a week agoUPDATE: Just as I suspected.. a copy and paste response.This place used to be good but now it’s a total WASTE OF MONEY! The staff are unwelcoming and unprofessional. I get that it’s not a dream job working there but at least make some kind of effort.
My main complaint is about the washing mechanisms themselves. Half of them just didn’t work. They really need to disclose when the wash isn’t functioning at 100%. Otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered spending money on it. One of the scrubbers didn’t turn at all on one side and left huge sections of dirty spots. The attendants just acknowledged certain things didn’t work and offered no recourse or refund.
Until they spend some money to get this place up to what it used to be, I’ll never go back! I’m sure they’ll just respond with the exact same message they do for every bad review. So sad to see a business not care.
2 weeks agoI was there 2 days ago. It was $24.00. I asked the worker for the cheapest one that would wash my wheels and tires. It was $24.00 and my wheels and tires weren’t even touched. Worker just said it must have malfunctioned. Better luck next time! There won’t be a next time! People don’t go here!!!!! WARNING DON’T DO IT!2 months agoGreat wash! The monthly member subscription is the best value in town for a car wash. Also, the free vacuums and detailing spray/rags/etc. are a nice added value. I also love the compressed air blow down guns at each station. Highly recommend!11 months agoThe most basic wash is $10 which includes free use of vacuum. They have three lanes but only one is open which creates a bottle neck. I was not impressed with the wash. There was many spots left on the car. The vacuum station had trash bins that were overflowing and the vacuum has the suction power of a toy. I decided to move to another spot to see if the vacuum worked better and it was the same. I tried moving again to another section and it seemed there was a bit more suction but the vacuum hose was broken. Many of the things I say here you can see in my photos.3 months agoBest car wash that I have been to recently! All of the staff are very professional, and my car came out looking so shiny and clean. They also have complimentary vacuums to clean all of the junk out of the inside of your car. Well worth the money!

Was greeted by George and he helped me through my process on the touch screen and he also made me aware of all the amenities. Free air for your tires, free mat cleaning machines, car fresheners, dash wipes, window and multi purpose spray at each stall with clean towels. Will definitely be returning. Will surely come back!a month agoThis car wash, amongst others were okay with my driving through with a roof rack, only to have it ripped off at the end of the wash. Damage was done and I was told they would be in contact with the information given. I was later told that the moment I left they viewed the footage and decided they wouldn’t be responsible for the damage done. I am now going through my insurance due to it not being my fault I was allowed to drive through and I followed instructions only to have my car get scraped up. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Payed for a $16 wash that included tire shine. Only 1 tire looks like it was properly treated and 2 almost treated and 1 looks like it wasn’t tested at all. I’ll never go back there. To many car washes in Arlington.
Great value and friendly staff. This is my neighborhood car wash so I decided to try it out and the staff there have been friendly and professional with each visit. There are always great deals and specials running and they even offer cleaning supplies for use while there without an additional fee or upgrade. I just signed up for the monthly membership with unlimited washes at every location, so it’s safe to say I enjoy visiting! The convenience of the membership and cleaning supplies alone make this a 5 star place for me.
I used to love this place but the last time I went I was sold a deal for 29.99 unlimited washes for 30 days. I gave them my information and paid with card. The information asked was just name number address kind of stuff. And then it ended up being a monthly subscription.
I wasn’t told it was a subscription. I didn’t give them my card number to hold for monthly payments. And then the second month the money was drafted from my account when I tried to call I couldn’t reach a live representative. I only found a chat agent who wanted my credit card information to cancel it. Had to dispute my charges. Took months to figure out.
This car wash is AMAZING!! They offer free towels and interior as well as window cleaner. Along with the free vaccums. I’ve been coming here a couple years now but i just have to say after today I definitely wont be going anywhere else. My car died while i was using the vacuums and the manager was sweet enough to jump it for me, TWICE!! Definitely recommend, they go above and beyond!
Love this place, my wife and I go there every other weekend to wash our car together! Santiago is awesome, he saw us struggling the first time and walked over to offer assistance. Sweet kid! Thank y’all for being near by!
