a month agoStalls were caked with mud, and I had to clean it out of the way so it wouldn’t transfer to my car.2 years agoNot a good experience. About halfway through the hose for one of the supply lines broke. So basically I got a half a car wash.Update. Got an email from the owner and she suggested a redo. Went there when it was staffed, told her who I was and was given a free car wash. This is amazing. Good people running an honest business that cares about quality of service.
2 years agoAs far as an automatic spray type wash I like it. If you are gonna vacuum take some dollars/quarters. I put in a dollar, worked quickly but thoroughly and was only able to get one side of the floor and seat vacuumed in a small size pick up. If you go with a four seater. Better plan on spending anywhere from 4 to 8 bucks depending on how dirty your car is and how thorough you are.5 months agoPut money in shampoo cleaner took money not cool it ain’t working put a sign up says it ain’t working2 years agoThe West automatic said cash only. I inserted two $5 Bill’s and selected a $9 wash. NO change! NO ONE ON SITE. I entered and it made one pass with presoak then quit. EXIT sign lit and I left with soap on my vehicle! The new CASEY’S on the corner has a new car wash!

I was sitting there finishing up the phone call and the owner comes up rudely knocking on the window until I rolled down the window and asked me what I was doing. Why I wasn’t washing already?a week agoThe workers are all friendly and do real good jobs on the cars they work on8 months agoThey are the best car wash in Pittsburg, KS. THE ONLY thing I would like to see is that the blower at the end of the wash would work to blow the water of as you pull out of the car wash. It doesn’t work on the $21.97 monthly car wash it would be nice if it did. Other then that it’s the best place in town. Thank you , David G. Engledowa year agoI cleaned inside of car and ran it through the car wash. The car wash in entirety was clean and well maintained. I always use this car wash because it is clean and well maintained and the car wash does an excellent job on the car, now if only there was more time added to the dryer so it will dry the car better. Maybe 30 seconds more would be a great help. Thank you and Job well done.10 months agoNot impressed at all and a waste of $15.00. Did not even clean the front window or headlights. Had to go to another car wash to get the car cleaned. Don’t recommend the automatic wash at all.

They had a free station of towels and spray polish bottles. Free vacuumed . Free scent. Free car wash for the day. Best experience ever at a car wash. Most definitely going back again !!!!!💯💯👏👏👏📍📍📍 🗺️
This would be a nice car wash if it weren’t closed so much. Since the two weeks that we have had our membership,it has been closed 5 times. Once today. The note on the door said that no one was showing up for work so that had to close, but I’m not paying for a membership I can’t use, then have to go somewhere else to clean my car and pay their fees.
Was good when it first opened.. went through 8/27/2023 they stopped using brushes before you go in and the ONLY spinners that work are before the soap sprayed my car.. Did no clean my car whatsoever Don’t recommend a membership I’ve tried to cancel 3 times and they still taking my money 😡
I really wanted to love this place, but it’s not worth it. To be fair, my car had a lot of bugs, but no one was there to scrub it, and I don’t think it’s did anything but add a little shine. I went through twice, but there were still a lot of bugs, and my windshield wasn’t even clean. Definitely not worth $25.
I went by to wash my car this morning and it was closed. This is not the first time I have gone by and it has been closed when I wanted to wash my car in the last couple of months. I am paying monthly for the unlimited wash plan but if I can’t wash my car, it isn’t cost effective. The last few times they didn’t didn’t do the prescrub on the front or back either. Not sure what the issue is but I am not very happy.
