a month agoI am a member of their monthly unlimited wash club, best investment ever! Every time we get our Jeep washed and hand dryed it is always a great job! Staff is always friendly! Keep up the good work and customer service! Another great thing they have is free vacuum for paying customers who choose to vacuum their own vehicle..a month agoOnly gave it a 4 cuz I haven’t been there in a while. Last time I was there tho was a great experience. Good pricing and the work is awesome. Myself and my fiance have 4 vehicles between us. We go to Roy’s for all of our oil changes. They do an excellent job! They are efficient and friendly. Rusty and the crew are the best. Always treat us like friends. Prices are cheaper than most places and it’s way better than doing your oil change yourself! Give Rusty and the boys a visit, you won’t be disappointed 😁
Not very dependable. Was told to get there @ 7:45 to ensure first service at 8:00. At 8;30 nobody had come to work. Ended up being late for an appointment in Columbus. We can’t run a business that was
Went to get an oil change. They told me I didn’t need it yet. Topped my fluids for free and told me when to come back. Amazing service. Won’t go anywhere else!
I was struggling to get my oil screw off my 2015 Dodge charger SXT awd , I called around for pricing and was floored by how low Roy’s Car Wash & Lube service was only $53 for synthetic blend oil change trying to change my oil.
He also let me know I could bring my own oil and filter and only charge $30 for service.
When I called everyone was professional and took their time to explain to me every detail . I love The guys at the shop they saved my day and my time by getting everything done in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend- Laurel George
Every time I go there they mark they’ve checked things and they didn’t. I have to call them out and make them check it. Done with it. Will find somewhere else that will actually do the job I’m paying for.
