6 months agoThe owner here is a pleasure to work with, always so accommodating! They do amazing work here, my car looks showroom ready in less than an hour. Everything is done by hand. I highly recommend this car wash. I will be a long term customer as long as long as I live in Yorkville!3 weeks agoI love this car wash! So friendly and always go above and beyond. I took my husband’s truck to get washed and with not being used to driving it I asked if they would send it through. Not an issue, they sent it through for me. They always do a great job of cleaning the interior and drying it off. As long as they are open and I live in the area I will use their services!!! Yorkville is lucky to have this business!2 months agoBrought my Harley to Paradise Car Wash to get cleaned and waxed. I made an appointment 2 weeks before hand. When I picked up my motorcycle 8 hours later, rims were still untouched and dirty (once I pointed that out, he then wiped the back rim clean) and bike was only wiped down, if that, only removing some of the bug splat. He said my bike was kept clean so he was only charging me $70. I went home spent 3 hours cleaning and detailing it myself. A 3 year old child can clean their butt better than Paradise Car Wash can clean a motorcycle. I was a loyal customer for 5 years. Not anymore.a year agoI never understood the hype around this car wash as it has always been hit or miss. I paid additional fees and left my car with them for the day to deep clean my seats as well as detail the car. When I got it back and still had to spend additional time cleaning the seats and car myself, I swore to never return. Fast forward six years later, I decide to give them another chance. The was I got included exterior and interior cleaning. When I got into my car, they had not even vacuumed! When I asked the manager if my car was supposed to be vacuumed and he said they did vacuum. After I showed him the dirt and dog hair that was still all over my seats and floor, he said “they did vacuum but we’ll do it again I guess.” I get in my car once again to leave and nothing was even wiped down; my dash, doors, center counsel, everything was exactly how it was when I entered the wash. I am extremely disappointed I have continued to give them my business over the years to only have them do what I paid for a few times.

3 months agoThis location has always been great for a good wash. Today I received two complimentary interior wipes from a smiling attendant. With free vacuums too! I am impressed at the level of service at the wash. Please recognize Kayla, she is awesome!a month agoVery good location! Restrooms are clean and inviting! Large selection of drinks (fountain area, coffee bar and cooler), food and good variety of snacks. Very happy employees and inviting atmosphere! Also a Dunkin inside! A++++3 months agoI came through the car wash for my first time after visiting the waterpark and was greeted by a young man I believe his name was Kendall? He had on a blue button up shirt and while helping us out at the pay station we watched him run to the tunnel guide us in and do a lot of work by himself, and I have to applaud his work ethic. He is a great conversationalist as well as having great customer service making sure we had the best experience (which we did!!!). He offered us a towel & air freshener before sending us through for our wash and starting other tasks around the site. I wish him the best at life and hope someone from the company recognizes his work if they already haven’t! If we lived in the area I would love to see him all the time, given the excellent service we had.2 months agoI live locally, and have been a daily customer since day 1. A couple days ago I had to drive through a road that was oiled and sanded. Stopped by for a car wash, and Kendall was very nice and helpful to pressure wash my truck. It’s nice to have a staff that’s always helpful.3 months agoGreat place and quality car wash. There is a majorly huge new place opened up almost across the street from this one. I’m not sure how that will affect their business overall. I personally think ppl will stay loyal if their services and pricing stay reasonable.

Love Fullers! Fair pricing, free vacuuming and washes my car great every single time!
The car wash broke my side mirror. They didn’t care. Poor customer service. Nobody was even working the front desk at the time when I tried to alert them about it. And my car is less than a year old so it’s not exactly like it should be prone to this.
I’ve come here multiple multiple times over the years. I parked in the first spot to the right. It has been great every time. And never ever has the 10 minute rule been applied when I’ve gone here. If you didn’t enforce it for years, then why enforce it now This time though, Right after I park an employee comes and places cones down in the lanes next to me. They then take out the trash right next to me, then shut down my vacuums mid use. If they wanted me to move, ASK ME. Don’t turn them off mid use when I was only able to get the right side of my car vacuumed not even fully. Also change your equipment because I’m very sure it is scratching me and others cars up! DO BETTER.
Had a monthly wash plan and got my car washed every week. After months of use I have a ton of fine scratches in my paint! If you use this place regularly check your front and rear bumpers and I’ll bet you have the same problem. They need new brushes. Never had this problem anywhere else. Canceled my plan and haven’t been back.
Great carwash with a lot of options from a basic wash to hot wax and tire shine. I’ve been here a few times now with my new car and have been very happy with the outcome.
