a week agoI’ve been washing my car in this place since the first day they open today was the first time I locked my car keys inside the manager BRANDON offer me to take me home to pick up my other keys. I feel safe and leave with a clean car.3 weeks agoLike most automated car washes, this won’t get out the stains on your glass but did a better than most job on cleaning all surfaces of the car. My SUV usually has a few books and crannies where dirt remains but Sam’s machine got the entire car clean today. I’m not sure who sam is actually, never met the guy but the staff on site was attentive and paying attention. Typically in my experience these employees are off tik tocking and trying to influence someone while pretending to be important. “I hope your life is as happy as it appears to be on Facebook-tiktoky-myspace-snapperchatter-etc. Social media will distort the reality of developing minds. This really applies to all users but kids are the most at risk. Car is clean, let’s gooooooooa month agoFirst time at this location. Water smelled so foul through our AC like swamp water/manure. Suction for the stall we were in wasn’t as good as the other location near Shelley Mullis. Great customer service, but we’ll continue to go to the Shelley Mullis location instead.3 months agoNice place, an improvement over the carwash at Broome and Waxhaw Parkway. They have fuel pumps, which is convenient.My only complaint is how the brushes missed the areas of my car’s roof between the ridges. I’m confident the attendants would have addressed the issue, but I was in a hurry. My bad, but I’d recommend inspecting your car before leaving.
There’s a sign that reads ‘No Tipping.’ It’s a smart move in a day and age where Starbucks feels a 30% tip is acceptable.

They charged my card $50 and put multiple scratches on my new 2023 X7. Inside was not clean , dashboard still dirty after going through the wash. Will not recommend especially if you have a new car. Bad service, I now regret washing my car there. Paying $50 for bad service with scratches. This is what you get after paying $50.
Third time giving this location a chance(due to easy location) and they blew it. Just like the previous times, the carpets were barley cleaned, fingerprints all over the windows, cup holders still had dust and small particles. This location is by far the worst one in SC and NC. Definitely avoid!
Disappointed. After purchasing a used vehicle, I brought it here for a full cleaning. I paid for their top package with all the add-ons, about $70. They left smudges on the windows, they definitely didn’t vacuum between the seats (which I paid extra for), and there were portions of the dash and rear deck they missed completely.
Got my car cleaned last week, I chose the cleaning that included the interior as well as the exterior. Basically, I paid $20 dollars to go home and completely re-clean my entire car. Both the inside and outside were still dirty. I should have expected this because it is teenagers running the entire place, but if I were you, i’d save your money and do it yourself.
Should have trusted other reviews; $40 and my car was still dirty when I left. The kids were working so fast, like they couldn’t wait to be done, and there was only one other car there. I should have paid attention more before I drove off. Will not go back.
