sorry it wont happen again . I think this is the most mis managed carwash i have ever been to a bunch of nitwits walkin around gettin paid . I would think u would have trained your people alittle it better than this when u are washing 70 80 100k cars n trucks . I myself wash 4 cars n trucks thru there every week this by far is the very worst experience yet .i think since Rachael has left this place has went down the toilet . So if u want to trust your car with them dry washin it go there but me i think there is better . This is not over n i will reach out to corporate . Will definitely be returning to this car wash again!!!!a month agoThis was our first visit to this location. The prices are clearly listed and they are reasonable. Location was clean and the best part for me was that the vacuums worked really really well. We had a lot of dog hair in our van from our dog and it came right out. My favorite part was that there are vaccum attachments on both sides of the car so my husband and I could work simultaneously. Definitely will return to this location.6 months agoPaid $25 for their best wash and left with a dirty vehicle. Didn’t even clean off the tailgate and bumper. Other wash companies I’ve experienced have the person guiding you in use a prewash spray or brush on the windshield and backside of each vehicle. This place is lacking.

I feel taken advantage of! I paid $181 only to get my car back dirty. Tires had visible dirt on them. The front of my car had visible bugs & dirt on it.The clay bar was suppose to was suppose to pull/ dust/ water spots (imperfections) off… look at these photos. My front windows & my sunroof were visibly dirty. I paid for the interior to be detailed.
I’m extremely disappointed.
Having car detail experience and knowing what should have got done after paying 167 dollars makes me even more upset about the results of my car . I wish I would’ve inspected my car before pulling out. None of my car doors were wiped down . And if they were it was half done . They didn’t even touch the dash of my car or the center console . This car wash is definitely not worth the prices they charge people .
I live right down the street and come here often. I’ve had this happen four or five times and even when I specifically ask them to pay a bit more attention to cleaning while I’m there, my car is still dirty when I leave. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but like I said this has happened so many times. This time they were done with my car within ten minutes and I was impressed with how fast it was until I saw what my car looked like still. I even paid extra to have the seats and floor mats wiped down. My seats don’t look like they’ve been done at all and neither do the mats. I didn’t really look at my car until after I left and tried to call, but no one ever answers the phone even though I just drove by and there’s only two cars being washed right now, right. There’s no attention to detail at all. The outside of my car is also covered in spots and watermarks but at this point I don’t even feel like I need to attach pictures of that with how bad the inside is. It’s a shame because it’s so convenient for me, but I’m going to start going somewhere else if this is the job they continue to allow their employees to do.

But the there was one gentleman that was hoping skinny dude was very rude, but he did not like his job
But the service was perfect clean I’m definitely coming back and already started my membership
Did the in and out wash (360) and added a wax. They skipped the top of my vehicle completely on the wax job and didn’t clean off the dash, steering wheel, etc. there was dust on everything. My son could do a better job for a lot less than $80! Will never go back here.
