a month agoUsed to go to this place all the time but not going any more they charged my card $50 & I have been calling to request a refund and for them to correct the charge. Spoke with Marge who says the same thing of inputting a request but no one ever calls back. I ask to speak with a manager and she said she didn’t have access to transfer or share a number. Not cool to take money. & I definitely made sure the machine was turned off completely before I moved onto the vacuums.a week agoI’ve gone through twice with my Honda the first time the back of my car looked like it had not been cleaned at all.The second time on a different day the wash stopped after the presoak…I had to pull out with suds still on my car and got a bolt stuck in my tire
The card reader wasn’t working in the bay so I Ended up driving to another wash ( car still full of suds) to complete the wash Waiting for a refund.
3 months agoDecided to swing in and check out this fairly new car wash since in the area. However, found very pricey car wash plans compared to what has been typically paid …and $1 for every 8 minutes of vaccuming was/is more than I could justify spending. The young lady working that day, though, was very pleasant and the best part of this visit!2 months agoDefinitely my favorite car wash in the area. If you’re looking for a cheap car wash… Look elsewhere… The price is fair for what they offer at this location. A consistent good car wash every single time you show up. Couldn’t ask for more.3 months agoWent to get change, and the machine didn’t give it to me. Took almost 45 minutes for someone to help me. Find out they don’t give your money back. Instead, they give you tokens. Clearly, it said on the Freaking machine $19.00 change owed to me. Had to use tokens for a place where I didn’t care for this place. Half the stuff doesn’t work, and nobody to help out. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Sorry. 1st, there weren’t 2 people there at all to help. I had to walk everywhere to get help. You didn’t have a senior person. 2nd. The machine said if need change yo needed to purchase something. I’ve purchased an air freshener. I didn’t want 19 dollars of tokens. Your so-called senior person didn’t check the vending right away. Don’t try to cover something up if you weren’t there. I don’t usually do bad reviews unless I had a bad experience.

I will not be going back to this location again5 months agoSince this location was convenient, I thought I’d give it a try. It’s always busy and I figured they must do a good job. NEGATIVES: *The door jambs were not wiped out. They didn’t need elbow grease – just a simple wipe down. My car is pearl white so the dirt, dust, etc. is very noticeable when you open the doors. *All the windows were streaked. The sunroof panel was open and that glass still got missed. *The windshield on the driver side still had multiple smudges and sticky glue from a previous decal. *For $39.99, window and door jambs being cleaned should not have been an issue. POSITIVES: *Customer service was pleasant and they did a great job on the rubber mats, vacuuming and dusting the interior. *Upon asking, the young fellow wiped the door jambs and another guy cleaned the sunroof glass. I didn’t ask for all the windows to be re-done because I had to go, and I didn’t notice the windshield until I started driving. This was my 3rd time using Auto Bell and each location has done subpar service for the price.4 months agoGorgeous, busy Saturday at 2pm and they had several guys out here working and getting it done. Great work, great set up with the numbered stalls, great job. These days when a car wash costs $40 plus a decent tip you want it done right.

The best place I know to get a car wash to show car status.The price is way better than some of the other ones in the area, especially when you count what you get in return. Monthly service is super easy just drive right in. I love the attention to detail with the protective foam that keeps rims and tires safe. Also water pressure and brush speed is really good. Cleans the car without a lot of swirls. The free vacuum is nice with different style heads as well as microfiber towels to dry off your vehicles for any added spots missed to dry water. This car wash is really great for car people. Safe for body kits and splitters. Best part of this place is the service, always friendly and taking the time out of their day to assist. Here is a photo of Pete taking time out of his busy day to show how dirty my car was before. I also have an after photo. This is a great place to do business not too far from the town center. Can’t beat it! 10/10 place! Thank you again Pete for assisting me with my photos.

I have been coming to Hurricane Express Wash for months and have always had a great experience. Today Brandon was especially detail oriented and did a great job cleaning my car, even before it entered the wash. He also followed up after to see if I needed anything. I will definitely be back!
I went because they were offering a free wash. When I pulled up the attendant gave to the option of the free wash or to have unlimited washes for $10 a month. Seemed like a good deal until, so I did the 10 a month. I checked my bank account and they charged me $40. This place is shady. They aren’t even full service and the wash isn’t even all that great. You car still comes out dirty. I still had to clean dirt off my car and it wasn’t even that dirty to begin with. I do not recommend save your money and go elsewhere. This place is a rip off.
