a month agoY’all were offering free washes if we brought our pet. I decided “Why not?” So happy I went. Staff was very sweet. Even gave out doggie treats. My car came out very Shiney, but I was most impressed how clean the wheels were. They are usually the most difficult. The towel station was a plus too.Thanks for the free offer. I usually use another car wash in the area on 181 and never have issues with the car getting clean but this was a waste of $25 on their top line wash. There were 2 people there and neither bothered to pre scrub anywhere on the vehicle. It was about 45 min before closing so I get being end of day but not like I got there as they were closing. I noticed while vacuuming and took pics while still there of all the dirt still on my vehicle. I won’t bother with this wash again. I gave 2 stars for being open and vacuums worked but the wash was useless.a week agoI was coming back from Fairhope the other day, saw this carwash and decided to stop by. Overall, had a great experience. I did notice that the rails / tire guides have a thick plastic shielding to keep from marring your wheels.. it was really evident and GREATLY appreciated. I’ve got a Model Y, and its easy to get a bit of curb rash on the wheels, so I’m always on the lookout for a carwash that I don’t have to worry about messing up my wheels. Yay! Payment was easy, there was a worker out doing the pre-soak / spraying bugs, etc.. good foam, good soap, good sprays, and lots of forced air at the end to speed dry time.! They have lots of spaces to do vacuuming with both types of nozzles, wide for the mats and such,, then thin for crevices! Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely return.3 months agoRecently signed up for a deluxe car wash and the attendant at the pay station talked me into an extra $5.00 for one month of free car washes. I agreed verbally since that is a great deal. One month later I get an automatic renewal payment from my checking account which I did not authorize. The automatic renewal was never mentioned by the guy at the pay station selling this deal. When I called Pit Stop to challenge the charge, they said they sent me four emails advising me of the “agreement.” I cannot find any of the emails. When I asked for the charge to be deleted, she said she could not do that but she could terminate my account…which I gladly agreed to. This is an unfortunate situation since they have a good car wash, but the “selling” of this to me was deceptive in the way it was presented. It looks like I may have to eat the $34.95, but it is the last dollar they will ever get from me. Had they not been deceptive, I may have gone with this deal, but I can’t do business with people who are not up front about things. Beware if you use this car wash.3 months agoExcellent service. Today I went through and the blond female assistant helped me get through ( another story) and she was so pleasant. Got through the car wash and noticed my rear windshield wiper was dangling. The manager (Garet?) came out, figured out how to reattach it and did it for me. He was pleasant and knew what he was doing! Thank you!

Noah not only gave me advice on how to clean it, but he grabbed solution and a scrub and got the tar completely off of my entire vechile. This was something he did on his own out of empathy. Absolute best customer service and I truly felt cared for. Not to mention it was 15 mins before closing! Thank you Noah! I’m so grateful!

This wash is a scam! Do not use your card to sign up! They will hold your information and charge your cards how they please multiple times a month and when you ask for a refund they say they will cancel your membership only! I hate when corporations take advantage of people card information and money! If you are smart you will NEVER sign up for a wash memberships here. Ultimate Wash has never scammed me, I advise people to use them or anyone but Rich’s. They are a SCAM!!! I have my bank statements as proof of duplicate and double charges that no one cares to explain or refund. I am seeking legal action against them! Buyers, You have been warned!
I originally put 5 star since I have been going there for a long time. Today May 14th 2023 around 4:00pm, we went through car wash as usual, as I was going through I was thinking car in front me was NEVER this close to me. (About a less foot apart) and at the end when the truck in front of me was waiting for the green light to come on, the truck was rolled back a bit and I thought it would hit the front of my car!! We hit the horn and actually put a brake on our car as we didn’t want to keep moving towards the truck. I have no idea why I was put that much closer to the vehicle in front of me but I would have been really upset if our vehicle hit each other because of the carelessness.
Again this had NEVER happened before I want to make sure this will never happen again. Not a good experience on Mother’s Day.
Car wash did a decent job when they first opened. Since then, they’ve turned up the speed of the machine that pulls you through to about twice what it originally was. Now it puts you through so fast, the cleaning is sub-par and it hardly even has time to rinse off the soap.
I had a 5 star experience at this car wash. When I went through on a $4 Monday, my button on my door handle was broken by the machine. Within 2 weeks Jason was able to order a new handle and set me up to get it replaced. The employees at the car wash displayed amazing customer service from the start. They helped me fill out a form about the damage and then it was not long at all before I was contacted by Jason who then took it from there in getting the replacement. I’ll continue to use their car wash because of how they handled this process. These things happen when using automatic car washes. If you use this car wash, you need not have anxiety of something hurting your car because even if it does, Rich’s will take care of you.
After our drive down, we had a ton of bugs on our windshield so we did a quick wash. It got them all off! This is a great car wash chain
