2 months agoStopped in today to get the $25 top of the line, ceramic polish something or another wash. It’s $40 if you want that same top tier wash for 30 days with unlimited washes. The attendant told me that they were running a $9.99 per month special for that same unlimited wash for two months. She didn’t have to tell me that, so kudos to her. 1st wash was great. I’ll for sure get my moneys worth out of this deal. Car was still wet and had soap on when I pulled outa year agoThe hourly employees were fine but the assistant manager and owner takes the customer for granted they are rude the owner hung up on me because I asked him to remove the sticker from my window. He then went on to tell me that he is on vacation so I can go to the store and do it myself. The assistant sits in the office in air why we sat at the door for at least 10 minutes before she came out to let us in that happened more than once that was my reason for canceling but to know that. The owner was ok with being mad at the customer for the service the assistant manager gave. Rainstorm should be ashamed to treat customers that way.

a month agoIf you have a small car your front will hardly get touched. My bumper, license plate, and grill are still covered in bugs and dry dirt. Even the backs of my mirrors hardly got washed. I get my receipt and drive around to find is a brush wash but there is no easy way to turn around. I thought I’d prefer a brushless option but can it really be that bad…
And my fears became reality as I got home and looking at my car have scratches all over. Still had many bugs on my car too so the wash wasn’t even very good. I spent time with microfiber cloths trying to wipe away what I hoped were smudges but they are definite scratches. Beyond frustrated.
I tried the 3D barcode from the receipt and signed in but it took me nowhere. After setup the link doesn’t even work. I downloaded the app as detailed on the receipt too and it had no association with my monthly account. Lastly no phone number on the receipt. As the next resort searched online and found a number only that nobody answered and has a full mailbox. Thus I couldnt even leave a message.
3 months agoThe attendants at the opening of the wash half asked my car wash. I paid 25$ for one wash and I expect my car to be clean when I go through. The rear window was still filthy when I left. Very disappointed with my experience. The picture doesn’t really do justice And considering I can’t find customer service number highly dissatisfied.2 months agoWas really good when it first opened. It feels like it is started to slip in quality. Last 3 times I went through the scrubber that goes over the top isn’t working, and the front of my car still has bugs caked. Seems at times 50/50 if all the vacuums work or the mat cleaner. I will give a few more chances before I pull my membership.

The car wash is simply great. It does what it is supposed to. Was a little skeptical about this car wash since I have a convertible with soft top but was impressed after the first wash. Took the fast pass which is a better option instead of a single wash. The free vacuums are powerful and they even have the carpet and mat cleaner. This is my go to car wash going ahead.
Love this car wash. First drive through wash that thoroughly gets the waxing and drying down. I like the way rain beads down my windshield so I know they are using product and not just something watered down. Would recommend. I don’t detail my car any more.
Car wash is very unpredictable. Sometimes all the brushes work and spin as they should most of the time not. Sometimes your vehicle gets soaked in soap and water and sometimes it gets ran through dry. Last time this happened I went in and complained and there only solution was to run it again. It’s funny because after I complained I got the best wash that my truck has ever seen. All brushes worked all soap wan wax dispensers worked. It’s like the operator has control of what settings are used in the carwash and they are purposely turning down the wash. I wish another nearby wash could accommodate my truck but there are none around.
Very turbulent automatic wash, knocked my front license plate half way off; had to buy screws to replace. All of that and my truck wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly for the highest “deal” they have. Still had dirt and smears where there shouldnt have been. I was offered a free wash or coupon deal vs the refund I asked for. Did not and will not go back as I wasn’t willing to risk it this time getting a ding or worse! Do not recommend.
Took my dog to get her a bath. They have everything you need. But you do need to bring your own towels. The water was a great temperature. I washed her with the oatmeal shampoo. You get plenty of time to wash your pooch with $7.00.
