I always have to dry my car because there is access water but other than that I’m staying with the membership I wish they would send out Perks and Deals for us members being so loyal.3 months agoVery nice car wash. The cheapest was $11 and it did a great job to me. For some reason everytime I visit no matter the location the clear coat bulb is always burned out.This was right across the street from Fazoli’s the wash itself was 4 out of 5 🌟. Very clean location I respect cleanliness

a month agoThis is our favorite location, I thought I already left a review because of how absolutely fantastic the employees are. i try to go through in the mornings, and I always have my kids with me. The employees make my kids so happy and excited every time! They draw faces on the windows, give us stickers if they have them and today they were out so they gave us these cute little stuffies! I was so bummed when this location was closed due to the renovation but it was 100% worth the wait. I live closer to other locations but honestly will go out of my way for this one! Give your morning crew a pat on the back because they ROCK.in the last weekI love to get my car washed and I go To a lot of the crew car washes with my membership, but this location is my favorite ! Perfect example, my card was compromised at my bank so I had to get a new card and it was a whole mess, in the Interim of that, my monthly subscription was processed and because I forgot to change over my card to the new card it was obviously denied. So I drove up to this location and Aaron (a manager) greeted me happily and even though it was my mistake and he was busy, he told me not to worry he could fix that for me in a flash and he did!! He even made it so that I didn’t get charged until the actual day my card was to be charged to begin with!! He was so nice and upbeat and made me feel like I was the ONLY customer he had, and that my situation was important. I think it’s so easy to put a negative review so we can warn people of certain places but when someone goes out of their way to be an exceptional person…you have to acknowledge that! Thank you Aaron! Also, the girl who led me through katarana (I know I butchered that name I apologize) but she was also very friendly and happy to be there and it just made my day start out with a smile because of their smiles! I gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6!!!! The morning crew is awesome!!!4 months agoIt’s okay, usually have to go through multiple times to get the vehicle cleaned properly… The staff doesn’t give you any issues in this regard, staff is amazing 5 stars for them. Just two stars for the equipment there. The wash never gets the car clean. Spending money for an ultimate wash should be good with the first wash you get done. Secondly for the equipment, the vacuum pumps are HORRIBLE! They hardly work, some of them DON’T work at all! Poor placement for using them, some do not even have the mat holders for your floor mats. They need to do more regular routine services for the machines there to make it more customer friendly. The staff does a fine job emptying the trash and everything just nothing to help the suction in the vacuums. Had to use the vacuum cleaner 3 times just to get my car halfway clean…3 months agoSince my house is surrounded by trees, finally decided to sign up for the unlimited plan. At one of their locations every other day. 🤣🤣 Always greeted by a smiling employee. Would be five stars if there was a multi-car deal.2 years agoThis Crew car wash is the closest one to my house and I could not be more happy with that fact. I have been coming here once or twice a month for several years now. The service and quality is always excellent. The Automatic wash does a good job.The staff our always courteous and friendly. The vacuums our up to date and work well. They have free small garbage bags for your car along with free disposable drying towels. The pictures of my car our from a recent wash a few weeks ago after we had snow. Before the wash the entire car and wheels was covered in salt and dirt.

Best car wash. Just sent threw to get big juice of my car.
Definitely a great car wash could do a little better on drying and wheel shine but otherwise great car wash just hate the water droplets left on my truck but definitely worth the wash and if we’re paying for washes and memberships we should have free vacuum cleaners that’s how royal splash car wish gets a lot of business
They have NOTHING on Club Carwash(located in St.Louis/Illinois region) which offers lower unlimited rates , comes with FREE VACUUMS, MICROFIBER TOWELS, CAR FRESHNERS, & overall cleaner car bcuz they power spray all around your vehicle b4 going through wash….this wash is overpriced & not good even for their so called BEST Wash😪😪
This is not a problem at this specific store but an overall problem at all the stores I’m a former employee so I do know how things can get sometimes but it seems like every time I go to any of them if I don’t go in there and watch them make it they don’t make it how I ask and nine times out of 10 I wind up having to go back inside if I go through the drive-thru
After going through crew car wash I had looked like rubber mark and a deep scratch on the driver side back door and in front of my driver side head light of my car I reported it to the manager and he did a report then he told me that I will get a call in 5 days I waited for 6 days no calls so I call them, then I was told they would call me back later that evening there was No call back.
So I waited till the next day and called them back, the person answered the phone said they sent a email that the claim was denied in a kind of rude way I never saw the email and no call I have spent thousands of dollars a Mikes car wash however they will never get another penny from me again .
Very disappointed in crew car wash.
