2 months agoHave membership for the very best wash they have. Got a wash today at this location & my car did not get clean very well. Got 2 stars because eye like Quick Quack…in my area.7 months agoI got a membership when this place first opened and it was great!! However, over the course of the past few months there’s been a significant decline in this location unfortunately.I’ve had a few encounters with extremely rude employees that didn’t even want to be bothered with hearing the concerns of paying members and literally turned their back and walked away in the middle of the dialogue.
Additionally, now when you go, regardless of time of day, there are so few vacuum hoses that any stall has either none or just one. (Pictures included) Now they’re out of the little wipes that they used to give you to wipe down the interior of your car.
I understand inventory problems, however, I’m still paying my full membership price. If you’re not going to have what you need to give me the full service I am paying for, then that’s a problem.
This place has gone down hill fast.
8 months agoI enjoy coming here occasionally to take care of my car. I’ve gone to many car washes in Orange County, and nothing beats Quacks car wash. Alex and Brandon really make it worth coming down, and the reason why I will keep coming down. Their top of the line wash is worth it, and the boys offer me a microfiber towel when my wash is complete. Although the car wash is automatic, you have great people holding down the building.3 months ago2nd time here and had an outstanding experience just like the first, left my car pretty nice and clean, and all thanks to Alexander for his great customer service and overall great persona week agoDrove in from texas with lots of bugs, and stopped by quick quack Carwash, overall great experience with Alexander, he didn’t treat me like a customer but much more, like family, he’s awesome!!

2 months agoMy go to car wash spot! It’s a standard drive thru tunnel but it’s got even more flashing lights and gimmicks haha. 7 dollars for basic and 14 dollars for the best. They do take card but I think it’s a $10 minimum.So far been here three times and they all went well. Went on a road trip and got A LOT of bugs on the front and the car wash got most of it out.
Pull up to a vacuum spot after and someone will be ready to finish spot drying any drips from your car.
It does get VERY VERY busy with the line stretching all the way out in the road so be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes on peak times.
3 months agoIt was my first time to a car wash. I was pleasantly surprised. There were several pricing options. You can also dry (if necessary) and vacuum yourself. Pricing started at $7.00, and I was happy with their equipment. I am definitely going to use them again.a year agoBest price and best car wash in Orange. I had been to car wash in orange/ Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Placentia and Buena Park. But this place is the best. Price is economical for car wash with outstanding wash. There are no soap residues on the car after wash which I experienced when I did the car wash at other car wash center. You get to use Mat washing machine also even you can dry and wash your microfibre or any cloth which you use for wiping down the car. They have pretty cool vacuum compared to other centers. $10 your car tires are washed too. But most of the time I do $6 or $8 they do pretty cool job as well. After car wash is done when you drive to vacuum area, there are cruisers guys- they wipe down the car for you. I don’t need car wash for a while if I do the wash here. I guess they are using quality soap and other good cleaning stuffs on car.4 months agoI have been coming to this car wash since it opened. The service is great. The place clean and sanitized. The employees are efficient. Long lines backed up down Brookhurst however they move rapidly. The prices have went up twice since it opened. It’s not $5 anymore. I believe the most economical car wash starts at $8-9. Good price either way since you get to vacuum your car for free and are given a free air freshener.a week agoUnder new ownership. I paid for the ultimate wash and didnt receive it. Employee told me new owner doesn’t care and is cutting corners. They have lost my business.

We were down in LA from out of town and were super happy to see that they were offering free car washes so I wanted to make sure that I posted a review because they have a really good deal for $9.99 a month. Super friendly and even offered us a bag with goodies. Starting today 12-22-2021 offering 12 days of free car washes.
Update: this time there was a discount (yay) 🎉 caused a long wait, but no problem. However, again I had trouble with the vacuums. I tried several and couldn’t get my carpet clean. I spilled old bay seasoning and sand that I couldn’t vacuum out there.
Jose was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. That’s why I gave 3 stars. However, my vacuum on the driver side wasn’t working, my car came out and I still had to clean it. The stuff easily came off with wet wipes. Which I had to go and ask for because I wasn’t giving one when I paid for my wash. I’ve had a membership here since it opened, but I was unaware that they were charging my card every single month regardless if I came or not. The car wash that was previously there I had a membership with and they only charged my card when I used it. That allowed the entire month to be free. If I didn’t use it that month, I wasn’t charged when it was the other car wash. I love the staff. I just wish my car came out cleaner and the vacuums were working.
I Love coming here every time I come in Jose & Oscar are always with a smile ready to help you out. If there is an issue or anything feel safe they are more than welcome to help you out and make sure you come back. Even though I live in Costa Mesa I always come back here to detail my car service is great and wash too. Totally a 5 star and beyond for me.
I love this QQ location! I go every Saturday!! Love the staff, their patience when I try to get into Neutral (Subaru safety feature) and I’ve even left my cell on the hood AND WASHED the car. They got my phone for me intact and still working. We are regulars and love the convenience
I bought the membership here because it was convenient both price wise and my daily destination, plus it’s close to the freeway which I figured it was a win win. Unfortunately the last few times I’ve come in it seems that they must of changed the water or something because as soon as I rolled down my window to greet the workers that are there to check you in there’s a bad smell. I figured okay maybe it’s because we are by the freeway but there’s no river or anything around for it to smell as bad as it does. I thought it was just me and my imagination but no, I was right it’s definitely the water from the car wash but as soon it started pouring down on my car it smelled like nasty dirty drainage water. It’s not the first time that happens. And to to top it off I have to pass through 2-3 times for my car to look somewhat decent. You’d figured that because you have the Ceramic Quack meme era hip which cost $35 a month going in one time would do the job, but no not at all. They have Good staff. The vaccums could definitely be better, some of them barely have some suction. I’ve cancelled my membership.
