2 weeks agoI wish I could give them 0 stars. Don’t use Zips Car Wash anywhere! Their equipment will tear the mirrors off your brand new car and they won’t pay for the damage. They claimed there is a disclaimer that states this. Why would you take your car to a car wash that won’t pay for damage that their equipment destroyed??? I have copied/posted this to other social media!a month agoI really like this wash. We are a zips member with FastPass and we use it all across the country. This is definitely one of the better ones as far as service and things working properly. Vacuum cleaners worked good. The air hoses worked wonderful and the attendant actually took the time to rinse the vehicle like they should before it went in. My only complaint would be that there weren’t Any spray bottles around but I’m telling you just everybody steals them. I think it’s ridiculous. I don’t know if there were any towels or not. I bring my own spray bottles and rags so it didn’t affect me. Overall, like I said, this is probably one of the better top notch zips washes in the country as far as employees and things work incorrectly!Update August 2023 Still definitely a good wash. Absolutely love the air pressure for blowing out your vehicle. Probably the best I’ve ever came across. Only issued this time. Plus they had the whole right side of the vacuums blocked off so there were only about six places on the left when you come out of wash to vacuum and dry off your vehicle and they were all being used so people were waiting basically for someone to leave until somebody got out of the vehicle and moved the cones so they can use part of the right hand side. Still one of my favorite washes but they do have some improvement that they need to be doing. There were some water bottles this time for you to spray and there were a few rags so that’s an improvement….
3 months agoThey stole $600+ from my account by triple charging me each month. Then I emailed them and they just go in circles and nothing has been done yet. It’s been two months. I’ve asked for a reimbursement and they refuse to give me one. Said they were then they never sent a check. They lie and steal. Not a company I’d recommend at all. Then the business owner responded to this review. Saying, ” sorry for the inconvenience but we’ll try to not let it happen again.” How about you reimburse me for the money you stole?4 months agoI’ve been a monthly member for some time. I subscribe to the most expensive wash with unlimited washes which is nice. I never have to wait too long to get through. The actual wash works great. My car always comes out clean. I’m thinking of leaving because most days both car mat cleaners are broken, there aren’t towels really available, the vacuums are wonky and half of the vacuums are sectioned off and not in use. For what I pay monthly, I expect more.2 weeks agoThe cartersville location has been slipping lately. 3 times over the past month, I’ve come to get my car washed and they have been closed during posted business hours. That’s been really frustrating. If it happens again, I’ll likely cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

3 weeks agoGood place for a quick cleaning. The facility is clean and maintained well. I had to vacuum my car and the suction with poor. I spoke with a representative, and they immediately rectified the situation with crediting me on another machine, which worked very well. I will come again and see how things work out later, but overall, I had a good experience.2 months agoI used my bank card cause I didn’t have cash, it said $3:00 dollars , I did soap ,rinse and wax. At the end the reader said $3:50. I thought okay, a quick wash. Not bad. But when the charge showed up on my banking app it was $10:00, this is not the first time this happened. Their charges are bogus. I will look into this with owner if I can track him down. This is very fraudulent.3 months agoBy far the best self serve wand car wash I have ever used. Every bay was clean, very clean. All the wash wand selections worked perfectly. An employee was actually onsite and cleaning the bays. Credit card function worked with no issues. Great experience-clearly marked and stocked bins for clean towels, a spray cleaner was available to use, and the vacuum cleaners (free with a car wash) did a good job on the pet hair in my car. Taylor and the staff working that day were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely go back!
I have visited this car wash many times, but today was the first time that I was asked if I wanted my floor mats cleaned. Zach not only cleaned them, but dried them, and helped me put them in my car. He was very pleasant and helpful. He also helped me with getting my account straightened up from an overcharge, that I could not get any satisfaction over the phone or on line. Luv Car Wash is the best car wash facility I have ever visited! My vehicle always looks amazing after each wash! The free air fresheners they give you during each wash is just the cherry on top!
