  I had went to the car wash today at least expecting the exterior of my car to be clean. But frankly i was left with bug splatters all over my front end and not to mention all of the dirty water streaks that are riddled all over my side skirt. Honestly I was considering getting a membership for the unlimited car washes because this employee named chris did his very best to sell me on this idea but unfortunately I will never return to this wash again simply because it doesn’t do what they’re marketed to do for the premium prices.

  I love my Rocket wash membership! With my membership I can come thru the wash as often as I want to, I can pull thru the shortest lanes and I always get the same great quality wash. As a member, I also have access to their members room filled with everything I need to keep the interior of my car clean too! 10/10 recommend 🙂

  We are new to the area and had a very dirty truck after 1500+ mile trip from the south through dust storms. We tried out her top wash and was actually very impressed. They have a water softener, so no water spots and excellent water pressure! Amazing place with all your needs when it comes to a clean vehicle.

  They answer phones to adjust membership and they advise you to leave a voicemail but their voicemail box is full so I know they don’t check it. The wash is hard on paint and it never removes bugs off the grill or front bumper. However it is fast and easy, they have nice sprays to help you detail car. I would say that’s the only positive about the car wash, especially for $50 a month.

  Great Car wash, they provide professional service for a reasonable price. You can get unlimited carwash if registered for a month. If not you can go their and do one time car wash for about 10 USD price (August/2023)

  This place is great!!! No line to get in. Cashier was super helpful answering my questions that were not normal car was questions. The basic wash did a great job of cleaning off the every day road scum. A crew of four met us at the exit to wipe off the door sills and gaskets. Great job guys!!!

  I sent an email but the only friendly and attentive people that work here are the car dryers at the end. This specific Jet Splash also has a problem with stopping the wash cycle in the middle of the car wash.

  Just went thru the cash wash at 27th and superior area…. Watch out. Brushes scratches all over my trunk as brushes came down back window onto trunk. You can even see the roller marks. They also use hard water…. Even after blow dry and wiping down car still have hard spots. Not worth the price. Got 11 cash washes for Xmas gift… but I will regift to someone else. Not using again. And even with the scratches… business won’t do anything about it. Even thou plain as day.

  Came because of the good reviews. Lady at the window was had just the brightest smile and was exceedingly pleasant. Basic wash did a basic job; that’s what I asked for after all. But I came for the vacuums, and the vacuums were legitimately terrible. I’d have had a better time sucking the pebbles out of the carpet with my own mouth
